Prolog: Societies are composed of individuals who have rights pre-assigned to them by nature. Our founding fathers of America were given credit for granting rights, via the Constitution of the United States; which is silly! Our Constitution, with all its amendments grant nothing, but merely defines what Government should be, and its relationship with the general public. When it gets down to rights one must realize that when Moses came down from the mountain with his Ten Commandments he said Hey guys, I didnt write these rules, God did!. This was the same (disclaimer) claim King James made when he assembled the Bible. So mankind now accepts authority that overrides nature, and enjoys proscribed morality that those of status tinker with for the benefit of the ruling class. Rights are ingrained with the gift of life, and require no permission - unless one is a slave seeking favor from his master! For societies to successfully exist, they require some kind of adhesive quality; and the fact is that this quality has varied over time, to end up where we are today. The glue started with the occult, and as socie ty grew in size it evolved into religion. As property became more important to an individual seeking status, it superseded religion; giving the owner of vast property a God- like status. Then came portable property i.e. gold and silver, along with the manipulations of the general public by these land- gods to bind those beneath them onto religion (with its attached morality) and thus have them give up their desire for wealth - while seeking greater rewards. All for the profit of those that have put wealth over everything. Once enough wealth occurs, a sub society is created that will initially shun the majority. Created via camaraderie (usually defined as a cult) whose effort is to assist the individuals of the group to maintain their status of wealth. As the size of this society increases its power is felt by the majority, and wealth is indirectly then formed into the ruling class. To seal its existence, after the embryonic stage has completed of one sub society; the rules of fraternity are applied; only to be respected by other forming fraternities that will be cooperating - through syndication All the various fraternities in America apparently operate on the same imperial tactic. The common root for this seems to stem from a need to have blind religious type faith from the individuals they service; or else!!. This is the same kind of heretic in power force (who were total hypocrites) that fueled the inquisition in the middle ages; and that force is alive today - while the leaders are still being absolved by a greater law. The selected Illusionary heretic criminals back then, that were punished, were merely used as totems by the true heretics in power; to gain more power! Here we are in the 21st century; and America has become a communist country! Individual freedom has been stripped away at every opportunity by some hypocrite seeking higher status - by passing zero tolerance laws - successfully. Organizations like the AMA and BAR associations have developed rules that apply only onto underlings. They restrict vital common information from the general public, and impose only their philosophy - under the guise of education. The individual is (in their opinion) generally a stupid animal; while any thinking animal is dangerous, and must be isolated from the herd (for the protection of the herd).

I am going to inject a little personal paradox to illustrate how far fraternity effort extends. My physician increases my blood pressure medicine because I am averaging a bit high, and I react badly to it by going into periods of very low blood pressure. This is diagnosed as a silent heart attack, and I am then sent to a cardiologist. The cardiologist states the heart is ok for now, and that there was no damaging heart attack, but then doubles all my blood pressure medication in an attempt to improve regulation of blood pressure. My situation is getting worse with nose bleeds now occurring 4 times per week, and blood pressure dipping to 70 over 45. I then seek my wifes doctor for assistance with my problem (and to have only one physician servicing the two of us - as a set). After a thorough examination, I am being set up for a barrage of examinations from colon to brain!! Oh, You are older - and statistically older folk need more calcium. The bloody nose is now turning into sinus hemorrhaging - but contrary to my new doctors wishes, I am still working out because I am a diabetic. This doctor liked my control of blood sugar, my condition of prostrate; did not like me working out, or using herbs and alternative medicine instead of prescription, so according to her, I must discontinue success! Only take prescribed medication without question is demanded and nothing else. So, after being cast off as a uncooperative patient, my blood pressure condition actually worsened so I finally took over and readjusted medication to the levels my first doctor prescribed; eliminating the heavy dosage of calcium - the problem ceased! The clincher occurred after two comfortable weeks. My wifes doctor then wrote me a certified letter telling me to take my business elsewhere! Whoa! What happen to the Hippocratic oath? Has it been changed to: If you dont place me on a pedestal and worship me, your doctor, I will strike you down! Are the medical profession graduating immature (spiteful) children? NO! The poor doctors are walking a tightrope of maintaining a business, developing status amongst peers, with a total fear of malpractice being applied as interpretations of their honest concern of what is best for their patients. So the entire architecture of medicine is now under the policy of being a business first (with zero tolerance); at least in this one circumstance (which I truly believe is one of many). For over 6000 years, educated man has attempted to found Christian philosophy societies/fraternities/syndicates, and I must conclude that it is an impossibility. As long as there is a source of promise to pay notes (dollars?) there can never be justice (i.e. the blindfolded lady that wields a double edge sword that cuts both ways - to protect the bankroll hiding beneath her skirts). Many crusaders will rouse the public, but will never be successful. Instead most organization start off with the best of intentions, and create noble constitutions that they intellectually build upon; until the profit takers move in and demonstrate that capitol flow is restricted when deceptive practices are not followed. When deception is legalized; honesty becomes criminalized by zero tolerance attitudes. Yes, I went one mile over the speed limit; however, I was attempting to avoid a collision translates to he admitted breaking a law ergo he may be the mass murderer that is presently eluding the police. Unfortunately, this farce is the attitude of the general public - those fuels societal demands to destroy any organization not dedicated to the proven deceptive programs; that currently work!

King James (the bible Icon) was successful when he invented licensing. All the printing presses under his rein had to have a license to operate. To keep the license in effect, homage had to be paid. Government now had title to free press - and this practice has been honed to perfection - over these past 5 plus centuries. This is just one of the tools that synd icates use to maintain power and develop pure anarchism - while voicing the need for justice! [Their way!]

Primal Folklore It is thought that the American Indian was a stagnant race of non producing citizens that simply rape the land they squat upon. Although their art is recognized, their social contributions (like the American Constitution) is not; even though their sophistication is quite evident in that document, and their history, that the white man has experienced and attempted to obliterate. The nomadic icon of freedom would have to be destroyed before Capitalism, and its partner of Fascism, could flourish as well as is does today. My contention is that the Native American truly understood their existence. Their primary motivations were survival of the tribe (communism), while individually being motivated by sex - their secondary drive. Property, money, material things were unimportant to this society as long as basic needs were fulfilled. The expanding needs for material things the white folks thought as more important were merely curiosities to the Indian, who only salvaged items that were superior than what their culture provided. The invading Europeans took this as weakness, and felt this was signs of stupidity (rather than ignorance) - to which they must take full advantage of. The European Jew was more akin to the Indian, and was also thought to be stupid. This is because their societal camaraderie was more important than being constantly overwhelmed by innovative things that a industrialized society was creating. Primitive cultures tend to concentrate on the basics of life, and thus are not credited with advancement. This is the point of view that I am totally in disagreement with, and the reason this paper is being prepared. A high strung society that is expanding innovation is totally oblivious to a nomadic society that operates at a completely different time base. In fact even when impressed by sociological advancement, the up beat society seizes the concepts, praises the philosophy, but never totally accepts the rules! Just like many of the overly pious Christians we observe daily. Every society develops athletes, artists, mathematicians, physicists which in turn eventually congregates to expand knowledge and develop technology. If given the exposure to organized thinking, I believe that even the basic American Indian would develop into a technological society - just at a much slower rate than what we have experienced; and thus be better prepared to handle innovation without the upheaval and overwhelming intent our society proscribes onto the individual. Attempting to get into the Indian culture we find that much of their customs were totally misunderstood by the white folk - that kind of revered them as animals because they were never educated to the complexity of the white man. Purity of mind meant honesty, directness, acceptance of nature, sharing, and affection (i.e. family that extended beyond blood ties) to the Indian; whereas, with the white folk it was primarily directed toward sexual slavery. An Indian woman that enjoyed pleasuring males was regarded with respect by the Indian tribe. When Indians congregated, the sexes mingled and enjoyed themselves without perverted guilt feelings. When couples congregated in a Teepee they simply enjoyed congress without concern of the purity of offsprings. A man

and wife (or wives) were simply team members within a tribe, with the family of individuals willingly belonging to the tribe more-so than property to each other. Property itself is misunderstood by whites because the basic understanding of the Indian is that he is a Spirit within the body of a animal. Thus, like a computer game physically owning a car, there is no rational way an Indian can totally enjoy the singular use of a possession. His women belong to the tribe, and they should only stay with him willingly - otherwise they are free to select another primary mate (there is no sexual bondage, just a social contract of realizing that if it takes two individuals to create life, it takes at least two to nurture it). If a best friend needs a pony, and he outright steals one, there is no crime stigma attached to it. The victim merely figures a way to get a replacement, understanding that his friend must have really needed the horse at the time. When the West was at war with the Indians, the Indian settlers left their homes unlocked so that their supplies were available to others - believing that if a man were to need provisions, the ones stockpiled would go to waste if not enjoyed by men. Our regenerative society took this situation and spun the story completely out of line to fan the flames of war - against the Thieving Renegades! When an errant daughter came home devirgined, her parents were proud that she joined adulthood. Now if she was forcibly raped, and injured by the experience, all hell would break loose. As you can see from this exposure, that if the European settler in America could have been drawn totally into this life style, that all their artificial values would have been destroyed - and our fabulous rate of growth would be curtailed.

Democracy + Syndication = Slavery Who said slavery primarily existed in the past, or only with underprivileged Nations today!. The truth is; All Anarchistic Societies Practice Slavery!! This may be my own personal theory; however, all the evidence seems to indicate it to be a true fact. What has happened to our world is that society has put on a mask of Democracy, and combined it with a slogan of Free Enterprise. When these concepts are put together, they are the tools used to create a system of strong (invisible) Anarchism - that controls all the varied layers of society (regeneratively). These upper layers of Anarchism are hidden from the general public, and appear occasionally as Icons; such as celebrities. The way they maintain isolation, and are able to remain in full control comfortably hidden from the public, is via syndication. I believe that Anarchism is global today (under the banner of Democracy), ergo all of the planet Earth has slavery entrenched as normality! If I have spiked your interest - let me explain this state of affairs. Democracy is mob rule! A good old fashioned lynching is, by definition, a perfect example of democracy in action. When individuals accidentally do crimes today they become vile criminals; however, when 12 good men do a premeditated crime they appear as great men, supporting democracy. The USA was engineered to be a Republic where rule of law (Constitution) overrules democracy, and makes a public lynching illegal. This intent of the Republic concept is today totally destroyed by the American legal syndicate (BAR association); Wag the Dog style! - to the point that America is transformed into a Democratic Oligarchy; the modern definition of Russian/Chinese Communism. Many conspiracy theorists believe there is some kind of sinister plan that is working; whereas, my point of view is that the only planning that is occurring to random society upheavals that is dominated by greed; is the planning of the covering up of a bad situation that accidentally surfaces, by an afterthought - to protect those having status within the anarchistic syndicate. Anarchists are simply living in a world of no Government control; however they can have a brotherhood (syndicate) that becomes very democratic (gangster style) that is limited only by the fear of each other; instead of law. Rather than rewrite Roots, lets just go back to Abraham Lincoln - who was a pro slavery candidate (although somewhat unwilling because of personal discomfort over the slavery issue) who was elected into the office as President of the United States. In 1863 President Lincoln was in deep trouble; he was loosing a civil war, the French and English were poised to rape a young maturing continent, and seize control. If succession were to occur, America would be split into many countries and a central government would cease to exist. His Emancipation Proclamation was a stroke of genius (even though he betrayed his constituency with his reversal on the slavery issue) because it rallied foreign aid support back to the side of the North. This Proclamation, for the first time, brought slavery (as an evil enterprise) into public scrutiny at a massive level. American History will try to show that the Civil war was fought for as a slavery issue, and that is a downright lie; the slavery issue was a wild card that was used by President Lincoln to win a war (the same way OJ Simpson won his trial); that was being fought because of excessive taxation, and oppressive legal overpowerment by the North.

[NOTE: Interestingly, as mentioned in Ramblings of Sanity, Honest Abe was a racist that had prejudice against the American Indian! In 1863, he had the ambassadors of the Cheyenne nation enjoy a friendly visit to the White House, only to unleash the military to attack, and massacre, of the peaceful Indians at Sand Creek in 1864. Of the 42 Indian survivors, 38 of them (that were mobile) were then executed in the worlds largest mass hanging of the time - via the signed order of Abraham Lincoln. General William Sherman was later assigned to handle the Indian problem by Lincoln after Sherman completed his brutal successes toward the end of the Civil war.] You have to understand the day of liability onto the slave was receding. The Northern slave was obsolete(!); because it was cheaper to give him freedom, and have him work for a pittance - while having this laborer sincerely motivated by both freedom, with rewards for greater productivity. Which system of slavery, paycheck or ownership, was being the most moral - is a hard question to answer - especially at this time without fully understanding the societal temperament of the 1860s. One could say the civil war simply eliminated all liability of the Southern Slave owners, along with responsibilities for the slaves security that were originally in their possession; so through losing a war they may have won something financial (in a perverse manner). Remember, all things in history are not just cut and dry, but have many small lesser known qualifications. The war is over, carpetbaggers seeking quick money growth overrun the South; and attempts to create a central banking system (Federal Reserve) are now nourishing the growing concept of fractional banking. Lincoln (in an attempt to violate constitutional law) wanted to keep a central bank within the control of the Government of the United States, and had the treasury department start printing paper money. Just like what President John F. Kennedy attempted to do with his Red Seal money. The results were the same - a bullet in the head!! Now that the Northern interests were taking over the South, new problems had to be overcome to make the South successful again in agriculture. Without slaves, the production of farm goods was not economical; so prison colonies of hard labor were started up that could force slavery (legally) upon a group of society (that was forgotten and had no rights whatsoever). These prisoners, who commonly were the slaves that were prematurely freed that could not adjust to society because of lack of education, were the unpaid laborers (sounds like a slave to me) that would end up back working the fields. Amendment 13 (Ratified Dec. 6, 1865) [Note: overwritten in 1865 would be a bit more accurate.] Section 1. Neither Slavery, nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist withi n

the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction. 1 Unfortunately the freshly freed blacks faced a greater intensity of restriction than the slavery that they were familiar with because the so called Democratic Majority of Freemen appreciated prisoners getting their dues. The majority of society knew those criminals that were sentenced more than 5 years had a mortality rate of 90%, because if they weakened, they were quietly executed by the prison guards - without consequences. The majority of the population did not know (nor was interested in) the fact that the legal machinery was now tuned to keep the prisons filled, much like a military draft system just to keep a goodly amount of slave labor available. Personal ownership of slaves was totally destroyed; however, this was the new era of slavery - where it was totally acceptable, encouraged, and legal, for the State to own slaves; that it could rent out for income! The shift of slavery, fractional banking, and just plain old legal chicanery (where lawyers were interested in expanding their powers and status) apparently caused a shift in the States interest by directing successful syndicated force upon the free land owners that had estates and property handed down for centuries. The word Alodial was struck from common dictionaries, and disappeared from legal contracts. Everything that was property became licensed by the Government. Property tax became contractual when property deeds were registered, and replaced by Certificate of Title (that prove the State now owns the property, and that a true title for the property exists; that gives the contracted individual (owner?) an equitable right; and this also created the power to tax). With the increasing power of the bankers, the lust of the legal game, and the hunger for power of the Government with its desire to get into everything flourished. Abuses by bankers, were orchestrated by attorneys, who stole large pieces of property from the Southern land owners for pennies - and this became common practice. Invoking this kind of universe on a people that were not money oriented, but had lived for years via the barter system, was as immoral, but consciously motivated as the damage successfully done to the American Indian. Seeing the Ba nkers seizing more than their share, plus the loss of what was Alodial property before the war; fueled the various gangs of poor anarchists (the James Boys, Sam Bass, the Dalton brothers, the Wild Bunch, etc.) to futilely fight back - but to no avail. The more wealthy Anarchists in Power (AIPs), and not the United States, were their enemy. The US Government was merely a willing tool - with lots of muscle - for the syndicated AIPs to conduct their business of destroying the smaller and weaker anarchistic types of American gangs. AIPs work totally in syndicate and behind closed doors from the very beginning. Even the primitives would have the tribal Chief, and Medicine- man, make decisions (privately) that would effect the entire tribes survival, and this kind of tribute is

ingrained in modern man. Unfortunately, man has been religiously motivated, and intensely spoiled into believing that he is a free individual - that has rights. Spoiled to seeking instant gratification, and receiving it (short order style). Man is also been successfully and thoroughly brainwashed into believing he must do honor to himself, and his compatriots, by providing society with methods that maintain circulating capital. Mans purpose no longer is to provide for the common defense from some kind of enemy. The more percentage of Circulating capitol that can be thrown at a war- like problem, the safer is societies existence. Circulating capitol is the very chains that bind the individual, and enslave him softly! Circulating capitol to our modern society is like the oxygen is in water - that is so necessary for aquatic life to be sustained. Daily, we are forced to trickle the currency that we work for back into the system; to pay off our debt of slavery - just to exist. Unfortunately we can never make enough to buy ourselves out of debt, and thus be a freeman! When we increase the flow of capitol to the point we are able to join the AIPs, our enslavement changes; we now have the rights promised by our Constitution that could not be evoked previously. With wealth, we still cannot be totally free because the currency that we use. It has more debt than face value - so all that we circulate is technically negative money! It is difficult for the modern man to see this paradigm. One is just too busy just surviving to examine what is occurring, and if one has no involvement with societal problems - one is totally indifferent. When a problem does occur; the offense becomes exponential magnified. This occasion will then demonstrate that those employed in handling these kinds of situations are extremely competent (promotion time)! Now for such an extreme situation intense counter measures have to be taken! We see this pattern in recorded common history (and in true history; a bit more intensely), and today with the frequent cover ups that get exposed; such as the Kennedy and King assassinations, Oklahoma City, Waco, and Ruby Ridge. Just watch how careful the authorities will move on a real group of intelligent felons; as compared to the frivolous response we saw when they proceeded to attack a religious church community such as Waco. Obviously the day of the freeman is over. We have lost our courts where law was paramount to color of law. To attempt to live a simple life by the barter system will unleash all kinds of Governmental terror, especially if you use the systems banknotes at any time. Squatters Rights are dead, so large patches of land the people of America supposedly own are unusable by society (constitutionally the Government cannot own property). The 6th Amendment attorney today will be imprisoned for practicing law without a license, unless he is chaperoned by an attorney at law. The Chaperon will then force color of law down the throat of the 6th Amendment attorney by him simply being an officer of the court. So all legal actions revert to emotionalism today, and lawlessness by the justice system pervades, and is accelerating.

An Illusionary Society returns to Babble It is interesting to analyze the makeup of a society. Especially by an Electronic Engineer that has a unique benefit of no training in the subject, and thus like a child having no cultivated dishonesty, nor need to escalate the status of some kind of fraternity, he is able to be more obnoxiously direct if needed. Although this topic is not my expertise; the attributes of our society seem to be shouting out that the original rules of order that our forbears established, is presently no longer applicable if it interferes with modern mans ego. This situation apparently is not new, but originated with the Stone Age when tribes of mankind increased to the point where everyone did not know everyone else in the tribe! Society is supposed to be the average (mean) directions and rules governing all the individual goals, and motivations, that makes its population up; so the thoughts of each individual can roam far and wide in range while banging into the limits of sanity and logic. As an engineer trained for logic; my first overview is that modern society is the abridgment of nature (i.e. natural mankind) and should really be somewhat of a compromise of the compelling forces within us, and the need to associate and work together. Unfortunately, modern social engineering discards the individuals natural forces, and concentrates on association, and collaboration as mankinds primary goals. This pressure distorts the application of the rules of our society, and social engineering is really used to suppress the real nature of mankind, as illustrated accurately by the Unabombers Manifesto; and it is an obvious force increasing with our technological advancement. At the same time that we are escalating idealism, we have societies rules becoming no longer applicable for those in authority, or of celebrity status; because of their hunger for their natural individual rights - they believe they are entitled to! So we have this ongoing mess, that has lasted for thousands of years, steeped and formed by supernatural and emotional urgency; normally tempered with logic. Unfortunately for our modern society; the pillar of logic is currently slipping away. Time and evolution are important factors in societys assemblage. Society is supposed to be the passage of our parents common sense, via the safegua rd warrants of law, onto their younger generations. The normal time base for any kind of evolution to this veil covering all of humanity is about 2 generations, or approx. 40 years to assimilate any small changes that do occur in philosophy. What is happening currently is a very impressive Big Bang situation because the President of the United States of America is currently illustrating a tremendous jump by the reckless grounding of artificial values, that the moral code and beliefs of the populace that society is composed of is based upon. However, when a 50 year old man is caught with his hand in Monicas cookie jar, and he responds like a 5 year old child trying to lie and cheat about a (in reality) trivial situation; to the point that the who le world becomes involved - and is laughing at him and the country that he represents; simply wakes us up to how fast American societys acceptance has changed in the last few years. Normally, for those of lesser status, this kind of nonsense would not be tolerated, and in many instances extreme punishment (usually not worthy of the crime) would be melded out by sanctimonious bastions of propriety (that are usually just as guilty of similar normalitys). Listen to Bill Clinton spout babble, and lots of it, when he is questioned, when a yes or no is the correct answer. His choice is simply to move sideways to the inquiry with lots of rhetoric.

The hart beat of America presently is the design of the Banknote and not really its existence, or tangibility. Just stating how many banknotes one possesses, or leases, is sufficient to empower Status. Demonstrating an individual skill or talent, that becomes recognized, so that a worth of that talent in banknotes can be attached (called credit) yields status also (celebrity). The bottom line is that the US banknote - that is currently printed - has no backing (tangible redemption value) and what its value is for purchasing power is based upon the market place, and not against true or hard money. It comes down to the fact that what we call money is really an illusion of money i.e. the banknote (American Dollars) are so deeply steeped in debt that their true value is negative money. Most Libertarians assume this is the current problem here in America; whereas, it is merely the symptom of the disease that has gripped humanity globally for just too many years now. The point that I am making here is that the foundation of the USA that is supposedly money i.e. dollars, gelt, pesos, shekels or pounds is non-existent, and has been replaced by the illusion of wealth. Since wealth is an illusion, and an individuals status its reality, why does this system work as well as it does for humanity presently? The promise to pay!; This is the tool those of us that have the Status use today, with their symbol of wealth indexed by the storage of financial numbers is really what gets things done here in America. Now wait a moment; if legal contracting is necessary to establish the guidelines for The promise to pay and a society appears as either a insane or dishonest enmity, at no time can anyone in that society logically enter into a contract of any kind that will come to term, or be honored by the party of greater status. So the downright lying is hidden from the general public and corporate officers by attorney babble (called legalese)! This ties the whole mess together so that the status seekers end up having more control over the workers, and real contributors of the society; while taking the credit for accomplishments as if they (with Status) did the work. The first thing we have to identify here is there any sanity or honesty left to the present society? From the indications of the Gallup Polls taken recently of the average citizen, and their enthusiastic desire to fall into route-step with a criminal (felon) that has the status of President is an awesome display of lack of integrity, and that those of status are now above any law. And that stupidity performed by lying under oath (that has put many a loyal American into prison slavery) is now acceptable behavior. Well, under those circumstances, the only tool those of Status have against us that become knowledgeable, is the brute force Gestapo tactics that is usually available; as in any other Fascist regime! And that is a totally efficient system; when a Government takes (or fools) its society, and moves it to the far left. When has all this societal distortions occurred, or when was the starting point? I guess we have to go back to the stone age for that answer.....and we may have to go back to that point of time via Nuclear holocaust to straighten the problem out, because there is no safe way of changing the present system other than total world Fascism (a direction we seem to be heading to). Christ is a good reference point as the convergence of babble before the modern super tribes existed. In essence he was the hippie of the future. He expounded on the fact that if an individual dedicates himself to just one basic principle i.e. Do onto others as you would like others to do onto you; that all of society would take

This puts Christ via his simplification as the index, or being centered at a narrowing intersection of two intense situations of ; The Biblical tower of Babble of old, and the new future tower of Babble that is close to completion. In fellowship with Christ we have Muhammad expanding upon Christian philosophy, and Buddha teachings that are close to 600 years before Christs time period, and are very similar in concept. It is interesting that Christianity became international about 70 AD and that more complications entered when the Roman Church (130 AD) became involved. The early Christians apparently became quite wild by the standards of Judaism, with free love and sex a part of their early services; to be curtailed about 100 AD and shackled with the more formal attitudes that we presently observe. So the first construction of the fabric of our modern society was to impose sanctions on normal behavior. Bear in mind that the true philosophy of a society i.e. that of the masses, is never recorded by the status seekers in power. For them to use history is to use it to full advantage for control of the present; those with status color their perversion of history, and record it more representative of an idealistic perception; dishonestly. When Christ went to the mountain and said that if you thought of adultery with your mind, you have sinned just as if you did the act; is a lot of old fashioned BS! The population at that time consisted of humans whose only entertainment was sex! This was a period of time where Solo mons laws to uplift humanity existed. Example: the adultery law created the punishment of stoning, but what loving spouse would enact that upon their partner? When caught in a adulterous situation, the spouse would simply admit that permission was granted, thus no adultery occurred. Being the shining knight, and saving the maiden, would really cement the love bond between a man and wife (even though she would most likely redo the crime). Remember, the man was pivotal to the family at this time, and the wifes handmaidens, servants, slaves and friends were sexually responsive to promote his greatness, and give comfort to those they belonged to. Sexual harassment was normality. Prostitution was an acceptable profession where an unattached woman could relieve herself, and give comfort to her partners, along with creating an income so that she was able to fend for herself, and her children. Obviously natural mankind has a complete separation of love and sex, and it takes distortions within a society to attempt to weld the two, for the advantage of those in control. Passing laws that abridge normality is the best way to gain control on a population as demonstrated by the Inquisition. Reinforcing dishonesty, and rewarding those engaged as long as they follow a code of conduct that is profitable to the ones that have Status, is another step (Pirates, Warlords, Drug dealers, and informants; we the servants of the King, have use of your services!). Evolving language, without renovating laws, was a great stunt pulled off by King James when he had his group assemble his version of the Bible. [King James also was the inventor of the License. This was to control free speech that the Gothenburg printing press was starting to establish. He really should have been titled as the founding father of all future attorneys]. Now that the seeds of technology for modern social engineering were established in the 1500s AD, the modern status seekers carry it on to even greater perceptions. Today the rules, and laws to live by are nowhere near what humanity can honestly synchronize with. By the present system we are all dishonest and doing criminal things

Even those presently in high places were at some time just as high, and wild...our modern statistics simply prove that to be the truth. Honesty, like this writing, is regarded as a sign of weakness, loyalty a sign of stupidity, and treachery is encouraged and rewarded! Successful entrepreneurs become wealthy in status, even though much of their accomplishments are stolen from others. Many of the large corporations of today, along with famous individuals, owe their success to Drugs (illegal). Fast food empires, Clothing chains, Presidents, and Justices have come to tremendous power by engaging in drug money laundering issues. Look how massive our law structure has become under the guise that we are more complex a creature then we were eons ago (which is a downright lie). Rape and pillage in the past was a normal situation for the victors of a war, however it never appeared as a peacetime crime in those days of old. Assault, battery, and extortion were all the charges needed to create legal problems for that kind of perpetrator. Today, with all the specialty evaluations we have for a huge catalog of offenses, we have a gentle rapist that seduced a maiden into permission (slightly forcefully) maybe serving a life sentence for his evil deed, and a criminal that uses a tire iron caving in a mans skull; serving less than 6 years in prison if the victim survives (of which the felon typically serves less than 1 year). Additionally we have a strong legal reaction for Illusionary crimes: If there is sufficient proof of an individual contemplating a criminal action in our modern world, that if convicted of the thought, whether partially acted upon or not, the criminal will serve as much time in prison as actually committing the felony. Planning an illegal activity has more status than the commission of the crime; unless the architect has more positive system status than the alleged perpetrator. Add to fact that under the guise of morality, a jury system of the defendants peers in a civil action would gleefully punish (throw the 1st, 2nd, and all 12 rocks at this modern stoning) when the defendant was proven to have engaged in adultery (just an example); whipped up into state of extreme virtue by a cheer- leading prosecution regardless of fact that the jury is composed of prostitutes, and promiscuous swingers. Using the modern courtroom theatrics technology that metamorphoses legal procedures into a game, and away from the concept of honestly searching for guilt or innocence, just to appease the society as a whole; is exactly where the present legal system stands. Sort of similar in concept to the public lynching of old, that was usually stirred up by men of status. So here we are in a technological rampage with almost all of society responding to Frank R. Wallaces concept of all existence; being the force of consciousness, always escalating to new heights (as detailed in his works Neo Tech Discovery) until the ultimate life forms of the future create their own new universes....Versus, the dropouts of society that have a more natural form of intellect, then the programmed artificial intelligence that occurs via our educational system. Unfortunately, those who gain their intellect outside the system, or are naturally endowed with intelligence (that has not been cultivated or fully distorted by the system) will never be recognized as having attained a natural self-education; even though they demonstrate abilities to interface a stagnant

The Unabombers approach to existence is diametrically opposite of Mr. Wallaces and creates a more bovine universe for mankind to harmonize and share life, and intellect, with grass. It is true that successful individualists tend to climb the ladder of intellect and physical well being, because those inferior are naturally culled out by simply not living very long (the Eskimos are classic examples i.e. when that race was considered to have the highest IQ on the planet). Man hungers for society, and enjoys cooperation with his kind naturally, so society needs the intellectual outcasts to marinade its existence, instead of having them labeled as criminals to be put away like Lynden LaRouch (and then all his faithful followers) along with Tom Donahue, Martin Pyle, Professor Welch SMU, Lloyd Black, Mel White, Irwin Schiff, and the list goes on for people that attempted to champion constitutional rights, or create businesses that catered to expressions of individual thought or free enterprise such as natural foods and diets being important, and that money should be hard, and that small businesses should not have the same massive legal, and disproportionately larger share of taxes then that of the large corporations. And for those that initially catered to and fit in with society only to became naturally educated to the degree that they had to be eliminated like David Koresh, John F. Kennedy, Darwin Brown, Martin Luther King, John Singer, Gordon Khal, Sarah Weaver, the children at Waco, and many more victims, illustrates the intensity of how far those that have Status will go to keep society pure! What we have is a snobbish syndicate of formally educated people attempting to analyze and evaluate the rest of its environmental society, that even includes their own fraternity, so as to obtain the most technological advancement by employing social engineering on one hand, and genocide of any adversarial intelligence on the other. All primarily for the financial illusion and expansion of Status!! Lets delve into modern morality, and view the survival technology that we have created to exist in this kind of ideological environment; that is not in conformity to sociological realities. Unfortunately all the scholars on the subject of society are taught that we have become more complex a creature, and that we have not advanced socially at a rate compensatory to the population increase. Thus their is a need for social engineering for humanity to bridge that challenge, and develop a society that is more fitting to modern mans complexity. This ideology is bull shit. The reality is that we are no different than our forbears 4 or 5 thousand years ago. The negligible increase that we do have in mentality is mostly due to better nourishment, and not necessarily because we exercise our minds more. Emotionally, we have become tremendously retarded because our modern society has created totally unnatural rules that simply militate against our natural programs that we humans have designed into us by some greater power than we can conceive of (because of its intangibility). After air, food, water, shelter, and primitive associative programming (i.e. coming of age), we have strong motivations for appreciation/love and sex. Here is where society really distorts norma lity by creating impossible goals by complicating morality beyond Do onto others as you would wish others to do onto you. A primitive child is usually raised by the village for its initial associative programming. This child will respond naturally to puberty, and adult status is given to him/her at that age. Child bearing occurred then at the time a young teen-age girl is the most physically fit for the task. The identity of the father really was

unimportant because a child was naturally created out of a lustful male/female act, and has a blank data bank; to be filled by a loving family and friends. The tie between a husband and wife use to be natural love, and not a sexual contract (with the individuals becoming property). Now lets look at the modern child being born into the world with the same blank data bank, and attempting to follow modern societal rules. The married couple are primarily united by sexual urgency, and concern for the purity of the stock they will conceive. Close association could cause love to flourish, however a village is not helpful anymore in modern child rearing, and is actually feared now by the parents. Peak entertainment of participating in wild sex acts is replaced by visual entertainment, which portrays these acts softly, while attempting to portray monogamy, and heterosexuality as the normal goals (i.e. the Hollywood Fantasy). Morality applied today is the structuring of ones life to strong work ethics and building a future via financial status. The goal for a female is to have children when their biological clock has almost run out, say the age of 28. For males the pattern is for him to be established at the age of 35, and thus be able to support the addition of a child in the manner that society demands. And these fully developed adults ideologically are to be virgins until matrimony occurs! This kind of attitude is totally unrealistic; and our young that have a little reasoning respond more to natural instincts, become teen parents, with the typical male educated into not wanting any part of this responsibility. The judgment of this society also shrouds a young woman that has a large libido, and a strong Christian attitude to give sex partners as great a time as they themselves are enjoying, with the title of Slut; whereas, the male counterpart is merely titled A Real Man! The concept of morality versus realism apparently creates many double standards that those that have status are not really concerned with. A wealthy slut, on the other hand, becomes a women with a very healthy appetite. With our modern science we can determine who the biological father is; however, a male other than the biological father, that may love a female enough to help raise the child with her; is stripped away by the recognitio n of the moral code violation that had occurred i.e. you are stupid if you raise someone elses bastard is societies interference to normality, and is a classic example of societies violent usage of titles to create unrest!! The pot comes to full boil if you add a race or sexual orientation into this equation. As far as morality today, there is more normality, morality, and affection in the camaraderie of a group of porno stars, than in the average church group that extols concern for mankind; primarily because of the word Ethics. Ethics: The rules or standards governing the conduct of the members of a profession. Please notice that in this dictionary description that there is no tie onto morality or honesty!! Under this concept, Ethics becomes the diaper that contains the lawyers that wish to escape, and spread their shit! - with them seeking the seams, or more porous areas, so they can slide sideways to issues, and strengthen injustice. Considering that the attorneys wove the fabric of the diaper themselves to begin with, it gives them the latitude to remember where the weak spots are, and thus use them to full advantage. When you realize that all the professional fraternities of a society are constructed by attorneys, and that the ethics those attorneys are proud of, does not mirror morality, we have just that many more destabilizing forces emerging from our professional society being imposed upon human morality; just by the application of this word.

Now comes the most heinous aspect of this essay. And that is that the mountainous sociological damage done in the name of Ethics that has distorted human society to the point that morality is always verbalized, and never practiced. That our history has been distorted for political purposes within the limits of Ethics, so it is not a realistic learning situation that could be passed on from an older generation; causing youth to not repeat history over again. Apparently once one gets into pure history he finds distortions have occurred positively for over 300 years, so it most likely had been occurring since the beginning. Contracts that tremendous human effort created, today are also never honored - just like morality currently. Example: the Constitution of the United States. Most of the original architects wanted to scrap the Bill of Rights at its inception; however, there was sufficient force at the time to include them. Most of these rights have been stolen from us by our Government as time passes; under the guise of our societies increased complexity. The 16th Amendment was never ratified, and is an illegal plank of the Communist manifesto. The 13th Amendment was originally written in 1811, and ratified in 1815; however, President Lincoln overwrote this existing Amendment in 1863 with new text when he abolished slavery, and the 13th Amendment was ratified the second time in 1867. The original 13th Amendment would not allow individuals that were attached to, and who would remain obligatory to a fraternity, the opportunity to serve in Government. The 6th Amendment allows the right for a citizen to use law Professors, and their students, as a citizens consul of choice in legal actions (regardless of case merit). The Bar Association (a fraternity) will not allow it; so they have in essence the authority to abridge the Constitution that they claim they support. Getting into recorded downright lies we find the Daughters of the Revolution discovering an old bell in 1867 that was scrap metal to be melted down. They salvaged the bell for the use of it being a symbol of freedom from slavery. Today that bell hangs in Pennsylvania as the Liberty Bell, a symbol of the Revolutionary war, which it was never involved with. The Issue of the Civil war is slavery? True in a perverse way! The war technically started in 1832 because of slavery of the agricultural South, imposed on the Southern States by the more industrialized and aggressive Northern States. The repatriation fees to the British after the Revolutionary war that Washington accepted, and made the Republic liable for, had been paid off around 1832. The North insisted on filling Government coffers with Southern collections that benefited only the North. The South then attempted to succeed the Union; however, the North violated the contract of confederation, and would not permit the South their right to separate, all because of the financial damage that would be done internally, and externally via trade relations with the rest of the world. Lincoln only recruited the small Black union army battalion in 1863, when his advisors confided to him that the war was going to be lost. A story was then spun at that time about the slavery issue (the first entrance of this argument); thus gaining Englands support, and eventually wining the war. The Confederacy already had over 100,000 Black troops enlisted; dissenters of the damage the North had done to their homeland even before Lincoln accepted the Black soldiers services (remember, Lincolns election plank was Pro Slavery). After the war the South formed an affirmative action group called the KKK, because of the inflow of Northern Carpetbaggers that were going to take advantage of the situation. The Klu Klux Klans constitution reads that it was not the responsibility of any minority group to militate against their oppressor, so minorities were excluded from the organization. The Governments retaliation to the

KKKs existence is what created the reputation the Klan ended up with; much like the American Liberty Association, the Texas Liberty Association, the Freeman Society, and Mount Carmel; organizations that were successfully ridiculed, and eventually destroyed by Government. If our history is not valid, and now merely a tool for a loose cannon Government, we have education indirectly expanding upon the propaganda of that powerful Government (rather than having education stimulate unbiased thought that requires a free mind, and true facts). Through the Bar association, and efforts of our Government, we have Orville Wright being credited as this countrys first pilot instead of Gustave Whitehead; that flew 17 years ahead of Orville! It took the Wright brothers 5 years to catch up to the tasks Gustave previously accomplished (before Orvilles first flight)! Then we have Charles Lindbergh really being the 67th person to fly transcontinental (the solo aspect of his flight was a theatrical stunt i.e. like the wing walking of that period). The list goes on, and becomes more intense in modern times, via the ease that propaganda can be generated by an unconfined and unlimited Government that is now totally free of the encumbrances of Constitution law. When we can accept all the above as being the reality of our present society, we then better understand the directions we are being lead into, and the state of affairs of the World. Today 50% of all the wealth of the world is retained by less than 3,000 individuals. Once we get past a paper money evaluation, the true wealth is much more normalized. Because of paper money, and a blind fa ith situation regarding promises to pay, we have created a society that heavily depends upon good and evil; with both being absolutely essential for this societies existence!! Logic puts me into a position that if I were a youngster in our society wishing to be successful, that I definitely would be a drug dealer and use the money and contacts acquired to further my goals of increased status. As presented today, life is merely a game, and to succeed it takes money, and thus power. No, it isnt that drug dealing is the easy way out; its now the only way!! Bill Clinton is the modern classic example. His close friends, including his brother, and many other associates are drug dealers. Bill with his classic misuse of power has removed convicts from prison, and as Arkansas Governor, granted them pardons ! This kind of association and tactics automatically puts him into their fraternity. For years he has been associated with money laundering in Mena Arkansas, and though this has not been proved in a court of law, I am firmly convinced that it is true. Why, because I have seen, and have known of large fast food chains, clothing merchants, and other celebrities doing basically the same thing, with similar success. What the Brain Washing Experts in the present sociological engineering sector of our Government must be totally aware of is the Brain back-washing that is occurring. I am sure that the leaders of our society that work to maintain the image of good and evil enjoy this backwash that increases the economy by increasing the law enforcement industry. This backwash is the destruction of the family! Its the generation of a standing wave that separates the young from their parents by attempting to put idealistic goals above family bonds. Society forces the parents to react to unnatural rules via Governments education to the point that the humanity of home life is corrupted and reformed into a institutional situation; where the parents become merely officers of society. Since a barrier is now up between the child

and parent, when the child is mischievous and it gets away with the action by either fooling the parents, or receiving insufficient punishment for that activity, the child is encouraged to be more delinquent. Example: Years ago if a father caught his son in the garage experimentally smoking a cigarette, he would approach the situation in a more effective manner then today. Hi Son. Look at you, I am proud of you coming to age. Here my young man, have a cigar; and lets smoke together. After forcing himself to proudly keep up with his dad by puffing on el stinko the youngster actually becomes really ill, and from that day forth, just 2nd hand smoke itself creates nausea for at least a year afterward. Today, that kind of (brutal) father would be hauled off for morality accusations i.e. contributing to the delinquency of a minor; the child would be placed immediately in a foster home pending evaluation. The point I am making here is that with modern child rearing, we have (and stimulate) repeat offenders that continue to experiment, with our youngsters finding better ways of getting away with something; only to stop searching when they are very successful at it. The only difference between good kids and bad is what their goals, or limits are. Even the good kids today are now being educated indirectly by the public school, and the political system, that cheating is acceptable, and that morality is a code word for not getting caught; passed down by the older generation. To WIN is the most important fact of life. For the Win, the good and the evil of our total society fuel each other so as to amplify results. Take the modern KKK now pushing for white rights; in a militant manner. This is exactly what society wants them to appear as; and thus hate against them stimulates more militancy, which creates more bilateral hate. If the present role of the KKK were totally honorable, they would review their original constitution, and reform around it thus softening their militant attitude, and then they would be able to move forward for white rights as an affirmative action group, with a lot more success. This will never happen! Because of the power of a few individuals within either camp, would be diminished; so those individuals keep the fires burning to maintain status (at the expense of success). So, here we are at the what can be done to save the world! Unfortunately I have to side with Ted Kaczynski (Unabomber fame). If voting in America ceased. If sexual morals became more liberated, and natural, so as to eliminate all guilt and jealousy. If all of America voluntarily learned to live frugally and form tight protective family bonds so as to break down the circulating capitol of the market. If those that prefer the barter system with limited capitol be left alone to practice their interests. Then (and only then) will the Government be starved back into submission, and finally return to being a servant of the people. Once Government is checked, we can then use technology to honestly advance our society to the limits of consciousness with expansions in knowledge occurring at the speed of light! (Frank R Wallace, Neo Tech, Beyond Einstein). So instead, we will all continue to pay our taxes, do our work, escalate our Government, lie cheat and steal on a daily basis, sit back and complain (just like this essay), and watch us involuntarily sink into eventual poverty and hope their will be something left for scraps of humanity to start over; or worse i.e. eventually observe the Supernova of Governments into total Fascism! Unfortunately, seeing the power level currently of Governments, I firmly believe the choice will be Fascism!! Better start practicing the goose-step because the probability is greater that the Government, with its insidious technology, will successfully accomplish the goals of Nazism; far more

efficiently than what the common knowledge of our society thinks the KKK is capable of.

Money; the Replacement for Morality Have you noticed that money is the only foundation of our current society? If one has no interest in wealth, he/she goes absolutely nowhere? This is true no matter what they contributed, invented, work accomplished, or sacrificed for. Every vestige of our life now has an accountant attached to it (which happens to be attached to the legal fraternity)! This change in the makeup of our society has occurred slowly over the last 200 years. Pitifully, any sub society that has stood up and tried to maintain a separation from the use of money by the barter system, has been destroyed - starting with the American Indian; which is a classical illustration of total abuse by legality. As I mentioned previously, many of the famous gangs like Jesse James, Sam Bass were fueled by the unleashing of a fractional banking system (with interest) upon a laid back society that had little money, but held onto alodial property. Taxing those parties, after the Civil war, by the new marshals of the North, was a punishment similar to that of punishing cannibals for their eons of practicing the eating of people. The Southern hospitality of the more logical barter system amongst the Southern farmer was totally destroyed, and replaced by the legal monetary system of the more industrialized North. The venom generated by the legal arcade was to criminalize the victims - while overlooking the crimes perpetrated under color of law by law enforcement. This practice became a useful tool by a new overpowering machine age society - that also has total control over the media. And here is where we are today; still employing the same tools with improved temper and sharpness. Today the finger points at the elderly showing that they are no longer the center of contribution, but are instead enjoying a freeloading existence. To prepare oneself for the aging process our current dogma is to work your ass off while you are young to create the circulating capital to carry you through the latter years. This is all because the Social Security system is no longer capable of fulfilling a role for caring for an individual that is spoiled into thinking they have a right to maintain their life style - after their productive cycle. Using the democratic concept, we have a majority of the aging Americans fighting for more rights (that translate into more Government gifts), while the productive viral energetic youth condemn the elderly that exists for not planning for a future by having greater capitol circulation than what the old-timers have. What youth does not understand about the concept of economic growth is - that once they go through the time barrier and reach the status of elderly, what ever circulating capitol they thought was adequate at the earlier time, has now become insufficient; and thus through their good handling they would still feel that Government should be there to do something about it. Meanwhile the next generation new youth supposedly should tackle the same problem with even greater intensity to prepare for retirement. This is putting the carrot ahead of the horse to make it go. Attempting to put an overview on circulating capitol; we have to understand what is happening, and how it works. Elimination of hard money and replacing it with script (a note) permits Government to place a value onto the note - that does not have to equate to real property. Corporations today are installed that have outstanding shares in stock -

that are typically greater in value than the worth of the company. This is where the name of the company has the status of value, and not the products they produce. Example, you bought a baseball card when you were a kid for 2 cents, and the player on the card signed it. Because of the signature, the card is worth $1500 today; yet it still is something tha t can be reproduced for about 2 cents each. Because of the originality of the signed item, the card has become valuable. This is emotionalism, rather than logic! Now we can explain the attitude of what is a driving force of within the present stock market. The stock value is dependent today on the potential profit of a corporation, rather than its worth. If a hot dog stand could yield $100,000 for the first year, but be worth only $1,500 in equipment etc. its outstanding shares could total better tha n $250,000 because of its fantastic growth in capitol. If a celebrity was attached to the stand as an investor, backer, promoter, etc. the share value would increase fanatically. The value presently in the market is dedicated by the NAME of the corporation, and its financial history. So we have economic growth in a corporation by its name, and profit, but not in its real value as related to hard money. Increasing the profit by minimizing the growth of the real corporation increases the stock value until profit growth stagnates. Reducing the size (and true value of the corporation) increases the profit so the stock value rises again, and the ratio of outstanding shares versus the true worth of the corporation increases thus tremendously inflating the price of the stock above the worth of the corporation. This procedure is now ongoing in the market, and has been totally accepted by investors and by Government that blindly oversees the situation (succumbing to graft, and pressure of lobbyists to keep eyes closed). If evolution continues the way it has, only the NAME will have the status in the future; and just like the baseball card, a corporation producing nothing just wont have to exist in reality. We end up with an impeached president Clinton that wields power, and non existent corporations having valuable names!

How White-Water Works A legal fraternity that had handled the financial aspect of my corporation of AM Electronics inc. taught me a modern ongoing system that is totally astounding. The reason it works so well is because of large circulating capitol in modern times that is factored as wealth belonging to those that pull the strings of a corporation that gates the flow of capitol. Yes, when large amounts of money are jostled about, the surrounding scavengers get more than their fair share so incentives to militate ethics are quite intense. I am not going to whistle blow on the Attorneys that were involved; however, what they were doing was common practice in the 1980s and is still happening all over the country today!! White-Water was only one of the many organizations that are out there, and one of the extremely greedy few that were caught. I had purchased a airplane for AM Electronics. The small machine was a Taylorcraft BC-65, and was to be a service tool to handle local machine repairs, or fly to areas that had my dwindling supplies (at the time) available. Yes, it was fun and an education, less expensive than driving a car - along with being a lot safer. A 400 mile trip took 1/2 the time typically. Total cost of the restored 1941 2 seater aircraft was $6000. I conceptualized the idea of using this type of transportation from a Company called Herters inc. that resided (I believe) in Wisconsin; that used the inexpensive light planes to handle their catalog sales. Their big customers in Canada had more facilities for aircraft than for automobiles or trucks; whereas, I just enjoyed looking down at snarled traffic below me, as I went my merry way enjoying a bit more freedom while going on a service call. After I had gotten used to flying, and having been finally signed off by my flight instructor, I was hungry for challenges that would incorporate the usage of my Talorcraft. Earlier, my accountant group had organized a gaggle of small businesses to enter a 10 to 1 tax shelter for oil exploration around Midland Texas. When I was invited, I jumped right into the shelter because I believed the less money Government got it hands on, the better. After a year of getting reports of finding salt water, sounding charts, maps of drilling sites - but no normal oil production - I became suspicious. Statistically 6 failures for 6 in a row attempts, in a supposedly oil rich location, magnified now by the high tech search equipment - left me with a curiosity, that was not comforted by the accountants soothing of dont worry about the production, the shelter is all that you have to concern yourself with. My friend Doyle Modesto and I enjoyed quite a few flights after I got signed off for cross country flying. You need to understand that Doyles father, Arthur Modesto, was the rebuilder of my Taylorcraft. And that Doyle never drove a car until the age of 21 - because his father thought he would kill himself. Instead, Doyle would safely fly a J-3 Cub from 11 years of age - and it worked - he survived!. The Modestos lived in Gilette Arkansas, a pilots type of town with a population of 2000 (about 9 airports) so Doyles flying to college was no big deal. He trained me on flying my primitive antique (no electronics), and tempered me with night flying (illegal without strobe and navigational lights) to the point that I was very comfy with visual flight rules (VFR). Having a couple

of weeks for myself (vacation) I plotted a flight plan that would take me to Midland Texas. Working into the flight plan was the locating of oil drilling sites on my flight maps. These sites were the location of the oil fields that my tax shelter was based upon. Making sure all my route airports did not have tower control (TCA) so that I could get in and out without a radio, I played the lone eagle and took off for an adventure. Boring!! Flying thermals in a sailplane working lift by spiraling i.e. going round and round is not my ideal of having a good time. The Taylorcraft flying at 95 mph with a task of sighting something ahead, and keeping the nose on it, is a heck of a lot better than the hard work of flying lift with a sailplane. But is still boring with the motor obnoxiously humming away. Checking the compass is a navigational task, but simply flying I Follow Roads (IFR??) like I-20, works the best for me. The Taylorcraft is a pilots machine with the only weak control the ailerons. The important rudder is very effective, however to maintain course one has to keep a light pressure on the pedals for a sort of rigid center. Although the Taylorcraft was designed for grassy squarish airfields, it would comfortably 3 point onto runways in surprisingly gusty crosswind conditions. Being a taildragger, before airspeed comes up to lock up the tail directionally, one could be quickly surprised by what the tiny wheel brakes could start - but fail to correct. A scary situation, but not a dangerous one - unless landing at airports that have a tree- line or fence 50 feet off the side of the runway - better to put her down in the grass, or go to another airport. The bottom line is that after flying the sites with map in hand, I could not find any oil rigs or drilling equipment that the geolo gy maps identified as sites. Sitting at Midland Airparks, and asking around I found that my maps were marked correctly for the sites, and that none of the pilots had seen anything going on either (but they werent looking intentionally). So I just had a fun trip; and on my way back stopped at the many airport along the way that I did not use going (great practice). Yes, I would have to get the answers from my accountant on what the deal is. Going through the reports on drilling progress I made an interesting discovery. The engineering reports were signed off by attorneys!! Wait a minute, geological sounding reports that have junior attorneys of the firm that does my accounting, doing the work and analyzing the results?? Going the next step, I confronted one of the top attorneys of the firm, and he explained that a legal corporation was merely the balance of paperwork. If bills are paid, invoices processed, rental contracts honored, and the corporation is in the black i.e. healthy, there should be no concern if the organization is just a ghost - and it is perfectly legal. What was happening was the accountants were shuffling data of intangible organizations, and their clients reaped the benefits from the Government by a tax shelter that they offered. This consultation not only cost me $600, but a lot more; I just wanted to get away from accountants and their immoral legality. I closed out AM electronics, and thought that I was finally a free man. I took up constitutional law at SMU via courses taught by the American Liberty Association. That is where I learned a lot more about our legal system. A requirement of this education was that one must witness court activities, so I had an opportunity to see (un)justice in action. Latter when discussing this kind of activity with judges, congressmen, and attorney magistrates, I discovered their response to the truth was; that

since I was not part of their fraternity (I am an outsider) without a legal degree - I was too stupid to understand black vs. white. My conclusion of every court case being an occurrence that creates financial circulation, which transforms justice into a business; they felt was the flawed observation of a criminal mind. The one thing I did learn was to keep my mouth shut and remain cool about the ongoing tragedy of life. Here comes the IRS. My accountants did my taxes; until I closed out AM Electronics. As soon as the accounting firm and appropriate signatures were removed from my tax reports, the IRS wanted to audit me, however they strangely sent paperwork to an old address - and never followed up until the statute of limitations ran out. They then invented extra-ordinary income by merging AM electronics (double taxing) income onto mine, along with Alsco (a sales company that I had moonlighted motorized winches - to launch model sailplanes) income, and disallowed all my deductions. So I now that own a $140,000 Taylorcraft (because it supposedly is a valuable antique), a 14 acre farm, and a diesel pickup truck, I am classified as a wealthy hit for the collection team. This created long stupid battles that can never be won, because every time I weaken and hire an attorney, he becomes cooperative with prosecution (same fraternity) because the cost for the amount of work needed for the win exceeds the IRS tax booty demanded. A lose- lose situation!! This has been going on now for 20 years - and the IRS reports seem to change all by themselves (without any logical reasoning), without a statute of limitations, without any filings of bankruptcy on my part....they just hang in space. So I now realize that I am a Slave! unable to own property, bank accounts, stock etc.. A similar situation of being a street person; just like Bill and Hillary Clinton, except a lot gentler universe on my part - and without a following to damage. Once you represent yourself in legal battles here in America, all hell breaks loose! In 1987 I filed a court petition for hearing on my tax matter. The court wanted to convert the petition to an action of Al Sugar vs. The USA making me the plaintiff, and the Government the defendant. The Government has absolutely no documentation that can prove that I had received the amount of income they invented; as a defendant they would not have to prove anything, and just make claims that I would have to prove otherwise. As a plaintiff I had to prove damages done to me and that I had indeed paid the exorbitant taxes they requested; and that I required a refund (that a tax attorney would strip away from me if I was represented). After writing a legal brief explaining why I was the defendant, and why they should be the plaintiff, and that the judge had no jurisdiction to convert this action as he had done, and I submitted it. Lo and behold, the judge found in my favor. The celebration was canceled when I discovered the judge found in my favor without prejudice; this meant the IRS could start all over with the same problem (double jeopardy) now apparently without any limitations.....so the beat goes on. In the late 1980s I am still a practicing engineer working for handouts, when I came across an interesting project. A gentleman who had previously operated a savings and loan wanted to start up fabricating fiberglass molded 2 seater high performance airplanes, which were quite unique. What he wanted from me was a radio controlled demo model. Once the model was flying; and he made a movie of it, he quickly went

public on the stock market, with his small corporation. I was amazed when he started sweeping in money from all over the world by his rapidly growing stock. After the incoming money reached a certain level, the work done on the full- size machine was stopped; and the Gentleman disappeared again...the same as he did with the savings and loan scandal when it snapped at his heals. It is amazing how these kinds of people prosper through all their insidiously constructed adversity that always seems to be directed against honest folk. Our current system seems to be open to it, and fuels it well. One corporation passed 1300 hot checks for a payroll. No problem, they knew the 1300 employees would never band together to initiate a class action suite, and that the check values merely amounted to that of a legal retainer; individually. It is with sadness that I conclude that there is no way for a common man to simply address a court, with a simple and logical problem, and expect a just and honest reaction, let alone decision. Unfortunately our courts operate under Admiralty jurisdiction for crime, switching to Equity jurisdiction (via plea bargaining) every chance it gets. There just are no common law courts left in America. Now I am a small potato, yet I have witnessed a lot of true crime legally performed over the years. In Chicago (in the 1960s) I worked for corporations that became shady because of the struggle in the competitive world. Tone Right as an example made musical amplifiers, but could not get an SBA (Small Business Association) loan for growth. To color the situation properly we hired a black man (Ramie) for president, and the loan gates opened. To cut labor cost we filed with the prison system for the hiring of parolees - and the State of Illinois paid 1/2 their wages for a 3 month training period. We had a great work team of prostitutes, murders, and felons, and there were no problems! When management put the pressure on to build cheap imitations of expensive equipment, the engineering staff rebelled. I was personally attacked by two toughs (that were not parolees), and I put both in the hospital. Management apologized for their mistake and things resorted back to normality. Then came the opportunity for sales to unseat our token black president. To impress investors with what we were producing, we got to the point we were making more than 50 units a day - that our customers started to stock pile (because they were under priced - and the customers were informed operations would change). Tone Right then sold to Murray Equipment (obviously without Ramie). The two partners that had originally hired me, took off to Bogot Columbia - and I never heard from them again. I ended up a victim helping the new owner hold the empty bag (because of the little market that was left). I then took off for Milwaukee Wisconsin, and contracted with the LoDuca Corporation (Tone Rights competitor) to build musical amplifiers (which would not conflict with Sound-Tronics line of high quality equipment - that I helped to establish). World Wide electronics of Milwaukee was then born. This lasted about a year before the importation tax on Japanese products was tremendously reduced. The Japanese equipment had good engineering, sold in large volume, but was missing common sense. Their equipment could not be shipped to LoDuca customers, unless modified. The needed modifications were a bit expensive, and LoDuca insisted that World Wide do the rework - at Japans estimate of the cost to incorporate the modifications into their

production i.e. direct competition with slave labor. World Wide closed; however, LoDuca had a trained team now that would do the work as LoDuca employees. I went home to Chicago. All that I kinda missed of the adventure was my old roommates constant servings of moose - steaks, hamburger, pot roast, and mooseloaf. He was a big game hunter that bagged a moose that year, and he believed we were supposed to eat it all. It was pretty good. I then worked as a machinist for the Naval Ordinance plant at Forrest Park for about 6 months before I landed a position of Project Engineer for the Keene Corporation. After 2 years I became the new chief engineer with a project of the Arcom System. I had learned to apply TTL logic into bus (motorized people carrier type) applications by redesigning the Johnson farebox to solid state, and then accounting the deposits directly into monitory values loaded into dynamic TTL shift registers. I then did the interlocks that would pass the monitory information, upon recognition, electronically while the physical coinage was vacuumed out of the farebox vault, and deposited into the Depot safe. Once we got the system operational, I wanted to start on the next generation using Intels new micro-processors. After acquiring a TI 1600, and Intel MCS 8, to replace all the TTL, I started to see all the potential capability of this system including route and run numbers etc.. I made a presentation of all the possibilities to Ed Ballanger (CEO of Keeene at the time). As brilliant a leader that Mr. Ballanger was, he wanted to sell the advanced system that I portrayed as possible in the future, first, before the simpler system that we were working our ass off trying to put together was finalized. This then triggered off the corporate intrigue that America is famous for. Ed Ballanger cleaned house of all of us that seemed to be balking, and hired new personnel (tripling the staff) to push for a product; that the customers themselves were not ready for. So off I spun into a new corporation; Parking Systems inc. (that was initially sponsored by Blackha wk Engineering). Keene took 2 years to get back to the point that they were at when I left; but now had developed a bad reputation of broken promises. The point of all this is that I am trying to illustrate with all my personal experiences that the intense competition of the business world tends to criminalize (via perjury, felony assault, legalized immorality, and prostitution) individuals that gain power, and thus status; and that this is happening, including lots of legalese cover- ups, all over the world today (with even greater intensity in our modern times than what I have experienced). White Water, the S&L scandal, and Bill Clinton only demonstrate a small tip of what is really going on in America. Like the Icebergs observed in the Atlantic, the major portion of the danger is below the surface.

Disclaimer The books like this that I am writing have a distinct style that I believe is totally unique. Most historians use documented fact to make their points; whereas, I simply use logic - because the true facts of history are heavily concealed by bullshit. Because I was a member of the American Liberty Association I have personally witnessed the goings on of Government attacks on that organization; while Government says it has no files that will collaborate my statements. This is the same situation as the doors that disappeared at Waco that prove the Government fired into the compound of women and children. Now reversing the situation; and if the Dividians actually fired through the doors, and the doors disappeared; the responsible party for repressing the presentation of evidence would be indicted immediately for contempt of court!! Notice that this logical conclusion has not happened at all regarding the missing doors; which directly influences my concept that the disappearance of the doors was favorable to a biased court. The death of educated 6th Amendment attorney/individuals seeking repair via the court system was hammered home when I attempted to utilize rule #47 (Texas Rules of Court) which was a best friend representation in court - because disability. My neighbor was an American citizen that primarily spoke Spanish. He was followed home one night, and pulled over by a policeman. The real charge was DWM (Driving While being Mexican). Unfortunately for the officer, there were 3 witness that saw the officer abuse the citizen - then arrest him (after getting backup). I went to the police station and got him released; because there were no real grounds to hold him and his automobile that was towed away from his driveway. When I went to court to assist, I gave the defendant a motion for the best friend defense because of his failure to communicate well in English; which he presented Lewisvilles attorney magistrate (judge?) Stephen. Judge Stephen looked directly at the defendant and said in your own words, just what does this motion mean!! So the illiterate judge then assumed jurisdiction over the poorly literate Mexican, and illegally sentenced the defendant to a $75 fine for assaulting an officer! Testimony of the 3 witnesses that were present, and would prove it was the officer that assaulted the defendant, never occurred. This is the way it works!! The case of Yokum vs. Texas had mountains of information placed by both sides. Discovery shows the stupidity of the defense when the rules of court permitted an interrogatory of 30 questions to be asked, and they submitted 70!! i.e. how long have you been in a mental institution?, did you ever graduate grammar school?, what is your sexual preference? etc. Lets explain the case: Yokum was ticketed for speeding. Using attorney tactics he presented his case at Cockrell Hills Court, Pro-Se. His proper legal tactic was to identify the design velocity of the roadway. Then came the request for calibration of the Radar. Finally came the brief showing that a speed limit cannot be set for Political reasons; and the Judge went bananas!! - screaming at the bailiff to remove Yokum from his court. As the doors almost closed behind them, the jury watched in shock as the bailiff attacked Yokum with

his night stick cracking 3 ribs, and knocking out 4 teeth. This is what initiated the lawsuit against Texas by Yokum. 2 weeks before trial, Yokums front door to his apartment is broken down, and he is forcibly arrested. The charge Failure to comply with a request for hearing. It took 2 days before the magistrate would hear this cause; to which the ALA (American Liberty Association) responded by getting a group of 6 members to witness Yokums court call. At 8 PM we sat together in a group consisting of one Bar attorney (that favored the work the ALA was doing), myself, the VP of ALA, one Law Professor from SMU, and 2 legal counselors (non Bar members). When Yokums turn came up, the bailiff got up and went to a chamber, and came back with his pistol belt loaded with extra handcuffs, and extra ammo pouches (ready for war). When Yokum was called, two plainclothes policemen carrying shotguns moved into position on each side of the courtroom. We sat in awe when Yokum was finally allowed entry, shuffling along with all the chains limiting motion. [NOTE: This is the same court that the previous case of Manuel - the slasher, a man of multiple felony convictions (who was totally free to move about - i.e. no chains), was released on his own recognizance; because the judge felt that slashing with a knife is not life threatening - as compared to jabbing with the point of the blade. Manuel left the courtroom laughing, (with his attorney shushing him); covered up by the cheering of about 30 Latinos that were in the courtroom.] The Judge addresses Yokum you do know what you are here for? Yokum: Frankly, I havent the slightest your Honor, what are the charges?. The Judge the n informs Yokum that he failed to report after he responded to a certified letter requesting his appearance. To that Yokum responds to let me see the return of service, maybe I can determine who signed the damn thing - because it wasnt me. The Judge refused to show Yokum the evidence - so the bar attorney amongst us stood up; and she said your Honor, allow us to witness the evidence. If you are a bar member willing to take up Yokums defense, lets see your ID, and I will show you the evidence the Judge barked back. This was just another form of entrapment, so the attorney sat down. Yokum was then marched back to his cell to wait for a few more days to pass. When he finally got out; because some random time the Judge conceived as effective had passed; he discovered that he lost his job, and that his wife and daughter had left. Yes, Yokum lost his suit against Texas, and everything! The court records show none of these abuses, none of the prosecution stupidity, and Yokum appears as a clown - represented by a half- wit - by the record! All that counts is the win by the system! This is a typical example of how our court system works. Before going into other case histories, let me get back on point. All the tragedy mentioned above does not exist on record. I am writing about it as a witness without the ability to reinforce my story with an actual court record - that would satisfy an bar associated attorney. So I am forced to write without footnotes and other indexes, in order to relate the true facts - that may appear as fiction. The problem is that our societies system at determining facts is to select only those that harmonize with societal reports and official records of history. Example; when in jail you are to receive 3 meals a day, one telephone call.....BS!! When arrested, I wasnt allowed a single call, my family had

to search for me! I was a 60 year old disabled diabetic at the time that got 2 ea. 99 cent frozen dinners total in 3 days (I am sure their records prove otherwise). While I am at it; MK Ultra is practiced at all police stations (at least here in Texas). Sleep deprivation! Exceedingly bright lights are on for 24 hours a day. No reading material is available (save your breath asking for a Bible....I guess they are afraid you may get turned on with all the Sex and Violence). So I lived/survived my 3 days without blood pressure or insulin medication (that took me a week or so afterward to get back to normal). I am sure that if a suit were placed over this inhuman handling, it would all be turned over to make me look like a snarling suicidal freak that was an escapee from Mt. Carmel (Wacos branch Davidians). Terry Lofton was a high school senior that wanted to do something about cleaning up the drug dealers - that had invaded his school. He turned them in; however, that just wasnt good enough, the authorities wanted a pigeon that could entrap them, rather than just finger point. So Terry ended up being some of the bait that was used to control who had the right to service certain territories. On one big drug bust they picked up Terry, along with the dealers, printed and booked him; and his police friends immediately got him released. Dont worry Terry, this will never happen again. A year later they needed another shill, and Terry was selected. This time he said NO!! He had affiliated himself with the ALA, and he no longer wished to be a party to entrapment. First they pointed out how important his work was, and the success they had because of him. When that didnt work, they tried to hold the previous arrest (that was now being held in abeyance) over his head. The old case was then moved forward for action. Initially Terry attempted to be his own attorney; however, the court assigned a court appointed attorney, Catherine, for his own protection. All that Catherine attempted to do was to force Terry to cooperate with the BATF, or plea bargain for a lesser sentence. Even the Judge said these officers are mad at you, so why not just cooperate with them, and get out of my courtroom! This was an admission that the Judge was not there to hear a case, but to administer punishment to a delinquent. The ALA stepped in and did some research on Catherine to discover she was not a member of the BAR association! She in fact had been an attorney that murdered her client, and served 4 years in prison for that crime. Being released 4 years before Terrys case meant that she had 2 more years to go before she would be able to apply to the BAR to regain her position. This turned the case into a circus with NBC news covering the event. The Judge and Catherine, with the assistance of the BAR association, jumped through hoops trying to pad down the story. Using an old law that permitted two BAR members to sign Catherine back at law (in lieu of her 10 year suspension) satisfied NBC; and then to deflect the spotlight on her, Catherine pointed to me and my (black) legal associates saying we were a group of white supremacists! This is the way it came out on TV - because NBC believed them! Unfortunately for Catherine the old sign on law was mooted in 1967 (20 years prior) which left her the option of murdering another client!! This year 2000; Catherine is up on new murder charges, and the beat goes on. Terry; he ended up plea bargaining for the BATF to drop all charges, clean his slate, with the provision that he would cooperate if they promise not to pull anything like that again....hmmmm! 2 unfulfilled promises!! What I am trying to point out (again) is that none of this appears in the court

record!! So in our modern philosophy - it never happened? Obviously, I cannot footnote records to substantiate this reporting. I have witnessed many court actions that are similar to the above cases, so I personally know that these activities are normal. Victims that go into court on entrapment for a misdemeanor, that refuse to cooperate because entrapment is unconstitutional, end up with a criminal sentence. [criminal on the judges part, and criminal as the new status of the victim]. As long as the true facts of most causes can be decided behind closed doors, we will always have artificial history !

Hero Worship Democracy, or Mob rule seems to squeeze out heroes from the general population. This procedure has occurred since the beginning of time. With our modern hi tech society the procedure is different because the persons that have access to presentation (news, TV, websites etc), and have the skill to dominate that access; control who is a Messiah, and/or who is a Charlatan! Thank God we still have some individualism left because those of us that have common sense are forced to rely on logic, rather than observed presentation. In early times people had memories of famous deeds that were emphasized by natural exaggerations. The village hero did a task of ridding a garden of toads, that after a century or so ended up being a valiant fight won against dragons or demons. Under these circumstances there was no intent. With the sharing of information occurring at the speed of light today, we now end up utilizing exaggerations and presentations that are physiologically controlled to gain some tactical advantage. Actually the truth is that even in the slow paced world of Pythagorean philosophy (600 BC), which was the foundation of the Jewish Cabala, cults had to be formed to fight the intrusive media of the time; just to maintain some records of past events - and the philosophy that was attached. The Cabala was given occult status so as to isolate it from the populace. Any Gnostic who secretly acquired this kind of knowledge was denigrated; except for Christ!! John the Baptist sort of opened the door for Christ, who really was able to pull off the education of a strong following into the philosophy of Essene Judaism (that included Cabala). The Roman Church twisted and turned for 300 years after the crucifixion rewriting events to comply with their present philosophy. Once done, documents mysteriously appeared to support the churches fantasies; and the Essenes almost disappeared from history...until the year of 1947 with the discovery of the Dead Sea Scrolls! No longer do we have to wait centuries for media and government to modify truth and manipulate a public, it is now done in hours!! In my point of view, Acting is a disingenuous behavior. To me it is an art- form representation of lying. Yes, I adore the highly skilled thespian; but I am shocked when a very effective villain is booed after his excellent performance. Why does his lie of acting the villain carry over into his real life of just being an actor. To me this reveals the fact that humans would prefer to live in a Illusionary world, no matter how perfect their reality of existence is. We tend to lie to ourselves when we justify our misdeeds and that sometimes creates the comforting illusion that we are beyond reproach because of our goodness. Psychiatric help to guide us and bridge the gap between reality and illusion no longer is available because the real highly skilled doctors are not as popular (and thus generally not available) as the educated impostors - that are successful at Acting ! What I am trying to point out is that the illusion of acting has enveloped the whole of society, and credence of skill is not really an important question anymore. A brilliant student slides through school, and grabs his degree believing he is the expert, and has something tangible to prove it - will go nowhere unless he is willing to take acting lessons (issued by a previous accepted successful actor within his field of endeavor). So when we look at the members of congress, our judges, law officers, presidents, attorneys, salesmen etc. we only see the successful ones that have become thespians first (authors included).

Now that we have actors in high places, we have the outcropping of humanitys vanities (fueled by the general public that worships them). Imperialism, and a fanatic allegiance to perfection is the driving force that elevates people of status to new heights of lying!. This is because they were easily able to get away with lesser lies; the subservient public simply backs off (although amused at times). After a couple of decades of this kind of programming, the lying increases to the point that intense cover ups to maintain status, becomes important. Now with communication so advanced, the road to deceit is quite rocky; so here we are today with the hammer and sickle over the heads of all the media, with many official meetings behind closed doors to decide what propaganda is to be decimated to the public as news. The mind of the general public, although normally quite inquisitive, has been successfully subdued by a quality of life that has never been so good for those that faithfully follow their heroes; without regard to limitations of law, logic, or morality. We as a society have extrapolated the concept of good and evil, accented by the death of Christ. Evil obviously won 33 years after the birth of Christ!! By the Roman churchs destruction of all the evidence concerning the existence of the predominant Essane Jewery (Christs heritage), they were able to elevate the concept of a Jesus that was more in conformity to the Churchs interests. Obviously this was done behind closed doors!! All we can do presently is grit our teeth and hang in there because crucifixion is a lot quicker nowadays. Those of us that become Gnostic are obligated to enlighten by publication, so as to lessen the sting of frustration for those entrapped and damaged by the present; and eventually, the more intense future system of society - as the political state of art (of lying) becomes more high-tech. What happens next to the Heroes that are formed is that society then puts them on a pedestal, and as in Roman times, makes a god of them...That can do no wrong! - even though they have evil inclinations! Rights? Pets are interesting, and they sometimes make great educators (once you learn to speak their language). Man typically ties himself to 3 entities; God, Country, and self. He actually attempts to follows that descending order only to shift it around when he obtains status. Cats are treated as if they have 9 entities; ME, ME, ME....etc. Dogs, on the other hand, put the pack first with the dominant dog the ME dog, and the rest of the pack a diminishing of ME. Try telling a typical cat, or a dominant dog, that may just be a very loving creature, to do what you wish done. The negative reaction that occurs is not because they are stupid! Most likely the reasons are: intelligence and instinct. Human beings are animals. A gaggle of them have as much range in attitude as the limits portrayed by cats and dogs; thus a clever Constitution was formed that guarantees the rights of individualism to exist within a throng of socialites. Apparently our Government is silently at war against any individuals who wishes to have the status of a freemen. Catlike individualism should be enjoyed without restriction as long as it does not cause real injury to others. (Emotional injury caused by someone elses individuality is usually a sign of a sick person that overly concerns himself with his status in the societal dog- like pack). NOTE: As kids we sang sticks and stones may break my bones, but names will never hurt me. How many times have we heard people complain that we do not have any rights left, or that the Government is taking our rights away? Yet, we have our political leaders still proclaim we have all the rights guaranteed by our Constitution! However, when questioned further on that subject; in a courtroom at law - we find that we have our rights converted into privileges - that some form of Admiralty created! This is all done under color of law that happens to be a total violation to our American Constitution. Yes, they will utilize legal techni-babble, and will tie up a court action for years hoping to find an opening to destroy the advisory; that is honestly seeking rights. If the judge finally gets too bored with the situation, off goes the irritant; to jail!! What the hey!, contempt of court is good enough to get the rabble rouser out of society for 10 years, or kill him off if he cant handle the heat. We should have the Right to think; however, if a court decides the thought concerns crime - - can we have a conviction here? A blind old man has been sentenced to life for conceiving of a plan to bomb the trade center. There is no way that he could be a party to the execution of that plan; yet, he sits in prison convicted the same as the assassins that actually accomplished the act; at the publics expense. Steven King writes books of horror, murder, and other stimulating events that may entice someone to do the same acts described. Why does the party doing a similar crime - doing the time, without Stephens companionship? What happened to equal status under law. Thinking of a crime and working out the details - along with getting others involved, does not constitute criminal activity (a felony). If the components to be used in the crime are legally accepted products by society, and having been acquired by the potent ial perpetrators, may prove intent somewhat. And that would qualify for confiscation of those tools, and notification to the public not to assist in the criminals

Instead, the Government chooses to utilize spies to penetrate a suspected group, and when evidence is found that show some kind of intent, the Government goes into an entrapment mode, which actually stimulates and assists the conspiracy to move forward toward a successful project! If the group bumbles, or appears to be unable to successfully accomplish goals, the Government then swoops down plucking the potential villains up, and displays them to the world to show how efficiently the Government operates. Sentencing for the thought crime presently is about the same as actually doing the real crime! This view, and its acceptance by the general public, is a successful attempt of re-educating the masses to assist the concept of enslaving the individual free thinker via a WHAT-IF attitude. Imagination (what if) replaces reality! As the One World Order policy strengthens (to the glee of the controlling Anarchists that are involved), thought crimes now become a poignant tool that is very useful. We have situations of Americans that own a .357 magnum, that think they would love putting a bullet through the head of Fidel Castro. These thought-criminals can now be transferred to Cuba (extracting them from our society and allowing the jurisdiction of another country to punish). Why not just make a claim that an American who is standing up for his rights, who happens to dislike dictatorship, and has the tool to exterminate one; simply proves his thought-out attempt on Fidels life. All it takes is a bit of tinkering with the media via a bit of spin doctoring, and off he goes to Cuba; with the publics blessing! Notice the Oklahoma City bombing resulted in only two criminals convicted of the crime, and one criminal behind bars for just thinking about it - and not participating. To do the crime took many individuals; because the popular method employed would not work by itself. Just to accomplish the moving of materials, mixing and keeping mixed the unreliable fuel (having about a 2 hour half life) for an explosion amplifier, would take at least 4 or 5 people by itself, let alone the crew that planted the real explosives to begin with. What happened to all the other criminals? Why do they have immunity, and no investigations ongoing? How do you have a conspiracy of three doing a monumental task? If it was a partnership of two, why is there a thought criminal doing time. If I told Ted Kennedy to go jump in the lake - does that make me liable for Mary Jos death? Why does our system allow these shifts of intensities when accelerated by orchestrated emotionalism? Equality under law does not mean we should jail Steven King for his thought crimes; but instead look into the misconstrued actions of our legal system, and the unconstitutional shenanigans performed. The cornerstone of all political activity now is the fraternal BAR association; and a Civil uprising (via creating a fraternity/corporation) to establish a citizens BAR association that is dedicated to law, rather than performing arts, is way past due; to counter the escalating damages being done. A citizens BAR that refuses the admission of licensed attorneys!! Even Bill Clinton haughtily proclaimed that society is too stupid to form a needed citizens BAR association! Why should an institution today practice individualism by having many different ways to solve a problem, with a contrarian demand for a person to only have a very narrow program of approaches to his problems. What we really have here is a steady contraction of our

Examples: A gentleman living in Waco Texas wished to extract himself from society, a few years pass and a strong woman, with her son, joins him in his adventure of living roughly with no electricity, plumbing, automobiles, or other modern convinces. After a few years of not paying taxes (no income) the government steps in. Getting no cooperation from the victims, the institutional attorneys then obtain a court order (tool) proclaiming the custody of the boy is now with his father (who never had any interest in the boy - and proved it). The basis of the court order was because his mother is not of sound mind living a pioneer life style. Remember how the Government saves child hostages? Well they start assembling the swat team again in Waco (that has experience now)..... Or, two idiots pull a prank of burning a cross on a Puerto Ricans lawn. They both get a couple of years of jail time; and their hero (a KKK enforcer) also gets hauled in (even though not a participant) under hate crime legislation, and is sentenced to 22 years! So now we have thought of thought being an effective tool against thought. I think that some people have too much free time on their hands, and way too much authority, and need to apply themselves usefully - instead of attempting to bully and tease for the glory of serious incidents; that erupt into putting their authority into the limelight. Whats worse is the fact that this behavior is acceptable!! As long as we accept rights and privileges instead of demanding our individual, guaranteed by our Constitution rights, we remain a slave. Unfortunately, when those amongst us bring this kind of view into a court of law, we are deemed frivolous, ignorant, malicious, militant, disturbed, and antisocial - and we are usually put away for long periods of time - so we will not effect the normal ones i.e. Slaves that just dont care, or who are enjoying their share of the circulating capital happens to be a majority of the population so everything appears to be fine and dandy with the system. Society educates these slaves to eventually hate those that appear to interfere with their security, and real or potential gains. All jurisdictions of law other than Equity (contract) have been eradicated. Entrapment is now acceptable behavior. Better than 50% of those in jail honestly do not belong there (PBS Where we stand amongst Nations), and 80 % are there for drug related crimes (crimes of self abuse). The authorities presently punish victims more than criminals. The child that brought his doll (that had a holstered 1 inch toy pistol) to school is still serving his sentence, while the recent murderer (on probation) had 30 years hanging over him before he committed his more recent intense crime of multiple murder! Unfortunately, when you become an officer of the court, you find that this is typical procedure.

Leadership

When we decide who will lead us, we seem to have lots of problems. In the wild, with animals that is, it appears the brash bully is always the champion because the lesser critters just do not organize against him. Instead they individually practice bully- ism by selecting the weakest member of the tribe or flock, and attack it. This is called pecking order. Separating the weaker members of various groups and putting them into their own tribe only starts the whole process over again; its as if instinct, and a preset program overpowers education and logic. Unfortunately man is not immune to this basic instinct of pecking order, and has not developed to date where his mental capability can overcome this ingrained program. We now live in a society where wealth is the fundamental basis for existence and status. So we look for leadership from the ones that can cause the most dynamic financial swings, without regard to their effect on our morals, or taking advantage of those who are weaker; in fact we as members of society tend to join in and support our leaders as they attack the weak ones amongst us (frequently to the dismay of some of us savages that exist outside society that snipe away at its flagrant misadventures). As we become more enslaved by our own toys, that society keeps creating to seduce us into requiring more things, we tend to lose our own individual imagination and fall into a pattern of wanting society to solve all our basic problems for us. So, we have technicians that we pay to service our goods that are no longer easily repaired. We have financial consultants that have better access to the market economy that manage our money; that we reward for their effort. We have attorneys that can act better in a courtroom then we can, that have enough status to lie for us without much risk; and we pay for it. And through their efforts we become successful as a diabolic leader of a campaign that uses these professionals. We sit back and spout it all was done through my hard work - I did it my way! In our modern world the word bully should be redefined so as to include the financial aspect to match a society that is primarily based upon recognition of status via finance as mentioned earlier. No longer must the aggressive bully be large and muscular. Wimpy little neurotics (male or female - that are a bit hyper!) now can enjoy practicing the art of bullydom. You could say Napoleon was a trend setter! Putting that in perspective, we can see why fraternities have become so important. For the little guy (large or small in physical stature) to move forward; he/she simply selects the required henchmen - that are the professionals. They help with the execution of control, and assist in generating plans that are fertile within the confines of societal law (and not necessarily societal morals). Yes, the center of the fraternity assumes risk, but it is a situation that mistakes can be paid for, or responsibility shifted legally onto a unsuspecting friend. Usually the cost of punishment is cheap compared to the stakes of profit. At some point in the time of the new gods growth, he/she becomes exuberant with the fact that it appears that he/she can do no wrong, so his tainted philosophy

becomes solidly forged - and a new anarchist emerges out of his cloud chamber of cronies and supporters. Now with the status of a successful person he/she ventures forth (taking along their henchmen) and merges with the othe r successful celebrates forming a new fraternity that is further isolated from the general population. Now we can see how these anarchists are shingled together ruling all of mankind from their lofty perch. A perch that is above any Constitution, law, mo rals, or honor. We hear what we want to hear instead of listening to all the details. This is the fundamental problem with our population when they make contract with the anarchists of control. We now are so deep into the concept of money that all propriety has been eradicated, and real self reliance damaged. The folks in Africa belong to a very wealthy continent that is easily capable of supporting the entire population; if only they would pattern their existence after the American Indian (modified by the business knowledge/education of the European). Instead of their leadership wisely moving their society with modern (inexpensive) tools into the wilderness, and carving out an improved quality of life with them - ignoring the invading capitalists; the y insist on following the money trail, and then try to attach themselves onto settlements, and cities. They then become too busy seeking handouts from the invaders, or earning capitalistic toys that were designed to enslave rather than free individuals; so they remain extremely poor thinking they are better off because they now proudly own a bicycle! (as an example). We are still employing the concept of anarchists (AIPs) giving beads mirrors, candy, and shoddy tools or toys to savages in order to steal their real wealth. In modern lingo it is described as someone made a great investment! Now lets move these anarchists into the political arena. Here is where partisanship becomes extremely important. They project the concept that the general public is composed of individuals, and they sincerely want that to be a fact. Any clustering of individuals that is truly communistic in philosophy must be broken up, and defused, if they do not belong under the control of the anarchist fraternity. With their wealth, the anarchists can sell themselves (by buying votes) to the general public as experienced, educated leaders regardless of their incompetence. When an office is to be filled, the selection of who will serve is made by those in authority (obviously the AIPs). They then campaign as if they are selling a commodity, and force their selections down the throat of the public. Any group that assembles to oppose this action will be annihilated! Any attempts at legal due process to stop assaults will be feed into a fraternal Star Chamber of attorneys (a court at law) - where overpowerment and the creation of new laws, or legal definitions, will emerge - and sentencing will have no limits. Unconstitutional case law (that becomes too costly to change) is used to convict innocent people. If someone has the technology to build a nuclear weapon, and is employed to fabricate one, they now become liable for any crime that occurs with that weapon - as if he used it himself. This is ludicrous because the next step is just thinking of using a weapon of mass destruction makes one liable for actions of those doing something similar. An individual going to the store, purchasing a handgun with criminal intent, should not make the manufacturer of that weapon liable regardless of how heinously efficient the weapon was employed; and that is the direction that we are going because our quality of leadership is totally lacking amongst the AIPs for any subject

Who is on Top? It appears all societies on the planet earth have a disabilitating disease. And that is that the modern miracle extensions of life spans translates into a greater population of geriatric leaders, that simply cannot perform to the regimen they request; or else they demand society itself to follow the lesser capabilities of these aged leaders. This bicameral mindset creates a degeneration of the application of new technology, changing it into a competitive atmosphere, instead of an explicative situation - while retarding the individuals concern for the performance of expanding himself into being the best he can be. Humanity apparently now has to militate against the faulty aging memories of the past, and since old leaders have the final word in our modern society they typically become unjust by their collaborative corporate bias. So we continuously sink into mediocrity, illustrations of decrepit thoughts that are totally out of step with the current wave of time i.e. the present! Our founding fathers did not wish to be governed by a monopoly, so the intent by the original constitution was to have folks from all walks of life (and ages) participate in governing. This point of view was totally destroyed by a single organization called the Bar Association - that now reinforces the concept that a syndicate of old men can think young. Hannibal, Alexander the Great, King Tut, Gingus Kahn, to name a few, where typically young men at their peak. They were able to move with the troops, and thus integrate their mindset for unity to accomplish wonders. We have drastic changes occurring in our modern times with the beat of every generation, however the judgment of these changes are currently viewed by stoic short tempered old farts (that have next to no learning capability left) who totally rely on their muddled opinions and prejudices. Yes, making an American President out of Michael Jackson while eliminating the present clowns of congress, and replacing these Honorable Men with 12 year olds (and younger) would definitely improve the temper of justice in America - for about 24 hours (i.e. until a CIA official would put another notch on the rifle that was used to impeach JFK). Instead of diversity being a tool to give a race status, it should truly be used to fold in a wide spectrum of Americans interested in making society better, without prejudice over personal legacies. We are about to enter into a world war, to be backed up by a stressed out planets population, instead of the more laid-back societies we had during our previous unamiable engagements. Economic growth should be the title of this new war; however my view is somewhat different. Soldiers are gender mixed for a more comfortable existence, with those who are left behind (the majority) scratching for every opportunity they can get for just day to day survival; a total disaster for the already weakened family structure. Wealth will soon be centered upon Government - because of its ability to acquisition by many means i.e. in order to assist the war effort. Humanitarianism will now be in the backseat (just like the 1940 Nazi coalition). The Tri Lateral Council will swarm to institute one world order! (Throwing the entire planet into the philosophy of Mien Kampf) - greased by the havoc of a world at war. A war with stoic assholes in command, that actually wishes to relive the past and correct their previous judgmental

A political war where no one assumes responsibility of any kind, with the surfacing of many traitorous victims that must pay the price in order to save the righteous legacies of their leaders. [Since no one elects to be the victim, circumstance does the selection, and the judicial system and press simply assists a verdict steering committee]. In less than 10 years from now it is obvious that we shall see the rebirth of Germanys 3d Reich (shall we call it the 4th? ) taking over the entire planet Earth. Sad to say, it is the only logical conclusion because all Governments eventually elevate themselves to totalitarianism! [All hail to George Orwell, the first significant messenger!] What I am trying to add here is that the primary reason for all this crap is the phase shift generated by aging (cowardly) leaders hanging onto inapplicable manufactured standards, while selectively enforcing these standards upon selected targets for political advantage! Academia with its glowing supporters, flash intense stupidity when it accepts new students older than 50 years of age. Psychiatrists claim that they are unable to effectively treat patients of these advanced years, yet our halls of learning claim they can improve their education? The true facts are that people over 40 have lost a tremendous amount of learning capability. Watching a 60-year-old win an A on their report card actually proves how antiquated an ineffective our educational system is! If an older student was not experienced with the subject through living and application, the A was actually gained by following procedures (robotically) with a negligible amount of learning actually imbedded into the individual. Yet, with the current dogma that supports aging leaders, that degree will be seen by society as an uplifting force raising the status of a total incompetent more so than a fresh younger graduate; that still has a nimble mind that will multiply his knowledge by his natural gift of pure logic! Procedure simply has more status than logic, in our messed over society. A college professor is more accredited over a professional plumber that has 20 years experience, when it comes to repairing a leaky pipe! When a great find is made by an uneducated individual, academia demands for he/she to turn it over to a official of the board of education so a professor can be accredited with all the work (you) accomplished. When Einstein was 20 he was totally a genius; however, when over 40 (and established) he stole research from much brighter students to escalate him - at their expense because of his failing ability to compete.

Star Chamber Prissiness In Ramblings of Sanity I had discussed how extremely individualistic we humans really are. It is amazing that our parental responsibilities span greater time periods than those required by our childrens adolescence. Why cant we just let go, and let the young individualists pursue their own life adventures? Why, as a society believing that if Frank Sinatra is a great vocal artist, his son should follow in his same footsteps? Everything is done by family and friends to force acceptance of the new replacement down the publics throat. We have George W Bush Sr. the President of the United States of America, and his children become replacements. As if programming is an acceptable procedure for making any human variant a stand-in for their parents skills. As previously stated we are supposed to be living in a Republic which happens to be a State run by law, yet we scream we are contrarily a democracy run by majority rule instead of law (a practice used by mobsters, unions, and churches). Why is the structure of law converted to a structure of whim, where status and show- man-ship override logic? Why does the very fabric of society attempt to create laws, scaffolding them upon safeguards for democratic acceptance by the general public, then strip away all the safeguard guarantees that prevent abuse by the law. A law is supposed to be a contract that is accepted by the general public demonstrating their morals and beliefs; and no law was ever meant to be a precision yardstick to be used primarily for the function of administering punishment, which is what we have. Victims of crimes are usually punished more than perpetrators! Evaluating the merit of a law (a very important safeguard) should always be in place with every court action; and not just be used as a safety net for those amongst us that possess status. The concept of a Fully Informed Jury is supposed to be part of our system, but is now available automatically with only a few States within America; with diminishing popularity. Did he break the law(?) is now the important question, with no consideration whether the correct law is being applied aptly onto the action in question. Sitting in a parking lot without a seat-belt on, and have someone of status crash into your non moving vehicle does not negate his obligation and responsibility for the incident. Your crime of being unbelted should not allow the judgment; through a cross complaint, be plied against you...yet it can be! To the degree the offender creating the incident is charged with nothing, while the victim of the crash is punished. This is where we are in America. Patronization to those of status is where this ominous legal pressure is forged. Haughtiness apparently accelerates with the acquisition of power and status, which in turn, sucks in the underlings that struggle to gain status for themselves, thus increasing the competition as the imperialism grows; with each personal desire to appear flawless before the general public. You now have all the ingredients that seem to make up the crust of society [the upper crust that is]. Judges that commit crimes to make their status flourish, turn their guilt around to heavily punish those that end up doing similar crimes because the offenders had the stupidity of being caught, and the poverty that prevented his buying a way out! Religious followers that attempt to become leaders, tend to feel they are much more righteously endowed than their brethren, and because of this, belittle their followers to keep them in line - while believing this amplifies their purity. Making

minor misdemeanors appear as major calamities; just to maintain the promotion of great accomplishments is another tool of Judges. Using excuses as Zero Tolerance to wreck havoc on individuals today is a similar ploy as Pilot used when he washed Jesus blood off his hands. Once caught in the force field of public scrutiny, all the Prissy judges must Q up, and do the same to prevent being toppled by their peers, or underlings, that are caught up in the same quagmire. Women seek security, men seek opportunity and freedom. This happens to be our basic nature. MADD moms attack legally intoxicated drivers in an effort to save the children! Our society accepts the recreational use of alcohol, but frowns upon abusers of alcohol. Obviously, with stupidity as a guiding light, we then create a system to establish a chemical limit to the amount of alcohol in our system (simply because we are physically able to measure this attribute with a breathalyzer). Unfortunately the percentage of alcohol effects every one differently, and thus a defendant in an action that has a higher threshold of tolerance is treated the same as a highly sensitive individual. Common sense (a seemingly missing ingredient of people educated in America by Government schools) tells me that I have no right to drive after drinking one cocktail, or one milk shake, or eating one banana split. All of these make me equally giddy! My mind responds equally to an alcohol level of 0.05% or a heavy dose of sugar; whereas, my close friend David (25 years ago) of Algonquin IL was only dangerous when he was totally sober! In fact, the only time he was sober was when he had his only serious accident; back then! I drove when he was sober; he drove (very carefully I must admit) when slightly tipsy. To hear educated people discuss George Bush jr., and the danger he created when he was 0.1% amazes me. If he would have blown 0.099% everything would be OK! What happened to the concept that people who drink regularly have better tolerance to the effect than teetotalers; and if honest with himself or herself would be a bit more careful driver? I do believe the breathalyzer to be a useful tool, along with the citations attached, whe n probable cause is demonstrated; however, I feel aghast when prissy judges multiply punishment for the purpose of public appeal and accolades. He was at the legal limit ergo he became a danger to all mankind! Why does the zero tolerance attitude force all situations to fall to the negative side! If recording just 0.1% why wasnt George Bush jr. classified as legally sober!? What happened to side bar courtroom arguments that would consider the accuracy of measurements, or the tolerance of the individual? Why, in a important election, does the state of mind of the voter become important! yet in a famous murder action of a celebrity (such as O. J. Simpson) does it becomes totally moot? Why is our educational system yielding such stupid officials? I think (and hope) I am getting my message across that the problem is fraternity and partisanship - that goes beyond honor and morals. So here we are with officials acting as total fools hiding behind the concept of Zero Tolerance. Now we the people are expected (and judged) to be perfect, instead of just normal. Going to a BYOB Cafe with a bottle of wine, having a meal with a bit of bubbly; one leaves with their bottle putting it in the trunk of their car, and merrily drives home...Only to be pulled over by our men in blue for a open container violation! It matters not that the breath analyzer shows 0.03, and there is no sign of intoxication. This felon will be prosecuted - with the 0.03 used as evidence that he had consumed liquor

and thus is under the influence regardless of the level... Zero tolerance wins again. If a group of common people assemble for spiritual or self contained economic reasons, and find ways to promote their philosophy and meager income to last efficiently by closing the doors to outsiders; they automatically gain the title of Cult by society; whereas, when Government educated people do basically the same thing they are titled a Fraternity. It matters not that the morality, quality of education, ethics, and living efficiency is considerably better with the Cult than the Fraternity; the Government educated fraternity always seek the destruction of the Cult - be it Boy Scouts of America or David Koreshs Mt Carmel. The driving force within the Fraternity that makes it so evil is (1.) enforced partisanship, (2.) little exposure to physical labor (too busy with mental gymnastics), (3.) and intense competition for leader of the pack status. A diametrical opposite of the Cult, which is that of seeking a family type of estate. The product of fraternity type people have their life experiences only as syndicated leaders, and are totally incapable of judging their fellow man while working within the framework of their guiding light (fraternity), and thus are totally incapable of administering justice to what appears to them as the flock of inferior humanity. Add the modern prevalent immaturity that our society presently breeds; when they make a mistake - you made them do it; rings out as a total justification for their misdeeds. Within a apparently unyielding democratic society we have islands of individuals that seek some kind of demagoguery. I fly model sailplanes and wish there were more modelers that would enjoy this experience; however, my views of the activity are more realistic (than that of the typical model airplane flyers) to what I can afford, what my limited talent can build, the size of available flying sites, and how dedicated I wish to become; so I design equipment, and contests, that are challenging to those that wish to enjoy organized events with equipment they are able to easily afford, construct, and fly within reasonable distance from home. Apparently nobody wants to build and fly toy sailplanes anymore when they can go to the store and purchase a model that they are able to install a radio into that is very well engineered for extremes in performance. So I tried, I failed, and the concept went into the extinct can! The Fraternity wins again over the cult (bloodlessly). A demagogue I am not! However, those that patronize the desires of the general model flying public have become wealthy by packaging expensive plastic molded sailplanes etc., and via circulating capitol, have escalated themselves to icons of status. I respect and admire these people, just do not feel like Qing up and joining them when I realize that they have overrun the available universe of the avocation. The point that I am trying to make is circulating capitol is a very strong force that can make even stupidity successful (i.e. beyond Forrest Gump). For some reason many folk out there believe perfection is the ultimate goal for mankind; whether driven by religion, peer or sibling pressure, or parents demands, and they live their entire life seeking that perfection. They cannot accept the fact that we are basically animals! With our consciousness, a guiding force that is chemically oriented and programmed (that continuously varies throughout our lifetime), forces us to conclude that we were never engineered to be perfect! Eons of centuries through which portals we have passed as hunter-gatherers; to which we added agriculture to compliment the

hunting, and soften the gathering. Our very DNA records the remnants of the past, and slowly programs us for the future as we shift our dietary demands, that really has effects on our very evolution. I personally classify myself as a vegetarian because of my upbringing (I believe was quite dietary balanced). I tend to enjoy foods that are primarily veggies cooked with meat as flavoring and balance. To me, a true vegetarian should forget all meat, but still eat by-products such as milk, eggs, cheese, and possibly fish. On the other hand those that seek absolution; and divorce themselves from all animal products, should be institutionalized! Religious hypocrisy, demagoguery, superiority, is not a normal direction of thought for a animal such as man (even though social cult- izm and fraternity is)! When a cult of people choose to do damage onto themselves by interfering with their bodies normal dietary demands, in my opinion they are basically insane. Their forebears went through too much avoiding the construction of the true, pure, perfect, vegetarians physical bodies - by eating lots of meat for eons. So why have the present humans cause damaging distortions that will be passed onto their offsprings; at far too rapid a rate for evolution to absorb. Extremism, and thus martyr- ism, is really outside the boundaries of normal human behavior, but is to be a respected adventure for those tha t attempt it, as long as they dont encourage others to follow falsely in their footsteps of sickness. The aging process is one of the primary driving forces for partisanship. With all honesty, our leaders should come from the ranks of individuals that are between the age of 16 and 40. Just because our scientific community grants us a longer life; that does not guarantee us a better life. Common sense tells us that if we are to be lead, we should be lead by a leader that is still capable of learning; instead of a leader that is motivated by distorted delusions of the past - that get more distorted as we age (myself included). Our human insistence of seeking older people to mount high places, that have not experienced the present - by participation (even though they view it apparently like a video) is motivated by the ancient ones to begin with that are already in high places; so as to retain their dominance of power. When we try to live our lives with rules that are generated by ultra conservative old geezers, we end up with goals that never can be honestly obtained because of escalating requirements. Requirements way beyond the capabilities of the ancient ones (let alone their imagination of what they were capable of). We have corporations and fraternities that set out initially with a basic constitution of some kind; created usually by youthful energies, only to wallow into constitutional violations as their leaders age to the point where they no longer representing the concept ional reason for their very existence. Lets take the AMA (American Modelers Association) that I discussed when addressing model sailplanes earlier. Original constitution in 1936 was dedicated to youth. I was a member from 16 years old on. At 52 years of age (1988), the AMA had already metamorphosed by having the ego of 50 year old veterans (the majority of the membership) inspired; by their controlling of the contest rules to reinforce and display their financial, and technical skills. Instead of creating a series of master events open to all ages, the same as golf, the AMA chose to elevate all sanctioned events (the raising of the entrance bar) which then filtered out those that only wish to dabble in the activity, or have limited resources. The AMAs argument is that the ones weeded out just werent serious enough. Faced with extinction today, the AMAs practice, and cure belief, becomes the same as all the rest of the fraternities in America -

throw money at the problem!! So a financial reward does occur, by circulating capitol, which then permits their existence to continue - for a time! Those of us that simply enjoy flying with equipment that fit us, and are probably at the epitome of our limited skills; we have no organized direction to ply our avocation, and thus drift out of sight - primarily because we belong to a non profitable section. Now lets evaluate our society structure and apply logic to the goings on of fraternities. If medical Doctors (MD) only obtain respect when they age, and must belong to a fraternity to be permitted to do business (American Medical Association); our society feels safe (?). Add to that fact; they have the administration of the AMA lead by the oldest of their profession; and that is where I become very leery. Alternative medicine, which is accepted and proven in other countries, is rejected in America because of the stoic attitude mentioned. A doctor simply cannot color outside the lines, and honestly cure a patient or improve his life style because of the antiques peer pressure. Chiropractic doctors are required to have the same education as a licensed MD, yet their natural curing skills are not totally accepted by the AMA. These medicine men must live in the shadow of war that can storm from the powerful AMA. So the general public never receives the proper/realistic medical care they require, unless they are intelligent enough to make logical medical decisions for their own good. If it works, it must be good; should be the motto. If having sex arrests a hart attack for you because of your own individual physiology, enjoy that attribute without concern of medical admonishments. Just like when my blood pressure soars; instead of seeking the prescribed chemical control, I simply drop and do 10 push- ups, and within minutes the pressure becomes normal, and stays normal for longer periods of time then the pills yield. This is because of my own individual characteristics - and is not a recommended procedure for everyone. It is up to each of us to file our own recipes for sustenance of life. The major point is that one must enjoy the zest of life by living; and not end up crippled by following a shriveling, and continuously dying, fraternity of some kind of decrepit leadership fraternity. Finally, we should discuss the ability of fraternities to cover up its improprieties. Bill Clinton is a minor player in this role. True crime, along with errors in judgment, is focused away from offenders that have status. Doctors that double or triple dose sensitive prescriptions will invariably make it the patients fault; successfully. Corporations making contract with the public will create bilateral contracts, while implying unilateral contracts. This means that customers must make payment on time; and that the completion of promised work or goods, are separate issues. Fraternities will support anti-Constitutional laws dedicated against the individual knowing full well the individuals financial status, and available time, limits his or her action in a court of law. Just the ridiculous drug-war that infects the world today is a classic demonstration of mans stupidity to cling to idealistic and unrealistic premises.

Interesting figures for 1999 concerning Americans: 450,000 died due to Tobacco. 150,000 died due to Alcohol. 100,000 died due to Prescription Drugs! (This is from the "good guys"). -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Looking at the "bad boys". How many deaths do you think have occurred that are supporting the (statistical) reason for continuing the costly drug war? 3,000 died from Marijuana, Cocaine, and Heroin combined! Accidental and/or intentional!! How many lives were ruined?? Today (2002) we have 3% of the population serving time for victimless crimes. Check out the fact that the Libertarian Party that is the only fraternity attempting to eradicate this dilemma. Once they gain power however, the seeds of emotion will resprout - and once again change will occur; they will need to cause a change back for maintenance of their control! Marijuana happens to be the greatest geriatric medicine for mankind to date. It is natural and not manufactured. It has been used for eons as a remedy for many ailments generated by the aging process. It is inexpensive to produce, and crop yields are very high for small amounts of real estate. It is the weed that can wreck havoc onto the pharmaceutical industry - financially. My God! We must throw the users i.e. victims in prison big time, while permitting the abusers i.e. dealers, the full protection of the law that their big money can buy; so as to be able to go back to business as usual! So we deprive the elderly of the marijuana brownies they could use to fight glaucoma and irritable bowels, along with their fanciful delusions of grandeur within their dreary existence; all for the sole purpose of preventing youth from abusing something they really dont need. The real injury is letting the kids enjoy the thrill of breaking law; where the risk of being caught is low, and the tools so plentiful! The charade goes on!!

Love, Sex, and Marriage Once we realize the judgment of and by our society is extremely dishonest - via the previous chapter, are we able to look at humanity as animals that have intelligence. Sufficient intelligence to honestly seek the truth; about themselves! Love is a basic life emotion. A human bonding force that ties humans together. It is a stronger force than survival, even though its basic roots extend through the passage of time into the requirements to survive at prehistory. Time and social evolution, along with distortions evoked by society, has cultivated and enforced the love emotion until it is as polished as it is today. Apparently this emotion will never be perfected, primarily because we are not spiritual entities - but animals with wants and needs. So, we attempt to attach love to our targeted spiritual higher powers, and enslave ourselves onto Them! Human love without judgments, or limits, can create a great serenity in our life. We do not need prompting to say whom we should love or hate. Obviously our basic individualism is enough of a filter. Judgment should come from within us - without any external stimuli. No societal rules i.e. no status escalations, no sexual limitations or preferential concerns, no quantity or quality conditions, just a force that emanates from within individuals. Unfortunately our society ties love and sex together creating artificial barriers, and limits to love. Love is pure emotion; whereas, sex is a biochemical necessity programmed into all living creatures. Homosexuals, for example, are more honest when it comes to the forces of nature in that they attach themselves lovingly; disregarding societal attempts to convince them to regulate their sexual relief normally. If a human enjoys his life living with more than one partner he/she is considered evil; and if sex is involved - sinful - regardless of it being a normal biological biochemical function of comforting the loved partners that simply have needs. Because of some illogical need to tie love with sex, society creates a unnatural force I call stimulated jealousy. Jealousy, by itself, is a black hole for love - and doesnt need any embellishments. It has taken 40 years of living for me to take off the cloak of jealousy that society attempted to wrap me up with, and replace it with the more natural cloak of compassion. When I had sex with my best friends girlfriend (as a young man) I felt guilty even though both of them felt very comfortable about it. Later on, when my first wife initiated parties that included sex, it was all done in fun without jealousy, until the wife developed a favorite partner. To keep this new relationship going, my wife talked her (very stunning) girlfriend into keeping me busy/happy, and I loved it; even though I had to keep the adventure secret from my friend (the girlfriends husband) who (to this day) was kept ignorant of all the goings on. Lo and behold Jealousy stepped into the picture, and the wife became the conductor/controller of all my adventures with my lover. My wife honestly believed that a woman had all the right to have sex with men that needed her physically, other than her husband; and that men should be dedicated sexually onto their wife - totally! Manage a Trios was a totally turn-on for her, and any attempt by me to be alone with my amorous adulterous lover (doing the same thing the wife was doing) would make her jealousy flair up. It was my wifes jealousy that ended up destroying our marriage! I am relating this story as a demonstration of the evil society perpetrates, and that if we were both bigger in

understanding at the time, and not infected by the societal whims for perfection, we would still be married. I am sure there are many stories out there like this that are dishonestly kept in the closet. I was drafted a virgin into the US army, and was sent to Germany - where the German girls quickly eliminated that problem. Looking back (with my present education) I now believe that if I had a relationship with a steady girl back in the States, that I would wish upon her the same sexual relief I had with the German girls. And, if our love was still intact upon arriving home, that I would thank her lovers for comforting her. I would then let her freely adjust the rhythm of her sexual encounters to include me, if she still desires me physically. If she chooses me to be her life partner, and we were to marry so as to raise children, our bond would be Love, and not Sex, thus the true fathers of our children becomes totally unimportant. When we are young and single, sex is selfish naturally. The need for relief is chemical, so having fun at a wild party is primitively natural. Inhibition is destructive to an individual; even though society needs safeguards to prevent overpopulation. Abstinence is not natural, and thus falls into the category of insanity. Obviously, furnishing contraceptives and education onto a normally promiscuous society is the better approach. As a married person, sex becomes predominantly giving; enjoying your partners pleasure and cravings by allowing your partner the ability to enjoy the limits of their individualistic freedoms - without reproach. Sharing their thrills without forcing repression is a strength based upon honesty, acceptance, understanding, and is vastly superior to represiveness. Obviously, in my point of view, adultery is normality while society attempts to make it a crime. Doing away with laws regarding sex is in fact a far better way of doing business; it simply eliminates glorifying specialized crimes. Rape is criminal assault! It needs no special category since the punishment is about the same; incarceration! Bill Clintons famous affair was normal; his crime was attempting to cover it up, in response to societal ignorant pressures, by lying under oath. With a mature society there would be no need to hide or fear normality, even when it is impropriety. Once there is understanding that sexual relief is chemical, and that love is emotional, and that experimentation is normal the controls society puts upon individuals becomes more apparent and the individual becomes a bit more free.

Societys Black Hole It seems that the pattern of society is modeled after a Galaxy that hangs in the space of our Universe, onto which we reside by our planet being coupled to a smallish Star (the Sun) whirling in space while reaching outward onto infinity. No matter how large a Star gets after being formed, it always becomes captive to the tremendous gravitational influence of a Black Hole; that molds all of a Star cluster into a Galaxy disk to which entropy becomes the victor in its battle over gravity (for the time being). Society itself seems to have similar pressures in that it constructs classes of people, whom each have very individualistic programs; and force them to condense into a core of supposedly intellectual leaders, whose primary focus is to maintain order. Unfortunately the leadership is limited by strong emotional and preservational rules! When procedures become more important than the basis of the logical laws that created them (that are supposedly attached bilaterally onto a Constitution) we then have the core of society reduced to the same effective mental capacity as a colony of ants. What we have is adversarial intellect canceling out - reducing all thought processes into nerve responses. This is the succinct reason why so many stupid decisions are handed down by so many intellectual people today (that are in high places). They worry about; faithfully following proclaimed procedure, peer pressure - that will amplify and encourage an attack if discrepancies to procedure are discovered. Their status - as observed by the dumb majority is paramount without any concern of responses of the more intellectual (a minority that can be overpowered). Then when we conceder the fact that with the intense protective system the leaders of society have fabricated, we also have the creation of the hive mind making execution of demand by leaders intensified due to inability for information to be fed back to them. This is because of the multitudinous intensity of governing facets, by subdivisions of authority; responding information (effect) becomes so far out of phase to proclamation (cause), lies become facts that cannot be corrected. All done in order to preserve the status of our Godlike leaders. In as much as we must conform to the programs set forth, where justice is replaced by legality, and common law crimes are now handled by equity or admiralty jurisdictions which are only controlled by procedure, we the people shuttle about performing, with a fear at all times of crossing some procedural line. I hate to say it, but this is slavery! Now with that in mind, when we look at the O. J. Simpson case (for example) and realize the prosecution, defense and judge were intellectuals - yet the conclusion of the case totally ignorant; we now know why!! Regardless of the jury; a modern court is a syndicate of BAR members that totally control the outcome. I place no fault on the jury (the typical scapegoat for preconceived judgment!) who were simply a manipulated tool of the BAR syndicate. The Syndicate itself was perfected by Bonito Mussolini, improved upon by Al Capone and Adolph Hitler. Unfortunately their demise caused Governments all over the planet to take up their procedures (secretively) - in the name of preventing something similar occurring again - only to have Government slowly recycle the lower qualities of syndicated efforts and practices; but with superior protections to the ruling class. In this world of high tech communications, we the people are cut off more from

Government than ever before, and any of our outputs become heavily filtered by imaginary statistics, before those of status ever see them. Justice is a facade in our modern times, a mirage in a dessert of hopelessness; however, a mirage that has illusion instead of reality being the generator. It is the injustice, done in the name of JUSTICE, that is the Black Hole of Society using its intense crushing monetary force to destroy all vestiges social normality.

Survival Where are we going with this circulating capital? How long will the storm of money last, and what happens to we the wee people when it slows down? You must understand money is no longer property, but is now spiritual in nature; due to the concept of credit, and the fact that the population is now enslaved onto a entity of society (i.e. Government; along with its puppet-master - the fraternity of AIPs) that has assumed the status of the ultimate power! When you realize the reality of Government now replacing God, one can deal with Government much better. When the public lost its battle for some recognition by our courts (6th Amendment attorneys), we the people have made our Government perfect! It can never be challenged - i.e. unless the challenge is permitted by the Government. To even be a lesser god than Government, you must have the numbers of credit, or banknotes, circulating in the money mill. When the credit exceeds the banknotes is when we will be in much worse shape than presently. So what should we do to soften our individual disaster. We work to make money, we pay taxes to feed Government and we buy things to improve the economy; so the best thing to do for our survival is to independently strip down to essentials, and avoid accesses. Its just that simple. If I live 1 mile from work, and all my universe can be a 7 mile radius, I do not need a car so I rent one when I need to travel outside the universe that my bicycle can take me. When my children have left, and I cannot rent out my spare bedrooms, I sell the house and move to a smaller abode even if I loose slightly on the immediate transaction. The financial status of the vehicle I drive becomes less important than the fuel efficiency it will deliver. Eating out develops a need for finding quality, rather than quantity. Never cheat on you! just eliminate excesses. Learn alternative medication so you stay away from those enslaved to the pharmaceutical industry. Treat medicine today as a short-term correction for a problem, and use it in conjunction with alternative natural medicines for honest cures to a problem; rather than simply live with the condition that the legalized drug dealers wish to maintain! Most important, do not accept the blatant lies and propaganda the Government spouts that are used to form your bondage, and control you the individual. If everyone on the planet would learn to live in moderation, without expectations of grandiose, we would be in much better shape, and a lot more peaceful. In Ramblings of Sanity I wrote about living a 1950 life style, and that would really fit my survival concepts. Gun control is an issue that seems to arouse we the people into fanaticism. If we the people would mount a simple, reliable, and quality, 22 rifle above our mantles (unloaded and without trigger locks) as our forefathers did, we would be in much better shape. What country would invade another where the citizenry were all armed? Yes, a rim- fire is not a tactical military weapon; however, when the citizenry has over 100 million of them scattered amongst themselves, we have a very strong insurance policy, that is totally logical. The Tower Shooter down in Austin was pined down by the gunfire of citizens that had superior arms than the police. The 11 armed citizens had 22 caliber rim- fires that typically hung in the back window of their pickup truck! They were effective on curtailing the criminal assault, enabling the police to do the mop-up. Would Columbine have occurred if the students still kept 22 rifles in the back of their pickup

trucks that they drove to school? Would a skyjacker do business if he knew all the passengers aboard had a gun? What is the ratio of broad daylight, liquor store robberies versus gun dealers? At some point we have to learn to let logic override animal emotion!! Most of the experts go into detail of how to eat grass and tree bark. I really do not feel this extremism is called for. We have become so conditioned by an emotional society that if a individual used an air rifle to kill city rats (rodents), and have them for dinner, one would be put away quickly by the authorities. Discharging a firearm within city limits (true, a misapplied law considering an air rifle; however, the victim will require expensive legal representation before the court will recognize that fact) for one charge. Crue lty to an animal would be another charge (even thought the rat is considered vermin). And of course a sanity hearing would be another course of action; all at the taxpayers expense. When the money, or its effect runs out, the Government will take the reins and do what it does best when handling non-conformists. Execute the rat eaters! Martial Law! Confiscate the grass and tree bark! Collect (by force) all the things police and military can use from the citizenry in the name of preserving law and order! This is what the individual will have to contend with in a financial disaster. Nazism will last for a period of time until an economy is able to recycle...if it can? With that in mind one realizes survival itself breaks into three categories: Those under 20 years of age, those over 20 years in age but before the over the hill age of 40 plus; whom are the last group! [I am 65 - ooops!] The teachers of survival will come from the over 20 group, and should be applied onto the youngsters while their minds are open and flexible. The over forty group should just stay out of this process because they simply cannot adapt easily to a drastic change. Suicide is probably the best option for them when supplies of societal medication and assistance run out. Just remember to keep your head below the altitude of the carburetor, of the running car, while in a closed garage - you dont want the car to starve for oxygen (and expire) - before you do. Yes, those that plan all their life for survival in the wilderness, or the various syndicates (i.e. gangsters) are better at handling short term problems; but they still need to learn a completely different kind of survival if a national emergency occurs. Here is where the flexible but logical mind will pay off. Im sorry, but I am unable to identify the trauma fully and all its effects; and thus have minimized my concept of survival by leaving out a magnum of what if verbiage. When disaster happens it will be an application of Darwin survival of the fittest; the survivors will be those who can quickly adapt to the universe that they have been thrust into.

Rent $1200 per month X12 = $14,400 Auto $400 per month X12 = $4,800 Food $25 per day X 365 = $ 9,125 Taxes 35% of $50,000 = $17,500 [excise, sales, disposal, wage, income, etc.] (Estimate on the low side) Health, Life, Auto Insurance = $3,500 (Auto Insurance Govt. enforced to corporate entities) This leaves a whopping $675 to buy shaving cream and tooth past (let alone co-pay medication and doctor bills), pay the electric bill, water bill, fuel to move the insured car, junk food, clothes and entertainment. No wonder why John Average is heavily in debt! Consider this, that the poor majority is putting everyone else at risk when they operate their vehicle in traffic because they cannot back up their true responsibilities - because they are in debt up to their eyeballs Meet the 21 st Century Slave!

Life and Death The First thing is to develop some logical definitions that have merit in order to communicate my concepts. 1. Fundamental Life: Defined as a self regulated metabolizing organism that is capable of reproduction, growth, and response to stimuli. 2. Animal Life: Defined as fundamental life having at least one internal individual guidance system. [note] Guidance system: defined as personality 3. Animal Death: defined as an organism that is missing any individual guidance system. 4. Multiple personalities: defined as the existence of more than one internal guidance system programs within one organism. Antidote: Is it a maxim that when multiple personalities are cured, that the ones that no longer exist have been clinically executed?

Existence itself is merely being a unique recording in the brain of an animal as consciousness; and is just as perfectly disposable as a tape cassette tossed into a fire. The biggest barrier to existence is simply time; extremely huge amounts of time! This concept erupted with Ramblings of Sanity. The earth itself is basically a huge restaurant where conscious creatures deal in death for weaker life forms by devouring them without any real concern of their rights of existence. There is absolutely no concern for the individual needs of a termite, yet their existence is just as necessary to maintain the living experience as we humans are. This paradox extends for bacteria to whales. Although the passage of time of one universal Googol year (big bang to the next big bang) is huge, it is still short compared to our individual time of non existence ratioed to our life span. The physical world exists only because our fleeting momentary burst of living consciousness is aware of it. The universe truly exists; it is tangible - and responds to physical laws. Life itself is part of this physical universe; however, our very being is spiritual; and not tangible. Our unique individually appears to the mass of society as a human being, with all of its physical controls and limitations chemically placed upon our primary programs that operate our animal bodies. Bodies that we are only able to captain while integrating ourselves into the herd of humanity. The actual possession of our bodies beyond the rank of captain becomes mastered by very few of us, such as Zen Buddhists, monks, and other followers of intense meditation and self- hypnotism. Because of our relative short life span we have as much influence on the next million years, as we have had ove r the past billion years. In our physical universe a million Earth orbits around its dwarf star (the Sun) is just a very short period of time!! The spiritual human giants of the past

continuously dwindle in their magnificence as millennia pass, and we will be just as aware of them as we presently are aware of the rulers and celebrates of Atlantis. Society itself expands the importance of life; because the majority of the population fears death; although our fragile physical bodies have safeguards and repair mechanisms built in by nature to promote a desire to continuously exist (without pain or suffering). It is when society looses itself to emotionalism, and extremism, it actually becomes cruel - and overrules an individual desire when it comes to concern of quality of life. When life itself becomes hostile to the entity host, the host should have the right to vacate, even though he is stepping into non existence forever. Women abort children; and moralist condemn them for it. The moralist concern themselves about every act of creation; placing intense responsibility onto a woman, yet would not consider erecting 5 or 6 million little tomb stones for the living sperm that didnt make conception; which were left all alone to expire inside a condom . No matter how far we probe into society for moral codes, we always find extreme imperialists that spout unrealistic goals, and enforce them without concern of what the victim is going through. On one hand our Government practices genocide writing rules and laws (typically under color of law) for its justification; and on the other hand the general public closes its eyes to what Government actually does; and tries valiantly to force Government to uphold Right to Life. The bottom lines is that we havent existed for eons, and when all society expires, it will never exist again - so reality is that the present is all that we should concern ourselves with. If a woman is unable to raise a child, it should be her right to evaluate its impact on the present ; and act accordingly. Possibly the future would be the better opportunity; and the womans chances would be better if there were no stigmas attached that multiply her natural anguish. With our flaky legal system, if I were committed into a institution for any length of time greater than 2 years, I would prefer death! This is not a desire generated by age, but one that occurred around my 18th birthday. It is intense societal cruelty to sit in prison for 10 years, innocent of original charge (because of refusal to plea bargain); only to be released via pardon, proof of innocents, or term served. It is better by far to turn the entire universe off by simply bowing out. Suicide is a crime (?)even though the victim, and the perpetrator, can never be prosecuted - or reimbursed. So a immature society engages the concept of thought crimes to criminalize those that think about suicide, along with those that help with tools and instructions. Savages accept suicide - allowing members of their tribe relief of misery. Civilized man on the other hand will proudly resurrect an individual that had 1/2 his brain shot away, or was cut in two by a freight train. Frankly I personally feel there is no longer quality of life under these circumstances, and my vote would be cast for the more realistic savage (much gentler). It is humorous to see our Government project the concept of caring for the individual; when in reality it is constantly in fear of the heard of humanity - and it will do what is necessary to limit population. Society, with its intense concern for the preservation of life seems to completely disregard an individuals concern (and rights) for quality of life. Unfortunately acceptance of life quality is very wide in scope, and today the average [spoiled] human

animal cannot comprehend why I prefer my cruder 1950 Lifestyle. The VW Beetle, motor bikes, etc. still are able to transport humans efficiently, and the time savings of modern machinery is insignificant. If my basic needs are handled, I really do not suffer pangs or yearning for more (like a minimal - by current standards - of a $150,000 home, $40,000 SUV, $45,000 Bassboat or Harley Davidson Motorcycle). Being easy to please, there is little probability for individuals like myself to engage in crime, so morals can be followed without any extraordinary stimulation. Look at the dumbing down process we have gone through with our concern of engaging state of art with the products we produce. As kids, my generation could tear down a VW or Renault and later a Ford Falcon or Pinto - and put them back together in better operating condition. Everything we buy today requires a specialist to really repair the item because the individual is no longer capable. No more do we take out the chassis punches and proudly build a radio transmitter or frequency converter, but instead we purchase one, and revel with the thought that we are able to program them. Why is it that it appears that education breeds stupidity here in the USA?? My dad spent 30 years in college, and his multiple professional titles were quite impressive; too bad he had no common sense. When he sent me to Berkley to work for my Ph.D. he did me a great service; because I didnt follow his plan for me to have a Ph.D. before my 21st birthday; I joined the hippies instead (after acquiring a minor engineering degree). Its kinda sad when we have reached the point where a farmer who wants to plow a field has some hotshot Professional tell him that this here professor has just cloned the finest race horses in the world, so this new clone should be the best beast for the job. The inventor becomes deaf to the honest feedback that the farmer generously donates (i.e. stick it up yours), and this attitude simply demonstrates our modern professionals ignorance because the professor still thinks (totally in blind faith) his product will fulfill any of his off the wall claims. Intellect is not an important requirement when evaluating quality of life. Doing what is important, and being sufficiently active so our bodies dont rust up with age are better attributes. Intellect is merely a tool to improve our efficiency in accomplishing goals. As stated in Ramblings of Sanity Sigmund Freud listed sex as the primary motivation for life; and that I am in total agreement with the Dr.. The programs of sexual drive within us humans I now realize is very weird - to begin with, and is transformed into a nightmare by our society. At 16 years of age the male human animal is bubbling with vital juices, whereas the female counterpart has been trained into being totally fearful of sexual contact. Once the virginity crisis has past, the female dwells on the concept of doing it (for relief) when the stimulation over-excites her to the point of loosing control; with the thought of a faithful partnership being somewhat formed on the backside of her mind. From 16 to 40 the females sexual desire increases to the point her now torrid nature matches the 16 year old males drive. Society steps in again and detours the means of relieving her passion by making it a crime for her to have fun with the male that can give her needed satisfaction. The male on the other hand has his drive diminish from the age of 16 to 50. Comically the 50 year old male, and the 16 year old female make as good a combination as the 40 year old female and her 16 year old partner. Yes, there are wide deviants from this program; however, when a supposedly free person

reacts normally (without dishonorable intent) and ends up crossing lines emotionally drawn by a unrealistic society, they are intensely punished for crimes that may be totally victimless. Realistically a healthy grown man should desire a partner of similar age; however, the resulting marriage should be tempered with the realization that for it to stand the test of time, there should be cheating (defined by society) going on. All the females that I have been with that were over the age of 50 seems to have the same problem, and will do nothing about it. After menopause, their vaginal lubricity diminishes, and they end up suffering for several days afterward; starting a few hours after enjoying an extremely active sexual encounter. Being fearful of being classified as a harlot, they will not do anything to correct their problem i.e. by discussing it with their doctor or friends; so they abstain from any new sexual activity until they are finally overwhelmed with desire; that initiates another abstinence cycle. Since these poor souls of society are attached to the illogical concept that sex is part of love, which is now complicated by the damaging aging process that physically disallows reeducation; they are simply unable to go after the gusto - and do what is necessary in preventing rifts emerging. And thus the cheating within our society becomes a necessity to maintain sanity! To think the modern Ladies of the Evening that entertain a gaggle of men could help the senior women of our society is unthinkable; because the present older women certainly would not entertain the thought of sating more than one male, neither for the fun of it, nor for the beneficial personal rewards generated. The whole point that I am trying to make here is that society can be cruel. Women should band together to compensate for the natural forces that effect their basic drives. The hell with false modesty, and unimportant reputation, when it abridges the intense life force; sex is the primary motivation for living. Older women have the right to share the services of a young stud without guilt, and not just go celibate, and suffer depravity as they age. Feeling needed, and enjoyed by males, will consistently add many years onto the lives of older women. There just is no need to have the application of societal brutality performed onto another slave. Freedom, and life itself, simply requires bold effort!!

Why Al Gore is President? Even though the election has not yet occurred, I can see why Mr. Gore will be the winner. Simply put, he is the most effective one of the candidates that successfully uses extremely deceptive practices when doing business; and has the ability to issue distracting innuendoes (similar to his great instructor Billy Clinton) when pushed into a corner. [Now: After the year 2000 election that proved me wrong!] So we now have the election, and its over without Al Gore being the president hmmm!! Did you see how long the political system fought its own election system that had a flaw! The winner was not the one Congress wanted; and they were unable to manipulate the results. Watch for new election systems developing, and laws that will result where the incumbents are better able to modulate the results. The White House, and all of Congress, must have created massive power shortages with all their high speed (high tech) paper shredders running before the newcomers took over. Obviously Bill Clinton will quickly pardon all the criminals that were loyal to him, before he leaves office. This will prove he was really a dictator, and not a President; especially if he gets away with it. Interestingly, New York generated about 300,000 more votes for Gore than Bush; and that the total popular vote for Gore was slightly better than 300,000 votes...total! Seems as if one State could control the popular vote? I guess our founding fathers, in their wisdom had foresight of future problems, and that is why they instituted the electoral college making States with different attitudes and needs do the selection of our leader. In my view, it matters not who leads or is popular with the congress, because they all follow the AIPs directions; and the results will be the same regardless. One has to understand how intrusive our present Government is and how intensely it is tied into our economy; that it claims is independent. If one needs a coat, and wishes to work for it to raise the $100 required to purchase it in our economy, he has to work enough hours to earn $150. $50 goes to government as wage and Social Security tax. Now when he purchases the coat, sales tax is collected, the wages of the salesmen (that is also taxed) is attached to the transaction, along with a share of corporate taxes (including any apportioned excise or import taxes). The $100 coat if sold in a barter economy is probably worth about $20 since there would be no exalted manufacturers name brand (like Mickey Mouse) attached to it. Golly, after figuring all that out, I need to take a drink, my favorite - orange juice and pure grain white lightening (the cheapest money can fabricate). My goodness at $33 a quart the $1 a gallon fluid is all taxes!! I give up and will go back to smoking; OOPS, at $25 a carton for 75cents worth of tobacco - I better hunt up a illegal drug dealer! Seriously, the taxes we pay are phenomenal; but the solution is not attaching oneself to the anti-societal fraternity but instead become informed. Thus with a little input here and there we are better able to survive. Just the realization that our own greed is the primary motivating force that is used against us, and simply adjusting our own lifestyle and interests into more basic avenues is the best way

to limit the monster of a heavy handed Government. I never felt guilty of not driving a Lexus to the brown IRS tower to handle an audit. In fact it was a lot more fun to fly in with my 1941 Taylorcraft. Then shuttle from Airparks on my 1983 Silver Wing Honda motorcycle; bringing along my adorable blonde witness (with her mini skirt). Sometimes us poor folks can enjoy the appearance of wealth - when the tax- man cant find any.

Religion When universities of Rabbis were assembled in the 5th century, they were curiously analyzing the concepts of God, mankind, and how they physically fit together. This think-tank was concerned with the concept that it is man that creates the spirit of the Lord. Yes, by the view of the orthodox Jewery at the time, they were skirting the charge of heresy; however, they felt the investigation important enough to proceed. They were not as informed as the modern world; so today in the year 2000 we are a lot more aware of time and space than they were - by a large margin. Life spores that are living after billions of years of traveling through space, is found to be common. And, just like the fact that hydrogen and gravity are the primary factors that construct our universe; no one yet has determined where the hydrogen (with its built in program of gravity) comes from - let alone the life spores drifting around in the abyss of that universe. Putting these thoughts together, a logical mind has to concur that we inhabitants are the bacteria of a planet, and that life similar to us extends throughout the universe existing at various levels of sophistication and complexity. Life itself is uniquely individual, but always has a time element that forces each living creature to have goals that must be accomplished. Survival and sex are the saving instincts that make us grow in number, while selection of the fittest improve our quality. Once we have reached this level of understanding are we then able to proceed and search for more knowledge. Just like the intrinsic basic force of gravity that attempts to bunch the atoms of hydrogen so as to magnify gravitys force cumulatively, and thus create large clouds of stellar gas that will eventually condense into stars; we sociologically have a similar condition naturally imposed by the life force under the title of SEX. Without any limitations generated by a society, males and females are naturally promiscuous. Promiscuity is the primary clumping force of most living creatures, so as to create a herd of a species. Once a population occurs, selection becomes a factor that causes cellular groups to appear inside the herd, which is dependent upon the mental sophistication of those within the species. This mentality then creates customs and rituals, which then forms a bit of isolation from the herd; which makes the newfound tribe somewhat special. The tribe then uses their customs and rituals to form rules and laws that now create the ideals of morality for their society. In order for the common law of morality to work as guiding principals, it becomes necessary for the tribe to tie it to a spiritual (non existent) world that is conceptionally perfect. Now that the wind, rain, fire etc. gods are pleased and happy, everything that is good is enjoyed by the tribe; until some kind of natural disaster occurs. Since the gods are perfect, the situation is obviously caused by the misdeeds of some (unfortunate) tribal member that must pay for his crime; so we have a further tightening of the rules so that crimes become more identifiable. After the passage of time, the original basis for many of the rules becomes clouded - primarily because of the multitude of new rules that are expanding upon the old rules. The new tribal rules become justified because of the increase in tribal size, and integration into the tribe of various deviants (to the normal gradient that gravitate to a more desired tribal environment). Tribal leaders, once a greater population occurs than they and their local

environment can handle, attempt to dissuade population growth by passing laws that convince the population that the spirit world dictates that it is un- natural for promiscuous sex to occur - so laws are formed against it! With success in that area, the realization is that of power that the leaders can enforce is now equal to that of the spiritual fear of the devote religious follower. At this point in time the leaders have now elevated themselves to the level of gods. After a couple of centuries pass, and harmony is only destroyed by tribal warfare and natural phenomena, we have the continuous elevation of gods until a leader of the gods is chosen (a conditioning generated by the real world selection of tribal leaders which assumes the same occurrence with gods). Finally one lord over all is selected, and then this becomes the highest index for abuse of power by mankinds leaders (after all the subservient minor gods are stripped away). In life (the real world) mankind does not wish to assume responsibility for leadership, only the rewards! Passing blame is a natural conditioning generated by real life experiences. I stole the cookies because; my brother made me do it, is typical. With leaders of tribes; We burned down, and then raped all the women of the village, because it was the will of God! Or, This prostitute serviced on Sunday violating Gods law; stone her to death so we find favor with the Lord. Once God (the singular highest power) is established, and mankinds normal promiscuity (that is indexed by individualism) is controlled by society; we are now ready for Government to form as a powerful entity - that will eventually supersede the Spirit of the Lord!! Although the concept of God being a tool of Government is Atheistic, I personally align myself to Christian morality and ethics - firmly believing that the Rabbi Jesus was attempting to bring us more into focus with reality, and this was destroyed by Governments desire to have mankind worship the God Jesus unrestrictedly (i.e. within the Governments accepted Churchs guidelines). Historical manipulation is common with Government (with or without the churchs cooperation). Government, and religious zeal, has only one flaw - and that is imperialism. As one gets closer to God, or King, one believes he is the standard or medium through which the power flows, and that those beneath him are inferior. Embellishing this problem is that imperialism bege ts extroverts - which regenerates more imperialism; to point that a humble but honest average man doesnt have any chance to enter into any area of the ruling class! For Jesus to be as recognized as he is, he must have been quite an extrovert - even though he lived with other Essane Jews that obviously were not as militant.

Racism The Race Card! This wild card is used frequently in America. It is produced, directed, substantiated, enforced, and conducted by Government. People have to be educated about racism; it is not a natural force!! We have to analyze some of the key words to really understand how it works. White Supremacist: here is a word that inspires black hate, however there is no counter word like Black Supremacist (yes, they exist - and they are more intense then the White version). It seems anyone that adheres to individual rights and separatism (wishing to live tribally with whom he feels is his peers) becomes labeled as a White Supremacist, and a danger to society!! Usually the white version lives frugally, may inspire a few folk to enjoy this kind of freedom because it is a honest, simple and tough existence that has purpose. He is usually just classified as a bit weird by neighbors. Whereas, the black version lives in luxury, commands millions of black folk, has the title of Leader (with lots of respect for his status, and the backing of the US Government); under the guise that they are the minority. When inspired to do damage, they can be awesome - and aggressive as hell; totally unlike the white version that typically tries to defend themselves from (usually) an unjustified Government attack. The Magic of our Constitution that was formed for a Republics existence, is truly damaged when Government uses the effort of forced integration. Integration is natural, and should never be forced upon any society. Just like the Drug War, the more force applied merely creates more drug usage by raising the stakes for criminals encouragement, and success. The basic concept of a Republic permits a cellular society, with individuals having a foot vote to live where they choose. If a State wishes to harbor farmers that wish to barter without utilizing the financial system of metropolis banking; they should have as much opportunity to exist as a State biased to the formation of young Black athletes, authors, and performing artists. Imprisoning society into uniform cell blocks, where gifted individuals just pop out - and be evaluated as to how much money can be made in as short a time period as possible, is just not part of the Republic for which we stand. Life to some of us is not just gathering nuts for our old age! We are stopped on a highway for a forced inspection of our vehicle for drugs. There is no probable cause. Our 4th Amendments rights are stripped from us while we watch the authorities prove our innocents. This is contrary to the American way; however it seems to be a useful tool in promoting racism.... the vast majority of roadchecks occurs in Black or Hispanic communities. Like a pressure cooker; we force integration with societies desire to limit separatism and individual freedom; in an attempt to obtain a uniform stew of humanity. The result is explosions of passion similar to critical mass occurring with nuclear material. By pandering to one group of the minorities, we have a stirring of reactive ingredients - and intense hate is actually being regenerated by this technique. Im talking of elevating hate by both parties, i.e. the favored minority, and whats left!! After 40

years of this kind of conditioning; we now have minorities having greater political clout, than the average person working for a living - i.e. the human majority?. While we steam about this situation - the limits of our freedom shrink further, and it appears the minorities are now the Illusionary Freemen left in our society. They are allowed to place really frivolous lawsuits in our courts and act militant and psychotic; having considerably more rights than a majority average person. The only ludicrous filter on the minorities is that they usually are tied to the illegal drug trade, and those that can be ensnared by Government (via entrapment or evidence manipulation) are hauled off so that only the ones that Government favors can rise to the top. Interestingly, this view is not generally accepted by society because the few of us that have put the pieces together are not classified as experts in the field; not carrying the degrees and rewards for their endeavor, or having acknowledgments by the gods above their peers. Those experts that have the credentials and education are solidified by fraternity to not even begin to think freely, and logically; otherwise they will loose acceptance and accreditation. Thus the experts in society have become nothing more than card carrying anarchists that nest into the hierarchy seeking protection and support. You could call this nesting a form of sub Government; however, this would only complicate the illusion of highlighting anarchism - which the real source of power.

Statistics Woe is he that believith in statistics -- spouted by the Government! Is that succinct enough? It should have been a Bible Quotation. There is a definite problem whe n Government is operated like a business, or the military. The underlings always are seeking some kind of recognition so they can climb the staircase of status. When those above them are seeking recognition for accomplishments; and have nothing to show for their effort; the superiors hungrily seize the information from their underlings, so as to capitalize upon their invisible effort; so as to loft themselves to higher plateaus. Example 1: America has the greatest family income today, over the past ten years. This is true for evaluating gross income; however, we happen to live on net income -- which is shrinking drastically when debt and tax increases are calculated into an honest equation. [NOTE: The greater the debt factor the more enslaved we become.] Example 2: Inflation has not changed much over the last 8 years. Ouch!! Homes and food cost almost two times as much, and automobiles are now almost 3 times as much. When attempting to get a definition of how it is figured, we find that they are talking of wage inflation only; and that does not cover a different term; expressed away from the public as, dollar devaluation. [So Government is allowed to pick and chose which attribute title that it can legally brag about, even though the title has no real/honest concern by society.] Example 3: America has the lowest unemployment figures for the last 20 years. Employment figures were originally taken from the total work force available, relative to those unemployed. To day it is covering the work force that is registered with the system only. All Government employees, and military (who are 100% employed), have been added to these figures to make unemployment appear as a much smaller percentage. Drug dealers, prostitutes, (most) small farmers, and anti- government people that dont pay taxes are not included as unemployed people. The truth is; 30 million plus Americans, that are off the tax rolls (on purpose), have no documentation from invisible employers showing how they are surviving, are me rely left out of the data. People that are unemployed for a time period over 60 days are also removed from the unemployed data. Looking correctly at the statistics - the way that they were originally set up, we most likely have over 22% unemployment when we use the same math as 20 years ago! Example 4: Economic growth? Based on nothing other than the Dow? There are no rules in place yet to give the public real numbers, so as to visualize growth. The real story is the producers within our country, and those in foreign lands, are being squeezed to lower their cost, while the middlemen and sales companies are pushing for higher prices. Profit margin controls stock market values on the Dow, so companies moving the most overpriced merchandise now get tremendously over valued; just by making raucous claims of future sales. In fact some of the new (or monopolistic) companies are currently

set up with outstanding shares greater than 300 times their gross worth. Here we are where the name on the merchandise is valued considerably more than the material and production labor costs. IBM can probably lay off everyone, and still be on the market and healthy (just by name only). The above examples really explain treachery; that helps to temper the bars of a enslavement cage. No mater where the common man goes to seek true freedom, he is assaulted by a barrage of people; who mean to do well, spouting unrealistic rules and morals dictated by a preprogrammed democratic minority of the population. The majority of the population just doesnt give a dam, sell their souls and dive into the money! The White middle-class are now the minority; with the poor (that includes the wealthy; because they actually team together politically - gleefully pointing fingers at each other i.e. because of you) now becoming the majority of the population. When one visualizes these situations, and happens to be a White middle-class person, is when one fully realizes his bondage as a slave! Why statistics are useful tools for the AIPs (Anarchists In Power) is because the cloak of the deceit they have learned to wear well. The years of deceptive practices by major American corporations of promises made without any conscious concern of standing behind their claims; have made the public insensitive to the point that corporations are now free to downright lie to the public - and this is now an acceptable practice because of the legal protection syndicate (BAR association) making the cost of court action against a lying corporation so expensive only celebrities of high financial status can do battle - for selfish reasons (primarily profit by staying in the limelight).

High Tech In every field of endeavor today we see the concept of perfection and excellence appearing with an associated term of High Tech. High Technology is a great tool for adventures that really merit the application. In a wealthy society, it becomes an Icon for successful endeavors as if there is no other way to accomplish goals unless High Tech is employed. A bass boat to catch the mighty bass must be equipped like the star ship Enterprise from the show Startrack. Everything from Sonar to Loran giving the fisherman the information of shape and condition of the lake bottom, and the ability to mark his location - within plus or minus 20 feet - on the planet earth. Who in this modern age would believe someone in a row boat could move into marshes, and tease the mighty bass onto a hook using a old fashioned cane pole? The first thought by a modern society is why would someone do that in this modern day and age?. If one would like to take up archery, one is pressured into a high tech system of pulleys and cams on an expensive bow to propel a costly plastic vaned shaft of aluminum (at air rifle velocity) onto a very distant target; rather than have gallery shooting with lemonwood bows and cedar arrows. True, the wooden equipment is akin to Zen Archery; and a truly gifted archer could still enjoy this universe - even though it is not competitive to perfection. Notice the entire clan of Howard Hill followers is now extinct, and that the entire hobby of Archery has dwindled into mediocrity. The second thought by society is that if an enterprise had merit, it would never die off. Sorry!, for an enterprise to continue, it must have a bit of inspirational effort i.e. the experts of an avocation (for example) should bend down and utilize the lower technology occasionally for the inspiration of new comers to the adventure. Black balling and foul mouthing attempts to fire up interests that do not follow societies heralding of high tech, causes extinction to these basic roots of endeavor, and eventually to the total hobby. For new comers to come into the joy of an avocation, it requires a bit of education, and this should not be a situation of throwing money instead of learning basics. Since society is presently heavily educated into color of law being acceptable, when it decides what I am stating here is indeed a fact, it will try to reach down from its established lofty high tech level, and attempt to coax more rudimentary equipment to perform closer to the accepted high tech norm; instead of a total divorce of the high tech system - and install instead a system that is more favorable to structural medium employed and available to the new fresh student recruits. I tried for 5 years to create interest in low launch small field Radio Controlled soaring, that is available at reasonable costs, only to have the experienced high tech pilots do everything in their power to destroy this effort. They intensely put the pressure on for the Hot Air Master (HAM) program to encompass their sophisticated system of launching model sailplanes via a 4 hp winch system that employs 1000 feet of real estate (a bit overkill for a 2 lb model; whose owner can only practice with a catapult made up of 50 feet of rubber tubing and 200 feet of string; typically). The fact that the shorter launching system with statistical QC scoring is a natural for evaluating pilot performance within a more confining universe, becomes totally ignored by the students of high tech. They are just happier with absolute time, and the thought of wining something; rather

than evaluating ratios of time! Even though there is no change in the winners or losers; but just a change in data acquisition (with compression between high and low scores). Which in turn becomes much more usable if stored by computer for evaluation. In fact the data done with the HAM concept can now be used for postal matches effectively since maxing out realistic goals is what the HAM is about; and this can be done anywhere on the planet. Why the experts killed the enthusiasm of the newbies enjoying the HAM is because they believed they were handicapped!; they normally did not fly this kind of event, and thus they were fearful of losing!! They looked at it as a technique of trickery (magic) so that a inapt pilot with mediocre equipment could leverage a win against their air superiority. If this is the mentality of society relative to toys, can you picture societal response to serious activities? The true purpose of the HAM event was to melt experts and newbies into doing simple interesting tasks together that would have less differential in scores, but could illustrate growth to the participants as they would fly the shorter contests -- that would have a greater frequency of occurrence because they are inexpensive, simple, and not dedicated to perfection. The above microcosm is the attitude of society when something different is presented by an uneducated man that is not concentrating on establishing a business of some kind, or has celebrity status. To contribute freely too society - in the land of the free is simply unacceptable - unless your name is Monica Lewinski (at least). Ah, the money mill is the important reference for everything. Even childrens games now require circulating capitol; they are extremely organized, specialized with required costly tools, and high tech- isized.

TERRORIZM In my book Ramblings of Sanity I touched upon the concept of terrorism expanding within the USA. In 1998 the Cato Institute also put out paper #306 that intensified my postulations - and it identified our Government as the greatest terrorist in the world!? I see now that my illusion was simply insufficient in detail, but correct in philosophy. To visualize the veracity of the statement one simply has to be able to put into perspective the following situations. America no longer has justice, nor a legal system; instead it has a system that establishes contract only. America is stretched out financially and is willing to shortcut on any situation that could yield financial stress. Affluent Americans have an ego that is pampered by society - because their circulating capitol is the American heartbeat. With this in mind we can go on with Democracy - which in reality is mob rule. When our leaders assume the duties the mob requests, instead of mandating rule of law, they create the conditions that even honorable men would sink to some form of terrorism (fueled by intense frustration) just to get their point across. Add the emotions of a herd of people who are now Government trained to accept zero tolerance, which also seek perfection in their lives, and you have a bubbling stew that amplifies deviations from the norm. The way Government reacts to the few intense deviants is to simply destroy them, and anyone who associates with them, instead of giving them the opportunity to air grievances and permit them to do battle with their mind and logic. I might add that for the few cases of grievances actually heard, the Governments attitude is the same as the way it would play the game of chess - it makes a move, then tells you what moves it will permit you to make. Now looking at the pressure building up from the 1960s to the present time and you will be able to see the intensity (and massivity) of terrorist groups and programs - with our Government being the modulator for the overall scenario - extracting all the benefits from action and reaction.

Bear in mind this one important pivotal fact dominates all our present societies everywhere on this planet: Given a mob rule concept (Democracy) to make decisions, the mob leaders escalates to imperialism once empowered; and along with it emerges zero tolerance to the leaders rule (i.e. the iron fist of medieval times). Common sense then takes the back seat, and the mobs controlled emotions effectively have merit whiting out law, and replacing it with colo r of law. Forgive the repetition, but this extremely important point deserves this kind of emphasis. Lets look at the World Trade Center Attack (9-11-01). Criminals crash aircraft into the two towers. America goes up in arms claiming a relentless search for all the perpetrators involved to punish them. While just beginning the unweaving of the web of secrecy of the gang of criminals that conspired this crime, we find America plunged into a policing action against terrorists instead of perpetrators! in the name of them declaring war on the US. (Which is a lie). The American people are then told we are at war with Afghanistan, (another lie) even though no declarations of war by either party have been signed to make it official (legal). Basically for all our sophistication we have

been pushed back into the era of Americas Wild West - in Afghanistan. So it appears that Terrorists have replaced Perpetrators, and America is now attempting to destroy them except! the tide of warfare has changed again and we are now replacing the word Terrorists with the word Taliban. The war of vengeance to punish perpetrators, changed to a war on unsavory societies of terrorists, and then again changed to a political war to establish conformity to the World Order (i.e. the big mob). Isnt this the work that Israel strives to accomplish, and are we not now their henchmen? Isnt this the same direction we took when we bombed Yugoslavia - destroying their isolated economy? The Serbians were contented with a 1960 life style, and we forced/educated them to join the modern World Order by bombing the crap out of them. So now Washington, with its cloak of zero tolerance, wishes to change the rules laid down by a (damaged) Constitution and torture suspects under the guise of terrorism. The Government accountants are in favor because we normally ship suspects to other countries (that have no restrictions) and have torture contracted out to gain information. Doing this is not economical! Add the policy of punishing terrorists (thought criminals) before any crime is committed in the name of prevention, and one can see the growth of more imperialism that spawns more intense reactions. Then we have the surviving Branch Davidians that the Government manipulated to plea bargain for a misdemeanor only to receive a 40 year sentence; a totally illegal practice demonstrating Governments abuse of power, that never seems to get rectified. Now that we have some of the basics we must look into the spirit of mankind to actually see what is the mindset of the terrorists that have done the WTC tragedy. Obviously I will be assuming a lot since I have not interviewed them, but I have seen how several associates reacted to the ebb and tide of our escalating American Fascism. I believe successful terrorists have to be intelligent - high IQ! I do not believe blind religious faith to be strong enough to be a motivating force to commit sacrificial suicide (in mass) by older experienced people; however, I do believe pressure can be applied to intelligent people who would choose an easy way out of some kind of impending danger. Within a syndicate of gangsters; if one could choose a quick death over castration, or limbs slowly being amputated - along with the threat of the same thing happening to close family members, I am sure death would be much more acceptable. This is the attitude that MK Ultra amplified to gain control of perpetrators that would have the best likelihood of completing assassination tasks. Now let us put America into the correct prospective, understanding its amplification of punishment that originally was applied to criminal deviance, to the modern time of punishment for just the thought of deviance. Then make the punishment the same whether one acts on the crime, or just thinks about acting on the crime. This forces one who believes in logic, and those just intending to act upon it - to actually go for it!! The point of the previous paragraphs above explains the unjust imperialism of America is creating an attitud e that makes people want to fight back, to be further enhanced by the officials with their attitude of zero tolerance so that the individual in his mind set accepts the liability to act it out without regard to termination.

As you can tell, I am not convinced of the concept of a religious war. Our enemies are not ignorant, emotional, Allah fearing Muslims dedicated to saving the world from Christians. Instead I see them as intellectuals that understand their position in life is that of being simply a program in the mind of an animal. When people choose to have a Great Spirit look over them, they do not comprehend their frailty, and the limitations of their existence. Religious people believe they exist forever, and it is the whole Universe that has the time limit instead. It takes a degree of atheistic logic for one to realize they came from nothing, and will exit the same, just like dinosaurs being totally erased! And an animal is merely a plant with a brain - that is affected chemically. Having only one intense drive for sex (so as to be fruitful and multiply i.e. to survive just like the other herds inhabiting the planet) with all other requirements geared for that success, we find we are no better equipped to exist than a blade of grass. After a couple of hundred years, our existence may have some kind of memorial mark on a new society, but the reality is that there is no benefit to us. Now with this kind of attitude, hand a suitcase nuke to an aware individual and ask him to set it off in the Oval Office, he would do it! Not for glory, remembrance, or a place in heaven, but just for ending the frustrations of seeking justice (logic) from an irrational and deaf society. We the people were not created to hear the tree in the forest crash. The no ise simply satisfies the mechanics of our physical world - we evolved to utilize a sense to hear the resulting noise. The American Indian I believe typifies the observed terrorist attitude: It is a good day to die. Apparently these kinds of people realize that they were born to die anyway, so why not pick the time and place? Why suffer when one can disintegrate oneself in an instant! This is a selfish attitude of not giving a damn for anything else - but themselves. And this is the attitude encouraged by all our societies under the guise of free enterprise (that has tight societal restrictions) - meaning there is a lot more of them than our statisticians can contemplate/calculate.

WAR Nature creates goals for life that are basic. Life seeks domain (territory), kills other organisms for food, and regenerates itself (sex). Domination of a territory is like an insurance policy, it improves the survival of a species, so the stronger a group of individuals that band together, the better they can dominate their territory. A large territorial group of individuals has strength by population, and that creates comfort for all the individuals of that group. Other populations can form within different territories, of which the populatio n may enjoy more resources or less resources. It is nature that makes the living organisms venture forward to attempt to enjoy the greater resources then that their particular territorial environment produces, so an invasion occurs into foreign territory. If the organisms of the territory invaded feel their resources threatened by invasion, they will fight back for the victory of possession. So we have war being a natural state of affairs for competitive organisms that is seeking the best means of survival. For the higher order of organisms like apes and Mankind we have a distortion of the basic reasons for warfare. Victory for either side of the battle, makes a possession that much sweeter. This subtle distortion of goals then elevates a population into greed, along with a pride in taking things from a weaker populations - by force. To an attempt to insure their domestic tranquility both sides of this war engage in terrorism, whether by totems or body parts hacked from advisories hung in display. With lifes experience, mankind, and some of the lesser creatures like pack rats, develops the concept that trade with their advisories is better than warfare. Now we are at the sociological level of the American Indians, along with other hunter-gathering societies that live on this planet. War still exists with them, but it is more meaningful i.e. taking things that a society could not produce, from another society that could, but who would not barter unless extreme advantage was taken (greed). This is a totally logical situation, so I call it Normal Warfare - that is common with all living organisms in their desire to survive. If warfare is a common natural condition that is more intense than trade relationships for all life forms, it becomes ludicrous for any society to attempt to safeguard itself from this concept. Guns, the basic modern tools for warfare, are evil; the only haven for bullies is a syndicate, and they are never made into heroes (unless the syndicate is a societal approved one - like the police force, army, navy, FBI, etc.). Soldiers that have learned to enjoy civil liberties can never be totally effective under the brutish boot of fascism (the basic structure of the military). The point I am making is that children early in life should be conducted into a military existence fearing martial law, attempting dangerous antics in their play while brutally controlling adversaries. Just like primitive man when he made a bow and arrow for his son - who pictured in his mind to go out and drop a moose for family recognition, and may have acted it out in play. After a couple of decades of peace, and then to attempt to fabricate warriors out of damaged stock means that some form of brainwashing conditioning that will really mess up the overall lives of the troops becomes essential. Germany at the end of the 19th century was attempting to get more civilized by having a Government shove socialism down the throats of its population. This was in conflict with Christianity so, like standard practices for Government, it initiated a war

against religion, making the standards for law the judicial system, with mans concept of fairness, and not the moral obligations constructed by a God deciphered by servants of the Lord. So, we had a large migration of folks from Germany and bordering counties for over a century now (including the Netherlands) to America seeking freedom of religion, along with freedom from Government, now accelerated. Most notably, the Pennsylvania Dutch (the Amish) were dedicated to serving the Lord while living an honorable life style while the other immigrant sprinkled all over the USA. As the century turns over we find the new American immigrants adhering to the philosophy of anarchism (individualism), whereas those left behind in Europe are being feed enough propaganda to believe that socialism is what existence is about. The framers had classified the Constitution of America as the Golden Mean between Anarchism and Totalitarianism, however a Government out of control shifted this mean far left into the realm of socialism. This shift had occurred all over the planet with all the various countries of the planet that have attempted a similar constitutional law so we have huge societies believing they are democratic when in reality they are slaves onto socialism.

Direction As we see the Governments of all the world moving closer together in a strong effort to create one world order - I have to jump ahead and see what the real purpose is. As we know from the previous information, the Governments are merely stepping stones and tools for AIPs (Anarchist In Power). Governments are used by the AIPs for the purpose of legalized genocide, increased capitol circulation, stimulating and organizing scientific growth, imprisoning aggressive non compliant patriots of individualism that pose as threats, establishing regulations and law for the common man (i.e. servants), and providing protection for the heads of State (especially the AIPs). The American theater of existence today is cut off from all the news of world events i.e. no more short wave; no more competitive broadcasts from a different countries point of view, along with no more underground newspapers that were common just a few short years ago. Its all gone; other than a few subscriptions to secretive news medias that only skirt the real happenings in the world. The day to day news is heavily filtered; with celebritys doings and goings-on glorified (expounded usually in gibberish), while over-sea strife reporting is minimized - with just an occasional blurb on some unmeaningful situation. Capitalism is dead in America; as we understand it. The little girl setting up a lemonade stand will quickly be shutdown by Government. The issue will be that of licensing. If Daddy falls into route-step by buying a license, the stand will be quickly set upon by the food and drug administration for inspections - with associated fees (that are apportioned for the large corporations). If the business still exists; when the girl takes her earnings to a typical bank, the bank will charge more than 20% per year interest (until the account average is greater than the $400 minimum). All this is done for the opportunity to pay income tax, collect state sales tax, submit to the giving of handouts to the local police, and act as an officer of the state for her patrons. Apply this concept onto farming, and any other small business that is run by a producer, rather than a salesperson or attorney, and you will quickly see why we are so deep into imported goods (and so weak at keeping them in repair). Obviously, any smart little lemonade girl sells illegal drugs keeps her mouth shut - and shortly drives a Mercedes!! Instead we have a system of capitalism that is tightly controlled by accountants! Profit after loss is their primary concern. These are the kind of folks that if a product is FDA approved to be 99% pure, put 1% rat droppings into it when it hits 100% (its permitted legally (?)) so that we maintain our claim - while profiting from the X dollars a pound the product normally sells for, on the waste material. It seems the bottom line is to set a goal of profit for a corporation so that their stock on the market shines, then make that goal come true by any means (that definitely includes deceptive practices) so the shine intensifies. Employees of these new types of corporation quickly assimilate practices, and only do what is required to obtain a paycheck. Hey, dont ask me to help you, I am a meat cutter after this employee was informed by his superior; Hey, I am not paying you meat cutter prices just to have you wait on a customer. When upper management hears the flurry of complaints from the customers - they look at their data

and see if this attitude is successful in raising profits i.e. more production with less folks doing the work. They then dump one meat cutter (replacing him with no one!), send the most irate customers a sugary note; while informing the meat cutters that are left; they better not fool around with the customers and get their job of meat cutting done! Our whole economy has become totally weird, and no longer responds to any concept of fairness. Profit margins is the major force, and there is no longer pride in producing a product. Conscientiousness today is simply a sign of weakness. Everything is based upon controller charts of supply and demand, and because of this we have major inflation - because of overpricing! In the year 1980 it took about 20 man-hours to build a automobile; whereas now in 2000, it only takes less than 1.5 man- hours. The raw material has increased in price about 20%; however, these factors just do not justify the 3 times price increase of our modern vehicles! After 3 years of owning a new vehicle in 1980, it became worth about 1/2 its original sales price; whereas in 2000, the higher quality longer life vehicle will only be worth 1/4 of its original value to its owner. Obviously the center of our economy is now the wheeler dealers (i.e marketing), and it no longer has interest in the man who makes the better mouse trap succeeding. The modern cars that really have heavily inflated pricing (like BMW, Mercedes, Volvo, or Saab as example), have a marketing fabricated safety net that is used to promote the concept of investment by enforcing a lower depreciation rate so as to maintain the wealthy customers interest. Now bear in mind that automotive is only a small slice of our economy, and that when this attitude is stretched all across the board, one can visua lize how deep we are into Illusionary wealth. We have now proven in a court of law that if an officer of the government attacks, one is supposed to just permit the officer to riddle ones body with bullets because under no circumstances is one permitted to retaliate - per Wacos last hearing (that removed all liability of the Government with its ridiculous demonstration of overpowerment). We currently have an extreme percentage of court cases won now by financial overpowerment rather than law. It seems every land mark case is now interwoven with extremes of ridiculous situations like; magic bullets, wallets mistaken for guns, canes and spatulas being classified as deadly weapons, police officers wives shot to death to prevent their suicide (disclosures?) , murderers exonerated because police plotted against a minority individual (who happens to be a celebrity millionaire whom the officers treat with velvet gloves at all times i.e. O.J. Simpson; as example). Where is this all going? Lets see if we can put our future together with a few concepts that have been proven true. Our Government is into the Numbers Racket and Gambling. It is into drugs via the drug War (which really is just a cover for circulating capitol) with the Government kind of assisting both sides of the war - the same way corporations handled the supply and demand of World War 1 and 2. We have the Government now into murder by being an accomplice in the J. F. K and Robert Kennedy assassinations, along with the Martin Luther Kings assassination. How about the ownership, and operators, of the brothels of Nevada? They were the illicit (and unnecessary) enforcer at Waco, and most likely the real bomber at Oklahoma City. Then we have the famous White house

murder of John Foster (Hillarys law partner), and next Ron Browns accident; both occurrences are semi explained situations (via pure BS). Mary Mahoney (an intern prior Monica Lewinski) was shot to death gangland style - to keep that affair quiet. The political death list includes over 250 people (40 of which were those close to the Clintons) to date. This to me sounds more like syndicated racketeering - than the Constitutionally entitled Government, whos primary task is the preservation and defense of the United States of America. All of the tragedies of war over the last couple of centuries have been for economic purposes. Money has been a separate commodity from Government, indexed only by commerce - unless there was a need to issue script for the handling of transactions on military bases in foreign countries. Money was originally evaluated as hard assets up to the beginning of the 1970s. During this time period our country developed many gold bugs that collected gold and silver in the hope that America would be forced to return to hard money. Any attempt to regulate money by Government, instead of the independent Federal Reserve (that is a privately owned corporation), has been thwarted (Lincoln and Kennedy tried to keep control of money within the Treasury department - and both were assassinated). Hard money is now disappearing with gold bullion being valued lower and lower - even though gold products, and ancient gold coins are escalating in value. The concept of circulating capital is the icon of modern wealth - numbers that are now like status award trophies, are now zipping about. Status is dependent on how many numbers can be moved, and at what velocity they can be deposited and redeposit. Once we have established one world order, and finish the initiated genocide that is going on all over the planet, we will have most of the big corporations merged into super corporations that feel totally in control; until Government seizes their money and finally takes control of banking!! There will be no resistance, no wars, and no more corporations. Everything will now fall into the category of Government owning everything; with Government practicing Nazism because of no opposition. Remember, Religion was the control of society during the dark ages, and all the way to modern times. This was slowly integrated/replaced by wealth that consisted of personal property (i.e. hard assets) when control weakened and free thought started to flourish. Ownership of property, and the associated hard money, has been slowly minimized as an interest that it is no longer popular as we went deeper into the 20th century. Today individuals have no interest in property, other than using available facilities of the property, and enjoying their equitable interests via circulating capitol. The next barrier to hop over for Government to gain total control of the population is the elimination of circulating capitol!! If you think a National debt to the Moon was constructed without a floor-plan, I have a bit of fire front property on the Sun I would like to sell you....cheap! Instead of the British Road Warrior concepts of Government falling apart leaving some kind of wild eyed individualistic anarchists taking over; my outlook is quite different. Orwell (1984) was right in respect of the intense overpowerment, but was missing the intense neutralization of deviants a unlimited Government can initiate. Orwell was steered into a concept of extreme totalitarian socialism, rather than realize the natural reaction of a uncontested growing Government

is to elevate itself to Nazism, otherwise known as Fascism, (much more intensely, and quickly developing without capitalism as a adversary). Sick as it is, the only saving grace for humanity would be Fascistic Communism, without free enterprise. Everyone lives on an allotment that society deems nominal, and Government doles it out. Thus everyone works to be able to live (all hail Orwells 1984 again). The opertunity for better jobs comes through education, and the extra effort of the ind ividual. Those that do not like the jobs society requests to be accomplished go straight to the euthanasia center - no Passing Go (aka Monopoly) and collecting benifits - that belong to the rest of the herd. The Spirit of Adolph Hitler was created by Government - rather than it creating Government; and Adolphs lurking ghost is alive!!. The latter generations of us Americans have become too pacific, too busy; because of concern over what they believe to be is their possessions - that they enjoy with youthful enthusiasm, much like a child does with his favorite toys. This ubiquitous attitude isolates the desire to understand, and respond against a seemingly overwhelming enemy. It is better (in their view) to route step with the deceitfulness of society, than be mowed down by its power. The only redeeming factor is that Society reflects concern for the present (that is measured in decades); which should also be the primary concern of the individual (that is typically measured in months).
