Results Territorial Profile The Municipality of Polotitlan, which is located in the northern portion of Mexico State with an area

of 13,280.70 hectares, is composed by 6 colonies, 9 villages and six counties.

Currently the municipality has an urbanization process in dispersed form, caused by factors such as the development of agriculture and the increase in commercial and industrial activities. According to some projections, by 2030 it is estimated that the population of the municipality of Polotitln reached a total of 21.181 inhabitants, so that the needs of equipment, infrastructure and services on a large scale increase. The following table shows the population projections from 2010

determine the potential economic urban place. These units are: Planosol, Vertisol, Litosol and Feozem The vertisol also present in large proportion and occupies 25.82%

of municipal territory this soil is used for the development of agriculture as they are also fertile and highly productive.

According to above we can explain that the soil in the municipality, has the right conditions for the development of the project, and specifically, for the cultivation of cactus, since these soils are characterized by their high ability to agricultural development.

Based on some projections we could determine that by the year 2030, the economically active population will be 14, 818 people and will represent a scenario taking into account possible about 80.63% of the total population, this also implies the need for a great job, in order to meet the needs of

Materials and Methods

Municipality of Polotitln

The aim of our study was to do determine and identify the problems of territory in order to develop a project to benefit and help to improve the living conditions of the population.

Our team conducted a field trip to identify the problems of territory; a camera and a recorder were used for showing and catching the situation.

The statistical data about of population were used for completing the diagnostic, this information comes from INEGI, and also we record the interviewed to do to the population and were like another data to integrate to the diagnostic.

Finally, according to the information a project was developed to improve the quality of life in the municipality, the project contains the most important points about the problematic and the best solutions.
