This alternative allows participants to choose 1 or more courses from within any Competency Area to build knowledge and skill. Or they may start toward a Best Practices Certificate with multiple courses in an area.

Strategy:

2 Custom Certificate Program


This program enables organizations to customize certificates for their own specialized requirements. Learning officers may choose a combination of existing courses for certificates advancing executive or high-potential manager development. Selected courses may comprise a stand-alone certificate program, or supplement an organizations own course catalog. Speak to an Executive Advisor for more information.

Business Acumen:

3 Custom Course Program


This option allows HRPS members further customization and flexibility where an organization can tailor or build a course for their unique needs, using our superior online education model. Customization can range from adapting existing courses to building an entire course specifically for special requirements.
