11/10/11 Rental Assistance, 10am Winchester Hall However, Young said he will question staff on how much the countys personnel costs are to administer the program. Im going to ask those questions, he said. There has to be more transparency to the taxpayers. Where is the money coming from, and how much is it costing the county? Short said one full-time employee spends about 12 percent of the work week administering the program by cutting the checks and certifying income. The cost is minimal, she said. Its a very small program.
