The following committees are constituted for appropriate functioning of departments. The detail of committees, their members and task of the committees are mentioned belowCommittee Research 1. 2. 3. 4. Every month collect papers from the department faculties. 2. Select the appropriate and co-ordinate with the HoD-CSE for further progress. 1. Keep track on floors and class rooms and report to HOD, CSE for any indiscipline activity by students/faulty.

Following activities will be performed by the committee: 1. Collecting useful articles from the students. 2. Selecting the articles. 3. Submitting articles to HoD-CSE. 4. Publish Thought of the Day at notice board every day. This committee will take care of the college official website. It includes following tasks: 1. Collect requirement from all HoDs related to their departments. 2. Test website every week if it requires any modification related to functionality or any modification related to latest information. 3. Make a list of all the requirements and change request and submit the list to HoD every week.

1 Final Marks Evaluation (Internal & External (P)) of all the students of department will be carry out by the committee. 1. The members will guide to all faculty members for internal & external evaluation process on time to time. 2. All faculty members will submit the internal/external (Practical) award lists to the committee. 3. Submit award list to HoD-CSE. Following tasks will be performed by the committee: 1. Collect input from other department. 2. Make arrangement in completing the timetable. 3. Assist with other department to complete the time- table. Following tasks will be performed by the committee: Organize Class test and make all arrangement for the same Collect Question Paper Make Duty Chart Seating Plan Distribute the answer sheet to the concern faculty after exam.
