Connect the PCB to Radiocomm with USBs cable: SKN6371A and supply it with external supply (4.2 v) NOTE: Should connect a keyboard flex assy (P/N: 8489976N03) to PCB for power up by hand.

Measure on Y805, Is there 26MHzs signal?

No

Replace Y805

Measure on Y301, Is there 32.7KHzs signal?

No

Replace Y301

Yes Replace PCB

NOTA
If when I connect PCB to external power supply and are a high current (1.5 or 2 A) look up component hoter than others, desolder that component and connect other again to external power supply and look up hot component again and repeat the procedure.

Use this procedure to set TX in any band (GSM, DCS, etc). Main difference between setting bands is: - Set band with Radiocomm. - Set channels (accordingly to band selected) with Radiocomm. Connect the PCB to Radiocomm with USBs cable: SKN6371A and supply it with external supply (4.2 v), NOTE: Should connect a keyboard flex assy (P/N: 8489976N03) to PCB for power up by hand. Put it to transmit with 10 of LEVEL PA and select 00- All zeroes, in window CARRIER, select the band and channel.

Measure in J40s output. Is there the TX signal with 2 dBm power and one current about 360 mA?

No

Measure in J40s input. Is there the TX signal with 5 dBm power and one current about 360 mA?

Yes

Replace J40

No Yes
Measure in PAs input (C80 y L80). Is there the Txs signal with -8dBm? Measure in (U50) PAs output. Is there the Txs signal with 12dBm?

Yes

No

Replace U50 (PA)

Is there in L181 TX_CPs signal?

Use this procedure to set RX in any band (GSM, DCS, etc). Main difference between setting bands is: - Set band with Radiocomm. - Set channels (accordingly to band selected) with Radiocomm. Connect the PCB to Radiocomm with USBs cable: SKN6371A and supply it with external supply (4.2 v) NOTE: Should connect a keyboard flex assy (P/N: 8489976N03) to PCB for power up by hand. Inject a signal (-50 dBm GSM channel or -50 dBm DCS channel) to external connector (J40).

Is there the same signal in the FL100s output as the signals inject?

Procedure flashs replacement

FOLLOW THIS PROCEDURE TO REPLACE THE FLASH AND MICROPROCESOR


REQUIREMENTS: FOR THIS PROCEDURE WE USE, WINDOWS 2000, PST 6.8 or RSD AND Internal RADIOCOMM 7.1.1 or higher ALWAYS 1. - Download this software with this cable P/N: SKN6371A R374_G_0E.40.2AI_LP0003_DRM0001_GMMV3xx000AA014_image.shx. 2. - To restore the BD Address (Bluetooth Device Address), with Internal Radiocomm 7.1.1 or higher. - Put the PCB in suspend mode. - Click in GSM 2 - In STELEM/RDELEM write that information: Bluetooth Address Element ID Record # Record Offset Length Data 00AB 0001 0000 0006

Recover the reflash

.- This procedure must be used for no power up, power down in standby itself or blocked, failures.
