Conclusion & recommendations By Analyzing all the quality aspects we have come to conclusion that Sc.Johnson & sons of Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd comes in the average ranking which shows that it is doing good but having such a huge brand name world wide such standards are far below the expectations. In order to increase these standards here are some recommendations: Company should conduct a consumer behavior and preferences survey where objectives should be to find the exact need and wants of the customer Company is still having significantly small market share in the industry due to which it is not able to fully automate its manufacturing operations in the factory which is increasing the lead time, increased time in the manufacturing, packaging and delivering it to the end consumer. The reason is due to the less sales forecasts. What company should do it use BPR, radical change in its sales teams, and hire new and highly motivated sales team at the sales rep. level which would boost the sales by quite a number. Remember there is a huge potential in the market and company can get the required feasibility level to start full automation in the factories and overall processes in just 2 to 3 years if they take actions now Company form its own human resource Department which would increase the quality of personnels in the organization which would ultimately go towards the increased productivity of the organization The Sc.Johnson Pakistan should communicate all the limitations related to customer related issues, market limitation and other issues to its head offices whose main concern presently is just accountability. Company should develop flexibility in the overall processes as presently it implementing the sets of procedures as directed by the head offices which creates difficulty for its suppliers, customers and others
