Q1. Introduce your self?

Hello sir, I am Tribhu1 Kumar Gautam, graduate in BSC computer application,


currently I have done MCA degree from MITS Gwalior. As far as my education is
concerned I have done schooling from Govt MMHS School Balaghat from where I have
learnt lesson of morality, discipline and hardworking. In my MCA at SCS DAVV, I have
learnt leadership, team management, self study and much more.
As far as my family background is concerned, I belong to a family which
believes in respect, gives importance to values and ethics of life and education is our first
priority in life. My father is working as an operator with MPEB, my mother is a home
manager and I am having two younger sister.
I am person with string interpersonal skills and an ability to get along well with
people. I enjoy challenges and looking for creative solutions to problems.
In organization I would like a role which enables me to make a difference.

My education could be justified during working with organization. And I don’t


have a interest to start a company.

My father is my ideal person in my life.

As human mind is dynamic. I have some ideal qualities in mind. I do have some

University. Later he joined IIT Bombay for M.Tech program. Then he
went for an research work in IIM Ahemadabad, leaving all the other
prestigious jobs.
• Mr. Narayanmurthi was rejected by Mr. Ajim Premji in an interview of
WIPRO by saying that he doesn’t have leadership skills.
• Mrs. Narayanmurthi left her highly paid job in TATA for sake of
supporting Mr. Murthi when he was struggling for his company.

Q10. Why you don’t stress on money or why money factor in not important for you?

As, I think profession is a way of living not earning.

Q11. Do you believe in god? Or are you superstitious?

Yes, I believe in him but don’t rely on him.

Yes, I believe in luck. And according to me, luck is being at a right place at a
right time, luck is nothing but a combination of preparation and opportunity.

convicted about my future of just 2 to 3 years, but a long prediction is not possible for me

Q28. What do you think you will be selected or not?

I believe in recruitment a person can not be valued alone. Recruitment is a


competitive process in which all performances are compared. And best among available
is selected. Or
Sir, I believe recruitment is a process of evaluation of performances of the entire
candidate. If you provide me a chance to interview all the candidates I would certainly
tell you the answer.

Q29. Where do you place yourself two years down the line?

I am a person who believes in hardworking and learning. After 2 years I would


like to see my self trying to be a project manager in the software company. Or
I would be grooming my self for becoming a project manager in the
organization.

Sir, I am a person who believes in learning at each stage, if circumstances


allows me I would like to see my self at an upper middle managerial level started learning
the plans for strategies for my organization. Or

I believe that in today’s era change is the only constant think. And I can not
predicate exactly where I would be but after 5 years I would like to see my self working

And after 10 years I would like to see my self working as a upper side of middle
level manager in a organization.

According to me 20s is a childhood, 30s is a teen age and 40s is a youth of


professional life. And after 20 years I would like to see my self working as an upper level
manager which is youth of professional life.

Q33. What is ultimate goal of your life?

To become a successful man and after becoming a successful man I would like
to serve my nation in IT field. According to me definition of successful man is a man who
has fame, money and authority. Or
The ultimate goal of my life is to achieve personal and professional objective.
And my personal objective is “To meet all expectations of my parents and to be
remembered as a good family person”. And my professional objective is “Per day
enrichment in my managerial skills and to become a most valuable asset for the
organization”.

After marriage if I see beautiful girl then I can not diverse my wife.

I did preparation by interacting with my seniors.

For motivating other at first I will observe, for which he/she is giving more
importance either authority, fame or money. If he/she gives more importance to authority
then I motivate him/her for promotions. If he/she gives more importance to fame then I
motivate him/her for awards. If he/she gives more importance to money then I motivate
him/her for profit and benefit.

Q40. What is professionalism?

According to me professionalism means doing the thing what is needed to be


done not what is wanted to be done.

Q41. Does it mean that professionalism means ignoring family and personal life?

No, professionalism is setting your priority at particular time.

Positive restlessness.

Q43. Which is your favorite car?

Sir, I am a person who gives importance to family and profession also. That’s
why SCARPIO is my favorite car.

I don’t want to make any change in my personality however I would prefer to

Q48. Tell us an incident there you have shown leadership, managerial skill, motivation

• Leadership: As, I as a president of ON-LINE club. And in my two


projects that I have done I was the leader that shows my leadership. In
graduation I was the class representative and in class 6th, 7th and 8th I
was the class representative.

• Manager: I was the member of organization team of GENESIS’04,


EUPHORIA’04, and New Year greeting of 2005. I was caption of
cricket team in school and college. And when we are working in a
team we have to manage many things and situations.

• Adaptable: I have completed schooling from four schools two from


INDORE and two from KHANDWA. And graduation from MANDI
BAHUDESIA KHALSA College and post graduation from School of
Computer Science. In all the institutes environment is changing and I
adjusted my self very well in all the institutes.

• Initiator: When we were in the IV semester, no one was ready to


initiate for making New Year greeting, placement brochure and
software competition. And I initiated for them and completed
successfully.

• Decision making skill: After 10th my father told to me to take


agriculture however I had scored good marks in mathematics and I
was also interested to take mathematics as a subject. That decision
could make direction of my life and at that time I took the decision to
take mathematics.

From the schooling I was decided to make career in computer field. Then I have
done gradutaion in computer science and after that MCA is the best choice to make career
in computer field.

Work experience: No work experience.

Training:
• I have done training for computer hardware for one year from career
computers.
• I have attained personality development session for 15 days by Karnal
V.K. Gautam.

Project:
• My first project was “Dos & Unix tutor” in C++. I worked as a project
leader, programmer and interface designer. There were four team
memebers in the project. And it was complected in two months.
• My second project was “SPAYROSYS” (saims payroll system). In
SPAYROSYS we used visual basic 6 as frontend and SQL server 2000
as backend. I worked as a project leader and database analyst in the
project. And project duration was 3 months. This was my first live
project. It is deployed. There were 5 team members in the project. And
developed by taking approach of database management system.
• My third project is “Website of School of Computer Science”. We are
developing this in ASP.NET and SQL server 2000. There are 5 team
members in the project. I am working as a project manager in this
project. This project is developing by the approach of ITPM.

After completion of 5th semester. I will require at least 10 days for some
formilities for 6th semester after that I can join.

Q61. Why don’t you go for higher studies?

Sir, I belong to a midile class family and I am elder son. That’s why my family
is having many expectations. And in my opinion post graduation is sufficient.

Q62. What about your gaps in you’re academic?

I had taken only one gap in my education for preparation of pre-MCA. Because
I wanted to join good institute for MCA.
He can ask why didn’t you prepared in final of your graduation. Then
In final year of my graduation I wanted to do my project seriously that’s whay I
did not prepared for pre-MCA.
He can ask did you join any institute for preparation and why. Then
I joined institute for preparation because in institute we can get competitional
enviroment and weekly or monthly test papers.

Q63. Why don’t you join fathers business?

My father is working in a private organization as a general manager. And we are


not having in business.

Yes, right boss is always right. It depends on the value. It is the line form
administration not from management. In management no body work for some body we
just work with each other. Whenever a decision is good for organization then boss is

right. I always respect bosses authority however I will certainly like to exchange my
views always.

I believe weakness are area of improvement that’s why rather than taking
negative I am taking them as positive. There are:
• I trust people very early. If good people are around me that it is
strength otherwise weakness.
• At times I get too involved with profession. I tend to ignore my
personal life with health.
• I give 100%, if people around me don’t give 100% I feel restless.
• Untill learning say to “no”.
• Perfectionist : I want to achieve perfection in my work because of this
nature I extend or stress the deadline.

I believe that weakness are area of improvement. My area of improvements are:
• At times I get too involved with profession. I tend to ignore my
personal life with health.
• I don’t trust people very easily. Many of the times it creates problem to
maintain relationship.
• When I am starting any work then I am considering not only positive
aspect of that thing. I am also considering negative aspect of that thing.
And weitage of positive and negative aspects are 80% and 20%.

Sir, I don’t claim that I have any qualities which are not in other people but sir I
have my own unique way to applying those qualities. So although it may sound cliché but
I believe that winners don’t do different things but they do things in different way. My
unique things don’t lie in ingrediant but lie in praposition.

Till my talent is recognized , efferts are acknowleged and results are rewarded
and above all till I fulfill the reason of employment by the company that is till I make the
valuable and desire contribution.

Sir, I have not framed it.
However how long will you stay with us. Then
At least 3 years.

Q75. Can you work as well as he (more percentage) can?

If percentage is the only criteria then higher percentage persons are directly
selected there is no need for interview. Still I am agree that I can not work as much as
they can but I am sure that I can work as much as they will.

According to me there are three formulas. They are:


Competition – cooperation = conflict
Cooperation – competition = complacency
Competition + cooperation = contribution
I can get third type of environment in your organization that is combination of
competition and cooperation gives contribution. In such environment I can learn new
things and I can groom my self. And I can serve the organization with my best. Or
Because all the reason that all you shown on PPT and list them.
For big organization: In big organization profession in global level. And I want
to understand business basics rather than skill.

For small organization: In small organization profession in ground level. In any


organization it does not mean that we are working with all persons. We have to work with
team of 5 to 6 persons with immediate boss. It does not matter how many employees are
working.

Q78. What would you feel if you are rejected?

For some time naturally I feel disapointed. And I will ask you and those people
who are selected. And I will introspect.
He says suppose you appeared second time and again you are rejected then what
will you do. Then
I realize that I will not set for profile then I will apply for other profile.

ETHICAL DILEMMAS:
In solving ethical dilemmas always have a same answer. In dilemma confidence
is checked. There are two ways to solve.
• Always make 3rd party view
• Make a rule and follow it

PERSONAL VS PERSONAL DILEMMAS:

Q82. You are in a boat with your mother and wife. If your boat is sinking and you can
save only one. Who would you save either mother or wife and why?

I am a rational decision maker. I can not take decision without all constraints.
Then ask many questions to him like.
What is the swimming speed?
What is the flow of water?
What is the depth of river?

And many more questions like above. If he says assume, then one by one I will
save the both because flow of water is slow and my swimming speed is high. Or
Make a rule and follow it. I will save that person that I will see first. If he says
you can see both. Then first who caught me. Again he says both caught you. Then who is
in my right hand. Again both are in you right hand. Then who is having low weight.
Again both are having same weight. Then who caught me ahead.

PERSONAL VS PROFESSIONAL DILEMMAS:


If you can delegate it then don’t delay.

Q83. If you are a HR manager in a company of 2000 employees and company is not
having a good time. Only one big project that is running under you can make the
company in a better position otherwise company will be closed. And your wife is in a
critical case of pregnancy and she needs you. Who will you chose either wife or
company?

I will ask to chairman, what should I do. If he allows me to take any decision
then I will go for my wife. If he does not allow then I will say if company is very
practical then when I will not able to work they will throw me. And I would not like to
work with this company and I will go for my wife.

Q84. If you are working in a good organization and you have to work till late night. You
can not give proper time to your wife. And your wife told you to leave the organization
then what will you do?

I will try to manage my time properly and try to change sift in such a way that I
can give time to my wife also. And also I will say to my wife to cooperative with me. I
will say to her getting job in a good organization is a difficult task. If she does not want to
understand then I will analyze the situation properly and accordingly that I will take
decision.

PROFESSIONAL VS PROFESSIONAL DILEMMAS:

Q85. If boss is doing some thing wrong to policy then what will you do?

I will concern with boss. I will tell him sir I am in trouble I would like to request
you to help me. And by taking third party view I will ask the question. Sir if in any
organization boss is doing some thing wrong to policy and one employee is aware about
that then what should employee have to do. In this way I will try to convey that he is
doing wrong.

SUCCESS:
Success is being professionally excitant financial sound physical fit socially
accepted and personally fulfillment. Or
According to me success is achievement of our goals and objectives which we
have decided.

FAILURE:
Inability to attain the bench mark which you have set for yourself or you have
agreed to avoid by. Or
According to me failure means when we are not able to achieve our objectives
and goals.

PERFECTIONIST:
One who knows that perfection can not be achieve but still tries for that is
perfectionist.

PROFESSION:
Profession is a way of living not earning.

PROFESSIONALISM:
Professionalism is “Doing what is needed to be done not what is wanted to be
done.”

TECHNOLOGY:
Technology is like a mirror on which if you place a beam of light, it gives you
back a beam in your direction, if it was placed correctly otherwise splitting. Or
Technology is human made practicality of science for increasing throughput,
reducing complexity and compactness of system.

MANAGEMENT:
Management is a process of POSDCC (Planning, Organizing, Staffing,
Directing, Coordinating, and Controlling). Or
Management can be defined as utilization of all the resources in a planned
manner by seeing the demand of condition. Or
Management is optimum utilization of available resources at given
circumstances to achieve maximum output.
(Management is an efficiency means doing the things in right way)

LEADERSHIP:
Leadership is ability to influence people’s thoughts, fillings and actions towards
achievement of super ordinate goal (personal goal + organization goal).
(Leadership is an effectiveness means doing right things)

CREATIVITY:
Ability to relate unrelated things. Or
Finding uncommon things in common things.

INTELLIGENCE:
Ability to respond a situation you have not come across prior to the occurrence.

MEMORY:

Who works on the whole technology? E.g. Microsoft is a technological
company (as it says .NET all follows).

Technique is methods or process of handling a work.

Person who organizes and manages a business undertaking and taking the risk
for sake of profit.

Obstacles are the things on which we look, when we are not prepared.

HOBBEY:
It is the thing which is present to you all time, and you can fulfill it any time.

INTEREST:
Which is likely to be done by you but not available all the time. E.g. going to a
hill station and spend time alone.

LUCK:
Luck is a being at a right place at a right time. It is the opportunity and
