Child Development Centers (CDC) Thesefacilitiesgenerallyofferchildcareforchildrenagessixweeksto5yearsold.Careistypicallyavailableweekdays from6:00a.m.to6:00p.m.CDCsvaryinsize;theaverageCDCcaresforabout200children.Allprogramsmust becertifiedbytheDoDandaccreditedbyanationalaccreditingbodysuchastheNationalAssociationfortheEducation ofYoungChildren.
