Reform of Property Tax with GIS, and arrangements for its effective implementation as to raise collection efficiently to 85%; Database needs to be linked with GIS so that present 75% collection surpasses 85%. Periodic images will lead to identifying new assessments

Levy of reasonable user charges, with the objective that full cost of operation and maintenance is collected within seven years; AMC successfully levied user charges increasing the taxes by 33% possible due to centralized database. Department knew the effect before hand
