Purpose
Some the important purposes of Hospital Management System are The main purpose of HMS is to provide error free invoicing and tracking expense or income head for ROHITPUR GENERAL HOSPITAL (PVT.) LTD Limited. HMS main focus will be in Inventory Management System of all Hospital Inventories. HMS will provide all invoicing system General Admission to Lab Invoice, as well as automated Lab report.

The pricing for the ROHITPUR General Hospital (Pvt) Limited Hospital Management System solution calculated on the basis of module development, installation & training . We will not incur additional hours without written prior approval. With this in mind, the financial proposal may be as such:

Terms and Conditions

Development
1. Here Idea Soft is referred as Developer and ROHITPUR General Hospital (Pvt.) Limited is referred as Purchaser 2. Purchaser will provide all the required software requirements on time and Idea Soft will not be liable for providing any kind of Application Requirements or delay. 3. As per the requirements of the client, extra Dynamic Modules will include extra cost.

Hospital Management 4. The length of the project mentioned above will also depend on the timely feedback/supply of relevant information/support from the concern (Client). 5. The Developer will not provide any third party application (Such as Operating System, Anti-virus software, Firewall, Data Server etc.) to the Purchaser along with this application 6. Necessary Hardware and Network requirements shall be provided by the Purchaser to deploy this application. 7. After compilation of the development, Idea Soft will be bound to provide a backup of full development, with database structure using CD/DVD.

Payment
1. 50 % of the Development charges need to be paid along with the work order and remaining amount must be paid within 7 days after the completion and hand over the module. 2. The Total Amount is excluding VAT Tax & Other charges. 3. The Developer will provide necessary training to concerned personnel of the purchaser in order to operate this application efficiently. The maximum number of trainee will be 3(Three). The Purchaser will pay TK 5,000/= (Five Thousand) for each person if number of trainee is more than 3(Three). 4. The Purchaser will provide TK 2,000/= (Two Thousand) per call (Per day) if required for maintenance of this system after the expiration of the free support service period from the date of deployment. The developer will support within business hours. 5. During the contract period either party can terminate the services or contract against minimum 90 days prior notice.
