ABOUT THE COLLEGE CMR Institute of Technology was established as a component of MGR educational society in the year 2005. It has come up in an area of 10 Acres with a built up area admeasuring 23,799 Sq.m. with lush green environment with an aim to impart quality education to students in Engineering & Technology, Business Management and Computer Applications. The College has a rich tradition of soaring high, with academic excellence & overall personal growth of students. INTRODUCTION: VIKRANT-2011, a State level Management Festival is being organized by the sister concern institutes of the Department of Management Studies, CMR Institute of Technology with a view to bring together eminent Management Professionals from Academic and industry and Management students who are the emerging managers. It provides an opportunity to the management students to interact with others and exhibit their knowledge; they create talent and competencies and also their innovative, leadership and communication skills. Their participations in various events of the fest will help in widening their horizons, in the enrichment of their personality and in their shaping up as commitment management professionals. Events of VIKRANT-2011: 1. Set the Trend aims at bringing out the creative skills and innovative and making talents among the would be Marketing Managers, showing the competitive advantage



There will be formal events for young managers event, one individual participant and for the other three events a team of two participants each, can participate. 2. Each participant can participate in only one event. 3. Any number of individual participants and team can participate from a college. 4. The registration fee for each participate delegate is Rs.100 and for each non-participant delegate is Rs.50. 5. The registration form should be send to the Convener & Organising Committee on or before 10th December, 2011 along with registration fee in cash or DD in favour of the Principal, CMRIT, and Medchal. 6. Spot registrations will also be permitted on 16th December 2011 between 9.00 am to 10.00 am in special case.

7. The Participants should carry their students ID cards. 8. In the first round of the events, there will be a preliminary qualifying written test. Those who qualified in the written test only will be allowed to participate in second and final round of the events. 9. Cash prizes and merit certificates awarded to those who stand first and second in each events. 10. Participation Certificates will be given to all other participants.
