Success Must Bestow Humanity

Firstly we need to consider what do we mean by success. If success is only about beating others, then it can become a dangerous weapon. As a good individual we have a responsibility to keep a balanced view of any kind of participation, fair work, and above all is the justice which we should keep in our mind all the time. We all know that it is good to be successful, whereas it can be a painful when we experience failure. It means ensuring that you set each individual his own personal target,achieving a personal best; controlling that infamous temper; striving to the very end of the game; or simply enjoying the challenge. In other words, success has to be a much broader concept than simply winning or coming first.Or we can also say that success is basically achievement of something,desired,planned or attempted. A successful man is one who can lay a firm foundation with the bricks others have thrown at him.It never means you have to try a gesture about others that taking revenge is the only option available for being on the ride of success,the prompt answer is always a big NO. Now the ponder over the word Humanity,what it actually means.It means Human,People,Person.All these three word looks familiar to us.But it is not that actual,here I will explain how?We all are humans as given a definition biologically but what it means is that humans are those who have positive aspects in kind of nature and character in themselves which basically differs them from animals.Adapting real human characters among overselves makes us good people and thereafter when we merge the nature of human and people we get a perfect person who knows the real world and automatically he is always on the verge of success and no one can even can touch him. Allegedly after considering much for both Success and Humanity we come to explain the base issue of the topic that does really Success bestow Humanity now a does,or whether it is really required,the question arises why or why not.We have plenty of things to ponder about,firstly what do we understand by the word Bestow.It means to honour,to gift but we can join them and can easily say to give happiness to people. So It means

that success is always given to us, either as our honour, right, or gift, and it is given to us only when we have the qualities which makes the self humble. We can get success, after our work is done; only if we ensure that; prior to doing our work; we use the qualities which makes the self ; humble; for helping us to do our work. To help us do our work; and thereafter achieve success; we should ensure that we not only have the qualities which makes the self ; humble; but also use such qualities only; for helping us do our work. I Want to list a name and the example of very famous and down the earth personality of the decade who not only owes the heart of kindness but proves it through its extravagance work for humanity.An American by native,born in Seattle in a high Buisness,and political family,he is none other but 13 years consecutive awarded richest person of the world Mr Bill Gates. He always believed that if you are intelligent and know how to use your intelligence, you can reach your goals and targets.He continuosly preceded with hard works in developing his computer that would take the software world into the markets and made history after he laid the foundation of Microsoft Corporation which is now a giant in worlds software market.Despite being such a successful person and the richest among all he wanted to work for the welfare of those needy people who in shortage of resources were lacking or many were dying.In African countries like Kenya,Zambia,chile and many more he not only visited the place but gave ample economic support to them through UNICEF and many other organizations.Later he opened worlds largest private charity organization named Bill and Melinda gates foundation which aims not only to enhance health services in other countries but to also minimize the level of poverty.Even in India when he visited he moved on to the places where many business personalities of Indian native never ever came to see neither the health services nor for the welfare for the people. Either be modest or of low opinion; especially in our own eyes and knowledge; and essentially about our own capacity, capability, and abilities; to do the work which we are required to do.

Basic meaning of the above quote given is that whoever the person is always keep a high mentality but in short human nature and the welfare for the people after success should never be forgiven.
