alpha protech is a sophisticated new solution for the extrusion of technical profiles. It is suitable for a large variety of materials, e.g. rigid-PVC, soft-PVC, PP, PE, ABS, PC, PS and features output rates up to 150 kg/h.

The alpha protech line consists of:

Either one single or twin screw extruder Alpha 45, 60 or 75 Konos 38 or 50 Extrusion height 1100 mm 6,2m calibration table PLC control with 6-inch touch screen for the complete downstream, featuring several languages (German, English, Russian, Italian, Spanish, French, ...) Water tub with C-rails (4.7m long) Electrical height-/length adjustment and manual side adjustment Only water-/vacuum tub is moving Belt-haul off-/saw combination (4kN, 20m/min) Wide access equipped with rubber belt or pads 300 mm saw with integrated pneumatic-/chain drive, accuracy of +/- 2 mm

Tilt table with packaging level (6m) featuring Cutting-/tilting impulse from PLC Control Stand-alone suction unit included
