Please take into consideration that i did not have a solicitor at my disposal to articulate my complaint against the University of Wollongong, particularly with respect to the Anti-Discrimination Act. My comments to UOWs response are henceforth: Id like to highlight point #26 under the "University's Accommodation of Staff with Disabilities": UOW's solicitors have deduced from my complaint that i have recovered from paranoid schizophrenia. This is false. Schizophrenia is indeed a permanent condition. Likened to diabetes or a heart condition, once diagnosed with it, one is at a greater risk of subsequent episodes. Dr. Garvey had suggested that i'd made a full recovery (from psychosis) and was hopeful that i wouldn't suffer another episode. Perhaps the consultation of a qualied psychiatrist is necessary to validate the facts about paranoid schizophrenia and to advise what would be considered suitable accommodation in the workplace. I respectfully decline UOW's invitation to withdraw my complaint from the NSW Anti-Discrimination Board and i look forward to the conciliation at your Wollongong ofces on Wed 13th July. Sincerely yours,

Ravi Mendis
