Victim advised male subject (contractor) began using profanity towards him telling him and his workers to move out of the way while subject was in a vehicle. Subject then attempted to force victim out of the road with his vehicle. R/O on scene and spoke to subject's employer. All in order. Male and female involved in a dispute over a parking space. Male was very irate and female became fearful for her safety. Female did not want to pursue the matter further, just to file a report. Dispute between female passenger and bus driver. NYPD refused.

NYPD advised subjects to delete the pictures. Subjects were released. Reporter advised of incident which took place earlier in the day involving two individuals who tried to gain access to tennis court with only one permit. Reporter stated she advised of rules and asked both parties to leave. Reporter advised three unknown individuals were loitering in hallway of location making a hand to hand exchange. Upon arrival subjects were not on scene. Search of area for subjects yielded negative results. Group observed filming at location. Upon approach individual showed her an email from the permitting department stating they did not need a permit since they were not utilizing filming cameras. Victim advised garbage is constantly being thrown onto his patio from above. Victim advised to notify building management. Vehicle observed parked on the sidewalk of location against the railing. Motorist contacted to move vehicle as it is in violation. Motorist is disabled and will move her vehicle. Reporter advised of a male who was in the elevator with her at location acting in a suspicious manner. Reporter exited the elevator without incident. NYPD refused. Reporter advised neighbor is throwing trash in her patio. Neighbor advised not to throw his trash in her yard. Report of unauthorized grill use. Upon arrival condition was unfounded. Reporter contacted PSD to check on a possible stolen vehicle. Island wide search was conducted with negative results for vehicle. Report of suspicious male looking into vehicles at location. Search of area yielded negative results for subject. Two reports received of unknown person throwing water out of the window above. Unable to verify the location of where the water was coming from. Three male subjects observed filming at location. Upon investigation they were taking movies of their family. Subjects advised to move to another location. Male subject observed running from location. Search of area yielded negative results for male subject. Male observed in hallway and upon being seen fled to the stairwell. Search of area yielded negative results. Male left behind a small bag of marijuana, a lighter and a rolled up cigar. Report of a woman screaming at location. Upon investigation two females were speaking and laughing loudly. All in order. Reporter advised three FBI agents arrived at his residence questioning him about a male subject who had some type of communication with his residence. Upon investigation FBI agents were authentic. Reporter advised of unknown person knocking on her door. Search of area yielded negative results.

Reporter advised noise is coming from apartment upstairs. Upon arrival found new tenants moving in. They advised they would finish during the daytime hours. Noise complaint due to electrical work in the apartment upstairs. Work was complete and condition was corrected. Report of dog continuously barking at location. Tenant was not at home. Building management notified. This is an ongoing complaint.

Female victim reported three male youths began yelling obscenities at her and following her after she refused to purchase candy from them.
