RT SERIES HEAVY-DUTY WALL CORNER CUSHIONS
The RT Series is designed to protect the edges of columns in structures by offering a high cushioning effect due to the air cushions provided between the rubber and steel component. The RT Series is a versatile Moulded Heavy-Duty Corner Cushion with yellow stripes on the wings with an integrated single-piece top cover offering excellent impact and energy absorption.

The INFINITY RT Series wall corner cushions have a single integrated top cover which prevents the cap from being removed The INFINITY RT Series wall corner cushions rubber component remains permanently in position after fitting or impact due to a perfect fitting to the retainer and the locking top cover. The INFINITY RT Series wall corner cushions have an integrated vulcanized yellow strip on the wings preventing them from being removed The INFINITY RT Series wall corner cushions yellow strip gives a better night visibility. The steel retainer is placed in the required position on the edges of the rectangle column. Normally the retainer is placed about 100mm above the ground to a height of either 1300mm from ground level. Consultants may recommend other positions based on actual expected conditions. Suitable size holes are drilled through the steel retainer into the wall to a depth of about 40mm starting at a distance of approx 25mm from the top and at spacing between holes of about 350-400mm in a zig zag position (not straight) on either sides of the retainer. Suitable hammer-in-screws with washer are then inserted into the hole and hammered in. In case the screws are to be removed, they can be screwed out easily. The rubber cushion is now slid onto the steel retainer downwards till it is in position properly
