Make sure the plug is fitted firm on the wall.
2- Connect all mortar hoses together.
3- Connect one end of Mortar Hose on the main unit and the other end to Spraying Gun. Push the hose into
the connection point and lock it with the clamps at both sides.

Never use your fingers to push down the material into to the compartment. Keep your hands away
from inside Wet Material Hopper.

Do not keep the unit in action without loading any material as this may damage the motor.

If you are not going to use the unit for an extended period of time, minimum 15 minutes do not leave and
material inside and clean the unit. For cleaning instructions, refer to Maintenance Section of this manual.

MAINTENANCE

• Should not be operated if the unit is empty, as this will damage Stator and Conveying Screw
Housing
• Do not feed any material which is incisive and bigger than 4 mm in size as this will damage
Stator
• Do not attempt to open Control Box when the unit is in operation.
• Consumable Parts; rotor, stator, round sponge, Conveying Screw

Changing Rotor and/ or Stator:

Unscrew the screw set and take Stator (together with Rotor) out.
Turn Stator its opposite side and replace it back to its original housing. Push the metal apparatus as far as it
will go over rotor end as shown on Fig.7.

7
ASE VP 500 S

Put the fixing screw set back on. Place a lever like tool inside the rotor end and unscrew rotor anti-clockwise.
Detach rotor and stator and replace a new one. Follow above steps in reverse order.

Detaching Rotor and Stator

2.Rotor’s opposite end
3.Metal apparatus (is supplied with the unit)

Cleaning:
Cleaning is important as the material that is processed may dry easily causing blockage and damage to the
parts. Remove the attachments by turning them in the opposite direction, clean them thoroughly and
assemble them back originally.

While washing, make sure there is no water spillage to Control Box and the motor. Immersion of those parts
in water causes damages. Wash the following parts after each use;

o Wet Material Hopper

o Mortar Hose
o Pump Outlet
o Mortar Hose Coupling

8
ASE VP 500 S

o Spray Nozzle
o Rotor & Stator – there is no need to detach rotor and stator from the unit for cleaning. Just fill water
inside Wet Material Hopper and run the unit after use. This cleans up rotor and stator. But if the unit is
not going to be used for a long time, you need to detach them for good wash.

Cleaning of Mortar Hose:

A round sponge is supplied for cleaning of inside Mortar Hose. Disconnect Mortar Hose Coupling and replace
the wetted round sponge inside and reconnect the coupling. Disconnect quick coupling from Spraying Gun
and while filling clean water inside Conveying Screw run the unit.
