Samantha Strickland, CEO / Creative Director

CEO Samantha Strickland earned the moniker Queen of Branding during years with Leading Ladies, Inc., where she served as a regional producer for the Miss Universe Organization. While producing both live and televised events for the company, her theories on personal branding earned national attention. Sams years of marketing leadership over the past 15 years have been recognized dozens of times on a local, state, and national level. For instance, Sam conceptualized and directed every aspect of the award-winning weLiveFIT! Challenge, which is widely regarded as one of the most effective early uses of social media marketing in the state of Florida, winning the 2010 Dick Pope All Florida Golden Image Award from the Florida Public Relations Association, Louis Herring Award for Philosophy in Action from the League of Southeastern Credit Unions, a National Merit Award for Social Media Campaign from the Credit Union National Association. However, trophies dont dene talent; results do. Thats why even as the economy struggles, clients from all types of industries ock to her marketing rm seeking solutions to their challenges. Sam is known as a trailblazer in corporate branding and social media marketing and brings this experience to every project ready to DIVE in headrst. She holds graduate and undergraduate degrees from Florida State Universitys prestigious College of Communication, and she has served as an adjunct professor of communication at Barry University. She is a graduate of Leadership Tallahassee and serves on numerous community boards and committees including the Chamber of Commerce, Tallahassee Film Festival, and Florida State University to name a few. She has been featured as an inuential leader in 850 Magazine, Tallahassee Magazine, and Tallahassee Woman Magazine, and was honored as a Distinguished Leadership Award Nominee.

Amanda Broadfoot, Communications Director


Amanda Broadfoot is Director of Communications at Pea Green Solutions. An alumna of the University of South Floridas creative writing program, Amanda came to Pea Green Solutions with over 20 years of experience crafting words -- everything from public relations campaigns to award-winning magazine articles to prizewinning screenplays. Recipient of the 2007 Liddicoat Journalism Prize, Amanda has served as editor of numerous publications including Emerald Coast Magazine, Electronic House, Sci-Fi Universe Magazine and Bay Life Magazine. Amanda led the re-branding of ve different magazines, as well as the conception and implementation of two publications with national brands. In 2002, Amanda won the Variety Magazine Pitch Me screenplay competition at the Cannes Film Festival. Her screenplays have been purchased and/or optioned by New Line Cinemas, DreamWorks Studios, and Black Sky Entertainment. Amanda has appeared as an on-air correspondent for both the Sci-Fi Channel and TechTV. Amanda now uses her unique media and wordsmithing talents to craft creative and effective TV and radio scripts, as well as innovative public relations campaigns, for Pea Greens diverse clients. In addition, her background makes her ideally suited to assist with training and media coaching.

Brittany Clerico, Director of Operations


Brittney Clerico, Director of Operations, received her Bachelors Degree in Finance from Florida State University. After earning several years of experience at an Atlanta-based accounting rm, she returned to Tallahassee and put her remarkable organizational and nancial management skills to use for the Pea Green team and their clients. Brittneys duties at Pea Green Solutions include a focus on the corporate accounting, human resources and ofce management. She is the keeper of the schedule, the to-do list and the front door keys. In short, Brittney is the Go-To Pea.

Marc Thomas, Art Director


Art Director Marc Thomas is a four-time Addy Award winner and the latest addition to the Pea Green Pod. Marc has worked on nation-wide advertising campaigns for clients such as kitchen manufacturer Viking, Louisville Slugger, Groen, Piccadilly Restaurants, Time Warner Cable, the antismoking campaign QuestionIt.com and The California Restaurant Association. Recently joining Pea Green from Rowland Publishing, Marc has, for the last 6 years, managed the branding, design and advertising duties companies such as Homes & Land, Tallahassee Community College, Tallahassee Plastic Surgery, Structure Commercial Real Estate), Cypress Restaurant and the Challenger Learning Center.

Dana King, Jr. Designer


Working with Marc is Junior Designer Dana King, a graduate of the Florida A&M Graphic Design program, from which she was selected for the original class of Pea Green interns. From Pea Pod 1, she proved her remarkable talent for design and was integrated into the long-term team.

LaToya Chambliss, Jr. Account Manager


This sweet pea has passion, commitment and creativity to spare: LaToya Chambliss has already turned her ripening PR acumen to the worthy cause of America's Second Harvest of the Big Bend. While pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from Florida A&M University from which she'll graduate in fall 2011 LaToya has been promoting the charitable organization in local media outlets, compiling media kits, and planning and promoting events.
