DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE is made, executed and

entered into by: WILHELM E BARLIS, of legal age, married to BERNADETTE D BARLIS, Filipino, and with residence and postal address at North Remview, Concepcion Dos,Summit St., Markinina City hereinafter referred to as the SELLER -ANDDIONISIO L LABIS, Filipino, of legal age, married to PRISCILLA B LABIS, Filipino, and with residence and postal address at STA. ISABEL, CABIAO, NUEVA ECIJA, hereinafter referred to as the BUYER. WITNESSETH; WHEREAS, the SELLER is the registered owner of a parcel of land with improvements located at (Address of property to be sold) and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. (TCT Number) containing a total area of (Land Area of Property in Words) (000) SQUARE METERS, more or less, and more particularly described as follows: TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. NT-341400 A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 165, Psd-03-020548 (OLT), being a portion of Lot 1, Pcs430, situated in the Barrio of sta. Isabel, Municipality of Cabiao, Province of Nueva Ecija. Bounded on the NW, along line 1-2 by Lot 152, Psd-03-line 3-4 by Lot 164, Psd03-020548 (OLT); on the N.E., along line 3-4 by Lot 164, Psd-03-020548 (OLT); on the S.E., along line 4-5 by Lot 1807-C, Bsd-7091; on the SW., along line 5-1 by Lot 166, Psd-03-020548 (OLT). Beginning from a,point marked 1 on plan, being N. 23 deg. 06 W., 1018.92 m. from BBM 15, Cabiao Cadatre; thence N. 48 deg 57 E., 15.35 m. to pint 2; then N. 45 deg. 59 E., 23.60 m. to point 3; thence S. 54 deg. 26 E., 50.33 m. to point WHEREAS, the BUYER has offered to buy and the SELLER has agreed to sell the above mentioned property for the amount of One-hundred Thousand Pesos (P 100,000.00) Philippine Currency; NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of One-hundred Thousand Pesos (P 100,000.00) Philippine Currency, hand paid by the vendee to the vendor, the SELLER DO HEREBY SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY by way of Absolute Sale unto the said BUYER, his heirs and assigns, the certain parcel of land together with all the improvements found thereon, free from all liens and encumbrances of whatever nature including real estate taxes as of the date of this sale.

DEED OF PARTITION BETWEEN CO-OWNERS WILHELM E BARLIS, hereinafter called first party, and DIONISIO L LABIS, hereinafter called second party and do hereby execute this DEED OF PARTITION between themselves on this November 15th of 2011. WHEREAS the aforesaid parties are the co-owners in equal shares of the properties mentioned in the Schedules 1, 2, and 3 of this deed of partition. WHEREAS the aforesaid properties were purchased by the aforesaid parties on.from _______ vide sale-deed dated..and registered on AND WHEREAS the aforesaid parties have mutually agreed to divide the said properties amongst themselves in order to avoid any future dispute with regards to the said properties. AND WHEREAS the aforesaid parties have agreed to assign the land

comprising an area of 2,000 square meters bearing TCT No. NT-341400 situated at Sta. Isabel, Cabiao, Nueva Ecija, mentioned and mapped in Schedule 1 to first party and the land comprising an area of 2,000 situated at Sta. Isabel, Cabiao, Nueva Ecija bearing the No. NT-341401 detailed in Scheduled 2 to this deed to second party. The aforesaid parties have also mutually agreed that the aforesaid parties become sole and absolute owners of the allotted properties.

AND WHEREAS the aforesaid parties have taken possession of the properties assigned to them as aforesaid. NOW THIS DEED WITNESSES AS FOLLOWS ; 1. That in consideration of the right title and interest made in accordance with the aforesaid terms of this deed and in accordance with the conditions hereinafter mentioned release and relinquish their interest in the properties allotted to other parties and each of the said parties hereby conveys to each others party separately his right, title and interest therein so as to constitute each party to this deed the sole and absolute owner of demands of other thereto or concerning therewith, as from the date of this deed. 2. That the original deed of partition shall be retained by first party, at true copy thereof signed by each party has been delivered to the other said parties who shall be entitled to require production of the original from the first party before any Court or public office or Bank or Insurance Company etc. it so desired. 3. That the parties have agreed that all taxes and public charges in respect of the allotted properties shall be borne by the parties themselves. 4. That each party will execute such deed or do all other acts necessary which may be requisite for more effectually assuring the party so requiring and at his cost, in the manner required by law and appear before revenue or other authorities to have mutation effected in respect of the party assigned to the party concerned.
