All the functions play distinct and important role in the way of success of any organization. To be successful an organization should have a plan. Purposes tell for what an organization stands. An organization should have to be organized in all the actives, what it is doing. Organizing deals with that part of an organization. There should be division of labor in any organization. An organization should be precise in terms of doing its jobs that is which job should be done by whom, plans should be developed by individuals or by the groups, and how employees will co-ordinate with each other. Organizing also tells how much employees should be the supervision of one manager, how much centralization there will be in an organization. Such organizing plays an important role in the management of any organization. One of the major functions of management is leading, that deals with how the organization should be guided.
