HALF YEARRLY (FIRST SIX MONTHS) PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL FORM 2011-2012 RATING SCALE Definition of Levels of Performance and

its Characteristics This rating reflects standards that exceed expected results. Employees at this level generally set the standard for excellence and do more than required. This rating reflects standards that meet expected results. Employees at this level do more than required. This rating reflects that expected results are met to a large extent. Employees at this level are capable of meeting the requirements of their job. In spite of efforts, objectives/ goals are not met. Results are not up to standards and hence have to be addressed and improved for satisfactory outcomes. This rating reflects standards that meet few, if any, expected results. Too much improvement or attention is required to meet the desired results.
