As the famous saying for the gita goes Karam kar phal ki icha mat kar.

You should do the work and never think about the result which you will be getting out of it. As if you start speculating the result, you might miss out of minute details of carrying out the work itself. As the gita starts, and the forces are in front of each other duryodhana reassures himself and his teacher dronoacharya by comparing the two armies. He feels very confident about this thing that he has great fighters with him, and by comparing the strengths on paper his army is much better compared to the pandvas. Still he lost the battle, because its not about what quality of people you have with you, it is about what is the cause and objective for which they are with you. If the objective is collective, the team with new or less experienced people can also with the battle at the end, just because of the objective for which they are fighting. It goes very well with the marketplace and organizations. It is not how qualified your staff is, or how much experience they have. If they are not motivated enough towards the common objective of achieving the best for the organization, they might not be of any use. A famous saying is a motivated worker at the lower ladder can help you overcome biggest challenges in the marketplace. Its not that you should not keep the ultimate objective in your mind. Gita says never be assured of the result and always strive to do your best in order to achieve it. If the effort is sincere the outcome will always be your side. The kings or the soldiers do not matter in the game of chess as in the end both go into the same box. It can be a soldier also in front of the king. The value of everyone moving in one direction needs to be understood so as to improve the probability of the organization achieving result every single time. If the sense of belongingness is there among the employees there is hardly any external force which can stop the organization for achieving any targets. II The second part of the blog, I will start from again referring to the same great book which has been inspiration for millions over decades. In the start of the famous mahabhart battle, lord Krishna was referred to as the owner of senses. We human beings are controlled by our senses, so in other words when Krishna says that I control everything in the lives of humans and all the lively bodies, he meant that he is the owner of the senses and we perform based upon the information supplied by our senses. We in our day to day

life do so many things which are told to us by our senses. We sometimes according to the situations put them right or wrong. Although there is nothing called wrong. While I was reading and learning this science called NLP, it was told to us that we base our decisions on the bases of the information provided to us by the sense and then we choose the best possible alternative at that moment. Our brain or the controller of the things for us will never let us do anything which is not right for us at any moment. So even if we kill someone or somebody jumps from a building top at that moment for that person the decision is the best possible alternative which can be taken in that situation. Now, if that is the case Krishna is always with us in terms that he is always controlling our senses. The thing which is told phal ki icha mat kar, reveals this thing that he controls our decisions in situations so the ultimate result will come out of the decisions which we take, and the decisions are being controlled by the supreme authority. In west people go by logics, so they have created this science called NLP and have given it a scientific approach that our sense govern our decision making power, and if learn to control the senses we can control our destiny. Now this has been told in Gita thousands of years back, which we are taking back from the west in terms of some techniques and scientifically proven methods. We definitely are controllers of our destiny and the results we will get definitely come from the actions we take. I myself was very fascinated by the world of NLP as it has some great techniques and ways to control our lives. As I started reading this guide, or I would the truth of life called gita, I came to know that everything which has been told to us by the way of NLP has been with us since a long time. We hardly practice those things in our lives that is the reason we are not able to get the success we are capable of achieving. Every individual in this world has some part or role to play and according to the actions the individual takes in situations the destiny and the success is defined. We sometimes fail to understand the actual message our senses are supplying to us which leads to a bad decision making, or not choosing the best alternative available to us. No one in this world is a looser, yes people are definitely bad decision makers. When there is a failure (Feedback) we should learn one thing out of it and that is how to take the right decision next time. Every so called failure is just a bad decision at any given situation. If someone takes the lesson they become great achievers and those who do not take the lesson keep on coming back to the same thing all over again, reason being

till the time we do not learn from the bad decision, the supreme authority will keep on bringing us to the same situation. III The feeling of why me, and why I am in this world. These are the questions which we ask ourselves when we are too frustrated or deeply into some situation. The same was happening to arjuna when he was on the battlefield facing his own blood. When we become too frustrated we start blaming lord, and his decisions of bringing us to the situation. We at the moment forget one thing that whatever situation we are in is a part of the things which the ultimate lord has thought for us. He wants us to be instruments for so many big decisions which he has taken. Our own mind or brain is the cause of our freedom and also for our bondage with something. Krishna wanted to communicate this very clearly to the arjuna that there is nothing right or wrong here in the battlefield. Do your job sincerely and with positive attitude of winning the battle, rest leave it to me. I will decide what was wrong and what was right. Each and everyone of us has to just progress and that too in the direction of our goals, which we have decided for ourselves. It is he who makes us decide the goals and then he also makes us choose the path to reach those goals, as described in Gita Krishna is also the lard of our senses. So, if he is controlling where we have to go and how we have to go, we are just mere passengers, who have to pay the price of the ticket and have to share our ups and downs of the road. He will definitely take us to the destination which he has decided, but if we refuse in between or runaway from the road, or we do not give our best in what the lord has decided for us to do, definitely the destination will not be which was decided for us. Success says this very clearly, I am achievable only through hard work and belief that I am yours. The situation which was in front of the Arjuna happens to everybody in life, when we are so disappointed that we want to leave everything and runaway from this world. At that moment those who just take that extra effort and go on with the situation they reach the top of the world and those who refuse from that point or leave there gandivs and refuse to fight, only live a mediocre or marginal life, which is of no achievement and success. The difference in success and failure is just those two extra steps where we think every thing is over. Picture abhi baki hai mere dost. IV

The feelings of arjuna of not able to fight with his family can be related to todays business environment. We all want to succeed and have our own inhibitions about the result of the success. We should not think about the result as Krishna told to arjuna and having a doubt in our mind will only take the success away from us. We should believe in our powers and start the battle, the course of life is already decided for everyone as Krishna says it is me who is actually controlling the things. We are here just to fight. When we all are kshtriyas and we need to fight our battle for life, we should not have doubts about we getting successful. Success is one thing which will be following if we take the steps in the right direction and if our fight is towards success. We all have the powers within us to tackle all the situations in life and we are well equipped. We need to take our this doubt part from our minds. Whenever we start a new business or a new job we are there to be the winners and that is for sure. As world cup is arriving I was also thinking about what makes the champion, it is sheer believe in our strengths that makes a champion. Everybody who is competing has the talent still everybody cannot become the champion, the one who believes in himself only makes it to the top. Gita suggests the same, everybody on the field had the talent and experience it was arjuna who won the things reason being Krishna made him realize that if you believe in yourself you can then only become victorious and your powers will only benefit you if you have the zeal and perseverance towards moving to the success. I have been referring to gita all the more reason being whenever I read two or three pages of this book there is a very different prospect towards life which comes in front of me. It is an amazing guide. Hope you like some of my thoughts as well. Till next time, keep smiling and believing in yourself. All the best from my side for all the success you can achieve. V Again the fever for the world cup will start today, we are once again hoping that this time our warriors will bring back the glory for us. This is one game which unites us like nothing. We can see the adrenaline rush as well as the patriotism during this time only. We feel as if we are at war and we need to beat every enemy who is there. This time hoping that the warriors wont disappoint us. The team is balanced, we are fighting at our soil, and yes we have all the support. Indians and cricket are soul mates complimenting each other all the time. We have our up and downs in the relationship, but it keeps getting stronger. Generation through generation we have liked this game and its passion is never dying. I see my granddad, dad, me, and now

my daughter when she says out and six, it is such a nice view to see four generation watching the game with same excitement, and passion. A platform where the views and feelings of all the generations matches and they all are on the same side. This is very hard in day to day life, we should thank this game for bringing those feelings of togetherness may be for those 8 hours. We all are together, forgetting our differences. This is what needs to be there in our everyday life as well. This game makes people interact with each other without knowing the religion , caste, color, language, it is just the language of cricket which matters at that moment. How often can we start conversation with somebody we do not know but when we are watching a game at a restaurant, a pub, or anywhere in public, people tend to become friends, start conversations and join each others passions without the differences. This game can break barriers which we have created, and at that moment everyone is a fellow Indian, cheering for India. Well at last, GO INDIA GO, bring the glory back to us. All the best, and cheers to all my fellow Indians who will be supporting the game and the team for next two months. ENJOY. VI
