Date: Monday, 05/09/2011 Time: 11.00 12.30pm Venue: UBD Cafeteria, Student Affairs Building.

The meeting is briefly conferred base on the three agendas below: (a) Money collection, editing the permission letter and setting copies of the survey questionnaires. (b) Solving transportation predicament. (c) Deciding the time and date to set out to institutions, and clarify the tasks of the members during the distribution of the survey questionnaires. The meeting begins with the enquiries of the members attended by the Principle Consultant regarding the survey questionnaires. The draft of the permission letter is made by the Deputy Principle Consultant and then edited and finalized by the group. The Survey Planner is assigned to print out five pieces of the permission letter. The sample of the permission letter is showed as below:

Date: XX XX 2011 Sir/ Madam, RE: PERMISSION TO CONDUCT A SURVEY. I wish to bring your attention to the reference above for your approval. In addition to that, I hereby wish to seek permission to conduct the survey at the institution. For your insights, the intended survey is carried out as one the project module of UniBridge Programme. It will be carried out in a form of questionnaires titled, Either way well all end up working; it depends on how you get there Moreover, the survey is focusing on the sixth form centre and technical college students which it entails and analyses the perspective of the students in the aspects of introducing themselves between further studies and working experience. Attach herewith is the sample of the survey questionnaires for your references. Lastly, I would like to thank you in advance for your consideration and cooperation.

The softcopy of the survey questionnaires is given to the Secretary. The Secretary is assigned to make photocopies of the survey questionnaires. In the amount of BND$6 from each of the members are to be collected to aid the printing cost. The group has decided Hanis and Fizah to provide with the transportation. The information below is the pre-final set up plan for the time and date to convey the survey to the institutions: On Wednesday, 07/09/2011:*

1. In the morning at 09.00 12.00pm. Amalul, Nasrullah and Hanis will set off to Meragang Sixth Form Centre (PTEM). 2. In the afternoon at 01.00 04.00pm. Qawi, Hanis and Nisa will set off to Maktab Duli Pengiran Muda Al-Muhtadee Billah (MDPMMB) and Maktab Teknik Sultan Saiful Rijal (MTSSR). On Thursday, 08/09/2011:* 1. In the morning at 10.00 12.00pm. Qawi, Qilah and Fizah will set off to Katok Sixth Form Centre (PTEK). Fieqah will set off to Maktab Sains Paduka Seri Begawan Sultan (MSPSBS). The permission letters and the survey questionnaires might be given to the members during the next meeting. *The matter is subjected to change due to the occurrence of unforeseen circumstances.

Date: Tuesday, 06/09/2011 Time: 01.30 02.00pm (after lecture lesson) Venue: Lecture Theatre, Chancellor Hall.

For todays brief meeting, there are two agendas that we have discussed, namely: (a) Distribution of permission letter and survey questionnaires. (b) Emphasizing on things required to be stated during the meeting with the institutions principals. The meeting starts with a reminder about the tasks that have already been assigned to all of the members during the previous meeting. The group has already requested a signature from Dr Zahari Hamidon, the Survey Coordinator for the permission letter as a symbol of authorization to carry out the survey. The letters are then distributed to each of the members that have already assigned to different institutions. The survey questionnaires will be printed today for 400 sets by the Secretary and it will then be given by tomorrow to the members to be distributed. The members are advised by the Principle Consultant to be professional and in formal act when they experience a confrontation with the principals and by then they should organize a plan with them in running the survey at the institutions. Tomorrow, 07/09/2011, it will be started with the sending of the permission letters to Meragang Sixth Form Centre (PTEM), Maktab Duli Pengiran Muda Al-Muhtadee Billah (MDPMMB) and Maktab Teknik

Sultan Saiful Rijal (MTSSR). The next day, 08/09/2011, it would be Maktab Sains Paduka Seri Begawan Sultan (MSPSBS) and Katok Sixth Form Centre (PTEK). The group has decided the rough deadline of the survey to fall on Monday, 12/09/2011 and by then the survey questionnaires are collected afterwards. Further discussion relating to statistic making and survey evaluation will be acknowledged through online network.

The statements below are the timeline duration and brief descriptions for todays survey distribution tasks: 10.00am Travel to Meragang Sixth Form Centre (PTEM) and submit the permission letter. The Principal has requested another confirmation letter from the higher authorities 12.30pm Meet at the Chancellor Hall, UBD and the Secretary distributes the survey questionnaires. 02.00pm Travel to 2nd Floor, DS Office, Department of Schools Building, Ministry of Education at Ong Sum Ping to meet with Hajah Fatimah who is responsible with the approval of education activities in Brunei Darussalam. 02.30pm Travel to Maktab Teknik Sultan Saiful Rijal (MTSSR) and Maktab Sains Paduka Seri Begawan Sultan (MSPSBS) and submit the permission letter. The survey receives approval from both institutions. The survey questionnaires will be organized by them. The collection of it will be done when the group receives a call from them. 03.00pm The Survey Planner makes another permission letter and will be sent to the Department of Schools, Ministry of Education tentatively by tomorrow.
