The data flow from C3 to C3BL using Informatica mappings, OWB mappings or by PL/SQL Stored Packages and Procedures and run by using Dollar Universe Jobs. This data in C3BL is also used to generate the Dashboards. Worked in development and in support and maintenance project for Ciscos TS Business intelligence applications. C3 Business layer is the downstream data warehousing solution for Ciscos Service management and C3 OLTP systems. GTMS Based on Sales Crediting : : : : : Cisco Development 6 Oracle (PL/SQL) and Infoview (R2 and R3) Informatica 8.6, Toad v9.5 and Business Object Intelligence (On Oracle and Teradata) This project deals with sales crediting for the sales representative based on total sales being made i.e. their contribution and based on their territory defined. After, client and other ERP and POS order related data when flow from upstream like CR, Share and other sources, then crediting use to happen based on some rules. This crediting then defines the commission of a person, which finally decides the payroll of a person. Currently, working on developing a new layer of repository by using an ETL tool like Informatica to make the data flow from upstream into our system based on some condition and rules and then creating a new reporting layer for building BO reports. Also, creating oracle queries for some requirement in our system.
