Arrival and Registration The entrance to the Pavilion has been designed specifically for this purpose. There is a welcome counter and computer points. Players will arrive and follow signage to the Pavilion entrance. After registering the men will take the stairs down to the locker rooms and the ladies will be directed to their change rooms next to the practice chipping green. Please indicate if any of the following is required: Welcome drinks: YES / NO Welcome snacks: YES / NO Extra trestle tables: YES / NO Chairs: YES / NO Golf Carts The golf carts are supplied by the Pro Shop and cost R200.00 per cart. The Pro Shop has 11 golf carts for hire.

Carts for the players own account should be booked through the Pro Shop on (012) 460-3372. Additional carts are allowed to be brought on to the golf course. This must be arranged by yourself. The Club will not be responsible in any way whatsoever.

Caddies The Club has 62 permanent and trained caddies. The cost per caddie is R140.00 inclusive of the R20.00 halfway house fee. There is also an additional caddie foundation fee of R15.00 that is payable in the Pro Shop. Usually the caddie payment is for the players own account. If the group wishes to pay for the caddies we suggest you hand each player an envelope containing R140.00 for the caddie payment. The additional foundation fee will be charged to the Main Account. Should additional caddies be required, the Club will attempt to obtain caddies from neighbouring clubs. However, the Club cannot guarantee the availability of additional caddies. Any soft drinks, alcohol, shooters or snacks must be purchased from N9NE Catering. No sponsor will be allowed to bring any sort of alcohol or type of give-away onto the premises unless prior permission has been granted by N9NE Catering.

Halfway House Option 1 Grab and Go A grab and go halfway ensures that no time is wasted at the halfway house. It consists of a sandwich, a roll or a baguette and a drink. Halfway House Option 2 Standard Halfway The golfers are entitled to sit down and enjoy a larger selection. After Golf Drinks Players are entitled to use the Sports Bar in the Pavilion.
