Agreements signed by both the countries:

Barack Obama There are various issues on which both leaders have discussed and made an agreement on them. The first agreement they have signed is of providing clean energy to India. Both are agreed to set up a center of R& D for clean energy. US will also provide $5 million annually for five years to complete the joint research on bio-fuels, solar energy, and energy efficiency. Other agreement is of MOU that is Memorandum of Understanding. Us has signed agreement of MOU with India. In this, a Global Centre for Nuclear Energy Partnership set up will be prepared for research and development of secure and proliferation resistant reactor systems. It is to establish an India-US Energy Cooperation Program. The benefit is it will help the private sector and their expertise to improve. It is also help to find out the resources to clean energy. In short, it covers all sources of energy like renewable sources etc. There is also a tie up with Barack Obama on climate. He agreed to cooperate on issue of climate change and will provide technical support to study the annual monsoon rains in India. This will help India to improve its capability in predicting monsoon. Boeing Aircraft Company is expected to make an agreement which ultimately support 22160 jobs in US. There is also chance of another deal of six C-17 aircrafts in coming weeks. India private airline company Spice jet is expecting to buy 30 B737800 planes worth $ 2.7 billion which will support 12.970 jobs. There is also plan to make a deal between India and Boeing for replacing the Old Russian fighter planes and buy new jets worth $ 10 billion the new jets. With this deal, India will be the part of forty five nations. Another deal is on electricity and is between Nuclear Suppliers Group by General Electric.
