Welcome to Orange
2010 has been a very busy year for Orange indeed. We launched the TH30 head and combo to award winning reviews, the CR6S ampli er, the CR100BXT and of course the Terror Bass 1000 which joins its smaller award winning 500 watt sibling. These new bass amps, along with the our revolutionary award winning Smart Power Isobaric cabinets which we pioneered, combine to make some of the smallest and most desirable compact bass stacks available right now.

This year in January 2011 at the NAMM trade fair in California we are launching the eagerly awaited OPC (Orange Personal Computer). This is another world rst for Orange and I feel so immensely proud of our dedicated design team. I believe this will revolutionise recording for musicians and songwriters, and produce many more world class producers. The OPC is an all-in-one portable PC recording workstation that comes bundled with premium modelling and recording software. It is ready to plug in, play and record right out of the box. It is fully upgradeable and built into an Orange amp cabinet. Also at NAMM we will release the rst ever Orange book. This full-colour co ee table book tells the story of our brand name and has pictures of almost every ampli er and cabinet ever made since I started the company in 1968 - m o a y a ge e t s Since 2008 our chief Tube amp designer Adrian Emsley has been working with Tube Sync to assist in developing a way to protect our tubes from uneven wear by continually analysing and altering the tubes bias so they always match each other, thereby helping to maintain maximum performance. This proved very successful in all our tests and is now an optional extra on our larger bass and guitar ampli ers. You can check this out on our website. I would like to sincerely thank everyone who has helped 2010 become another record year for Orange. I would also like to thank everyone who has contributed to our website, which just keeps getting better and better! I always enjoy looking at the Orange web forum which is independently run by all our Orange fans all over the world. The Tiny Terror Family

Tiny Terror Head
All valve, 15 watt portable guitar head. Featuring a unique two stage pre-amp which has a massive tonal range using just three controls. When driven, this little amp has almost as much gain as most four stage lead channels! AD30 Twin Channel Valve Head - AD30 Twin Channel Valve Combo All valve, 30 watt, Class A channel switching head / combo. This amplier sports two dual stage channels with completely separate signal paths. The result is two vintage amps in one. Thunderverb 50 Head
THUNDERVERB 50 HEAD As with its bigger brother the Thunderverb 50 features 2 channels, footswitchable attenuator, valve FX loop and valve driven reverb. Each channel has clean/crunch/ lead settings which each have three stages of gain. Channel A has the same three band EQ as the lead channel used on the Rockerverb series. Channel B has a new shape control that scoops the mids and increases the bass and treble when turned up. This footswitchable attenuator is ideal for those louder lead breaks. The 50 watt power section lends itself to a classic British valve tone for those that want to drive their amps.

Thunderverb 200 Head

THUNDERVERB 200 HEAD featuring ETR (Extended Tonal Range) Twin Channel Class AB Amplier. All valve, 200 watt RMS, channel switching head with footswitchable attenuator, valve FX loop and valve driven reverb. This amplier sports two clean/crunch/lead channels which each have three stages of gain. Channel A has the same three band EQ as the lead channel used on the Rockerverb series. Channel B has a new shape control that scoops the mids and increases the bass and treble when turned up. This head also has a footswitchable attenuator for those really loud lead breaks. TH30 Head and Combo

When you plug into the Clean Channel on the TH30 you will be presented with one of most evenly voiced, glistening clean tones you have ever heard. Harmonics will jump out of your guitar. When switched to the dirty channel be prepared for a host of tones to appear. Its an amount of gain never before heard on an Orange that will inspire ... The Clean Channel features a volume control and interactive bass and treble controls. It is a non master channel and therefore may be driven into the power section for a vintage Orange overdrive tone. The Dirty Channel features a Gain, Shape and Master Volume. The Shape control is an EQ control facilitating a variety of tones from classic rock through to scooped metal with all variations in between. The Power section of the TH30 is powered by a quartet of EL84 output valves and is rated at

TH100 Head
The TH100 is an incredibly versatile amp packed full of face-melting rock and metal tones, but capable of cleaning up to a sparkly chime. Those who hear it reminesce about the now infamous Orange AD140, an amp considered by many to have been the best lead amp ever made. The TH100 has only six knobs split between dedicated clean and dirty channels. Dial in everything for the perfect metal tone. A power selection switch on the amp's front panel, coupled with the option of removing two output valves from the circuit on the back panel, allow the player to choose between 100 watts, 70 watts, 50 watts, and 35 watts RMS output. It's like having 4 amps in 1! We're proud to say that the TH100 is the highest wattage, highest gain (yet still the cleanest) amp Orange has ever made.

Each amplier is individually and expertly crafted using only the nest graded components which are hand wired, point to point using heavy gauge copper wiring. Built to perfection, each of these incredible ampliers is an individual masterpiece! The Orange Custom Shop is constantly designing and innovating to bring you new and exciting models. Due to their popularity, sometimes there is a waiting list for these specialist ampliers, so we would advise you to place your order well in advance. All orders are supplied in strict rotation and are individually signed and dated on the inside of the chassis by the engineer.

The Retro 50 Head brings you the vintage Orange tones. Beautifully handcrafted in the Orange Custom Shop, this amazing guitar amp is absolutely full of Retro sounds. This model also features a footswitchable gain boost and a separate Class A/B and Class A output selection switch on the rear panel.`

The AD50 is Oranges no holds barred tone machine. All valve, and point to point wired with gain, bass, treble, presence and master controls. Theres also a footswitchable sustain boost, which bypasses the EQ to give more sustain. A separate rear panel switch allows 50 watts RMS Class AB or 30 watts RMS Class A output selection.

Terror Bass Combos

Orange Amps have taken their breakthrough technology for the new SmartPower range of speakers and Terror Bass amp heads, and put them together to create two all-new Terror Bass Combos. These long-awaited new additions to the Terror family are two world-class quality combos with distinctive Orange sounds. The new Terror Bass Combos come in two sizes and use the pioneering Smart Power Isobaric loudspeaker concept. This ground-breaking technology is achieved by mounting two lightweight Neodymium speakers within the cabinet, one immediately behind the other. This means a lower frequency can be delivered and more output realised with a smaller sized cabinet.
