Total Price : $1,432.34

Terms and Conditions:
1. Installation surface should be cleaned and leveled, and all the cabinets should be secured by the customer.
2. Sink and faucet plumbing will be done by customer unless otherwise mentioned above.
3. Under mount sink cut out includes maximum of three (3) faucet hole cut outs. Each additional hole costs $25.00.
4. Sale and delivery of products and services: United Granite will sell to customer the products described in set forth
proposal within in a reasonable scope of work. United Granite shall deliver the products to customer and perform the
installation services described in this contract. The price includes one measure. An additional delivery charge will be
applied for job sites outside 50-mile radius from Fredericksburg, VA. Additional measures or installation appointments due
to not having cabinet’s installed and ready, sink and other plumbing fixtures available, and final design decisions made
may incur a charge of $200.00 per additional measure. United Granite is not responsible for coordination with other
contractors or parties or any costs or delays resulting there from including but not limited to waiting or come-back time of
