STEP 02 If donors are happy to Gift Aid their donation, it will add 25% more to the donation at no extra cost to them. Please ensure you send in a Sponsorship Form and include the donors home address and cross (X) the gift aid I am a taxpayer box on the Sponsorship Form.

STEP 03 Mail this Donation Form and completed Sponsorship Forms as well as cheques, postal orders, vouchers, CAF and bank deposit receipts to:
