100% of Ultima forks are individually checked for performance and quality after assembly. Each fork tube is dyno tested as well as leak tested at the end of every assembly. Forks are manufactured by an ISO9001:2000 certified company who has an annual output of 10 million shock/fork products including many for OEM. With Ultima front ends quality and performance are in no way overlooked. Note: Forks typically use slightly stiffer than stock springs and heavier weight oils to compensate. Forks are rebuildable. Extreme raked necks will hinder how forks are designed to work due to the change in the direction of forces. Forks used with extreme neck angles will give the perception of increased ride stiffness. Please plan accordingly.

A. ULTIMA 49MM FORK ASSEMBLIES

These new forks are designed for both stock replacements as well as for upgrading a custom application. The new 49mm forks are designed to be safe, attractive, as well as keeping quality in mind. These forks feature a smooth unique design with consistent dimensions as an OEM Wide Glide fork. This allows you to keep a similar geometry and use 2000 later OEM style brake calipers and wheel configurations. Features smooth flowing custom fork legs. Triple trees feature smooth edges and have a hidden triple tree nut. These feature multiple model compatibility by offering different axle choices as well as multiple steering stop configurations. The triple tree features two steering stop locations to provide the user with a choice to use OEM steering stop locations or custom style. Fork Kits include triple tree assembly and fork leg assemblies. These 41mm front end assemblies feature our Ultima chrome plated triple trees and complete Softail style fork sliders with your choice of either smooth or ball milled style chrome plated billet lower legs. Each assembly comes with chrome plated stem nut and axle. Special Features include: Chrome plated billet triple trees and lower legs. 1984 & Later FXST style tube assemblies. Convertible style legs for both single or dual disc 1984 thru 1999 FXST brakes. Flush mount style axle and hardware.
