BVICAM's International Journal of Information Technology (BIJIT) Guidelines to Author(s)

The BVICAMs International Journal of Information Technology (BIJIT) is published twice a year under ISSN 0973-5658 and intended to bring together important information on topics of general interest to IT spanning the subjects listed below: Algorithms Intelligent Agents Artificial Intelligence Mobile Computing Operating Systems Computer Communications and Networks Database Systems Object Oriented Analysis and Design Computation Soft Computing Information Technology Software Engineering Computer Graphics and Animation Systems Applications Computer Security and Information General Applications Security Management Systems Data Warehousing and Mining Digital Signal and Image Processing 2. Manuscripts in accordance with the subject matter are accepted for consideration in BIJIT with the understanding that they represent original material, have not been published previously and not being considered for publication elsewhere. 3. Authors submitting manuscripts containing data or observations already used in published papers, used in papers that are in press, submitted for publication (or to be submitted shortly), should provide this information and copies of those papers. 4. Entire responsibility related to the contents of manuscripts remains with author(s) only. 5. Copyright of all accepted papers will belong to BIJIT and the author(s) must affirm that accepted manuscripts for publication in BIJIT must not be re-published elsewhere without the written consent of the editor. 6. While preparing manuscript, author must confirm to the provided word format. The manuscript must begin with a title, a short abstract, and a list of key words. The total length of manuscript must not exceed eight Letter Size pages including references and appendices. It should be typed on one-side with double column, single-line spacing, 10 font size, Times New Roman, in MS Word. The Top Margin should be 1, Bottom 1, Left 0.6, and Right 0.6. Page layout should be portrait with 0.5 Header and Footer margins. The title should appear in single column at the first page in 14 Font size, below which the name of the author(s), in bold, with affiliation and E-mail ID should be provided centrally aligned in 12 font size. Select the option for different Headers and Footers for Odd and Even pages and different for First page in Layout under Page Setup menu option of MS Word Images, charts, graphs, tables, codes, etc. used in the manuscript should be labeled below and should be originally self drawn in black and white only without any colour text and background colour shading. In no case, colour figures, colour texts or scanned images or figures should be included in the manuscript, as they do not get printed properly in black and white printing. Avoid the use of foot notes, italics and question marks. All tables, charts, graphs, equations and images must be cited accordingly and numbered properly. References must be placed at the end of the manuscript in IEEE format as provided in the template and their number must also be mentioned in the body of the manuscript, wherever they have been referred to. 7. The complete template has been prepared and is available on the website www.bvicam.ac.in for download. 8. Papers formatted strictly as the template based upon the the above instructions should be sent as attachments to bijit@bvicam.ac.in for submissions in BIJIT. Paper submission for BIJIT can be done round the year. 9. All papers will undergo a double blind peer review process by at least two referees. All papers meeting the criteria for submission (above) and considered by the editorial board will be subject to a fair and unbiased double blind peer review. Final acceptance is based on the review remarks and decision of the editorial board. The review process may take 02 to 12 months depending upon the cylces of review required, before finally accepting a paper. 10. Authors of the accepted manuscripts for publication in the BIJIT will receive a copy of the BIJIT, free cost. 11.
