*Consuming raw or undercooked, meat, seafood or poultry may increase your risk of foodborne illness. We offer a fixed price menu that includes an appetizer or soup or salad and an entre and beverage at a cost of $9.95 plus tax. You may also order a la carte with the appetizers, soups and salads at $4.25 each, entrees at $6.95 each and beverages at $1.50. Desserts are an additional $3.00 with either menu choice.

Appetizers
Calamari Italy - golden fried squid served with a spicy aioli. Hummus Greece chickpea and garlic dip served with an array of garden fresh vegetables. Brie and Mushroom Phyllo Puffs France warm melted brie and sauted mushrooms baked in phyllo pastry. Smoked Salmon Crostini Italy toasted baguette topped with smoked salmon.

Soup
A daily selection prepared by the Percival Dining Room Saucier.

Salads
Greek Salad smoked chicken, pepperoni, fresh vegetables and greens tossed with Greek dressing, topped with feta cheese. Pear and Cranberry Salad Netherlands pear and cranberry adorn a bed of crisp romaine topped with toasted pistachios and crumpled blue cheese. Autumn Greens, Walnuts and Pomegranate Dressing Germany Delicate greens dressed in a pomegranate dressing topped with toasted walnuts and pomegranate seed.

Entrees
All entrees include appropriate starch and vegetable Schwenkbraten Germany marinated pork loin served with spiced caramelized onions. Rouladen Germany bacon, mustard and pickles wrapped in a tender beef roll. Catch of the Day fish prepared in a variety of ways from a variety of countries. Potatislasagne Sweden layered potatoes with spinach, ricotta and parmesan baked in a marinara sauce. Chicken Mushroom Alfredo Italy fettuccini tossed with sauted chicken in an Alfredo mushroom sauce.

Beverages
Coffee We offer a variety of blends. Tea Assortment of teas steeped at your table. Milk Chocolate, White, 2 %. Soda Cold and refreshing.

Dessert
We offer a daily selection of freshly made desserts by the students in the Baking and Pastry Arts Program. Please check with our wait staff for todays temptations. The Percival Dining Room is the instructional facility for the students enrolled in the Culinary Arts and Baking and Pastry Arts programs. We are located on the campus of South Puget Sound Community College, Building 27. Except for special circumstances, we are open from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. every Monday through Thursday during regularly scheduled class days. For your convenience, you may obtain updated weekly operational information and make your reservations by calling 360.596.5404 or campus extension 5404.
