INTRODUCTION: Introduction
The milk is producers are working hard in all season i.e. summer, rainy and winter seanson. to give them the proper rate of milk and increase the standard of living shri. Penetrating vision marked toward: the establishment of Yashwant doodh sangh.Yashwant Sahakari Dudh Utpadak Sangh is situated in Shirala. This dudth sangh is now becoming populer dudh sangh not only in shirala taluka but also in sangh distric . The dudth sangh is estalishment on 2005 . The founder of this dudh sangh is Shri. Shivajirao Yashwantrao Naik . The main intention of Yashwant Dudh utpadak sangh is to give maximum rate of the milk and quailty products to the customers.

SCOPE OF THE STUDY

This report is related with the study Dstribution channel and covers the data pertaining to the past five years performance of the Yashwant Dudh Sangh. Distribution channel includes analysis of various various distribution channel . In this the researcher has to study the past performance of the company. 1. Period Covered : The study is based on the previous five years data (200506 to 2009-10.) 2. Contents : The study contains the evaluation of Distribution channel with respect to Yashwant Sahakari Dudh Utpadak Prakriya Sangh.

OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY

To study and analyse the process of Capital Budgeting in Warana Doodh Utpadak Sangh..

To describe the how net present value contributes to increasing

shareholders wealth.

To find the Return On Investment (ROI) on the existing project. To find out the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) Of the existing
project.

To give better suggestions for improvement in future.

METHODOLOGY :
The subject matter of the present investing relates to the Capital Budgeting for Warana Sahakari Dudh Utpadak Prakriya Sangh Ltd Waranagar. In this method, the organization is being studies by taking its past and current performance and future scenario under consideration.

SOURCES OF DATA COLLECTION : 1. PRIMARY DATA 2. SECONDARY DATA

a) Published literature: The data was collected through the published literature company like annual report, annual Diaries & profile of the company.

b) Office record:

The data collected from the office records for study from the companys various books of accounts & annual reports of the organization

c) Textbook :

Authors textbooks help to study subject.

d) Project & magazines.

Project and magazines was helpful for refer the previous record.

LIMITATIONS OF STUDY:
1. Time Limit:

Short period of time was given for completion of the collection of work, analyzing the data, and then representation of the data in the proper way. So time limit has become one of the limitations of the study
2. Lack of Confidential Information:

Only relevant data or sufficient data was provided for the study but the confidential information not provided considering for the study

3. Lack of Comparative Data:

As the project is related to the only one organization, the study does not allow the comparison between two or more organization for the comparative study. This is one of the limitations which have been faced during the study of the organization.
