1.0 THE COMPANY Oil Nigeria was established in the 6th day of October 2005 as an Engineering and Support Services company to provide amongst other things: Unique total quality engineering and construction services to both the Nigerian construction & the West African Construction industry as a whole, singly or in partnership / joint venture arrangements with technologically innovative foreign companies. Oil Nigeria Ltd is totally committed to the clients needs, provision of fast, responsive and trouble-free services utilizing experienced and professional personnel that pay adequate attention to quality and details. We are committed to providing the highest quality construction services to guarantee availability of tested and proven Nigerian expertise.

construction industry. Oil Nig Ltd capabilities in these core business areas have helped support the construction industry by bringing together employees and technical expertise in related fields from across the world. This has resulted in our domestic and global recognition standing within the Nigerian Construction community as a leading provider of service solution within these areas of business. They are well known and respected worldwide for their agency/partnership agreement in equipment manufacture and maintenance services experience, and for knowledge of the pertinent engineering and procurement, quality services to the Nigerian and West African construction Industry. The principals expertise in these areas are well published, including recognition and honours for contributions to the industry. Oil Nigeria limited places high premium on manpower development. In this direction, management arranges and also encourages its personnel to avail themselves with multi-training programme relevant to companys line of operations.
