Stripe Pattern: (any number of sts) Row 1: Color A Rows 2 12: MC Row 13: Color B Rows 14 24: MC Rep Rows 1 24 for Stripe Patt. 1 x 1 Rib: (multiple of 2 sts + 1) Row 1: (WS) P1, *k1, p1; rep from * to end. Row 2: Knit the knit sts and purl the purl sts as they face you. Rep row 2 for 1 x 1 Rib. Vertical Chain: Insert crochet hook into fabric at tail end of garment where indicated. With yarn, form a slip knot, and put the loop onto the crochet hook; draw loop through fabric. Insert hook into fabric again up 1 or 2 rows from previous insertion point, wrap yarn over hook and draw through fabric and loop on hook; rep from * for entire length of garment. Fasten off.
