WORK EXPERIENCE May 2003 Current The Legend Clubs Wales, WI Operations Manager (April 2010 Current); Communications Director (May 2007 April 2010) Play an integral role in building the most successful brand of private country clubs in Wisconsin Balance member relations, operations, communications, and marketing responsibilities while assisting Co-Owner and supporting other departments The Legend expanded from one private club to three clubs in the last three years; managed relations with new employees, club members and prospective members through this major transition, and became the consistent face the Members can go to for a timely response to their questions and needs Operations & Marketing Oversee diverse operations of the club, events, and tournaments; referred to as the go-to person for day-to-day operations, challenges, and member relations Design promotional material & write copy for prospective members and existing members Create tournament programs Assist in design of television commercials, book space in multiple markets & coordinate delivery of content Oversee Social Media initiatives and coordinate Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube campaigns Coordinate creation of advertising artwork for the Legend brand Write content for the club websites & regularly update sites (www.thelegendclubs.com & www.thelegendatbergamont.com) Business Development and Sales Target prospective members with marketing materials and special events Sell memberships from introduction to close; communicate benefit of joining the Legend family via in-person, phone and e-mail interactions Solicit referrals from current members and contact prospective members Make follow-up phone calls to new members to ensure that they have had a positive experience and answer questions they have regarding their membership Sell optional member benefits through design of printed materials, e-mails, and phone and in-person interactions Assist in the planning, marketing, and execution of member events Event Management Market and assist in planning and execution of special events and tournaments (approximately 20 special events per year and 20 tournaments per year) Assist in the contracting and planning of charity golf outings Coordinate critical details on-site throughout events Arrange travel for Member events Assist in planning and execution of inaugural 2011 Backyard Bash bringing the PGA Tour back to Wisconsin Tournament Chairperson for 2008, 2010, & 2011 AJGA Future Legends Tournament Recruit and organize volunteers and staff to fill volunteer shifts and arrange private housing for AJGA Interns Spearhead Junior-Am Tournament, raising money for the event Secure media coverage, including newspaper and television Procure donations of courtesy cars and Athletic Training Services

Client Relations Serve as the liaison between members and club ownership, ensuring timely response and follow through Manage member relations and communication: Ensure fulfillment of all member benefits and distribute information to staff Influence the active culture of the club by enhancing communication including all e-mail communication Managed member relations in transitioning from one club to three: processed new member additions and category changes, and negotiated revised member agreements Encourage and increase participation in events through marketing upcoming club events Business Management Tasks Post and deposit member payments; balance postings to deposits using adding machine Audit member billing and member benefit databases Create billing lists and reconcile with account postings Maintain member deposit databases and reconcile with General Ledger Negotiate bids for goods and services Assist in creation of budgets, balance sheets, and income statements Negotiate and draft member agreement addendums Cross-departmental support for computer technical issues and Microsoft Office Complete and code expense reports, receipts, and invoices Design and manage Member calendar of events and create online calendar for staff access Design presentations and videos for member meetings Turn dictated talking points into formal communication to Members and mail letters in a timely manner Create and maintain multiple electronic databases for Member information, including deposit balance, birthdays, and special member benefits RECOGNITION & AWARDS Clubhouse Employee of the Year 2004 and 2005 Overall Employee of the Year 2007 EDUCATION Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
