By typing the website address http://www.aptet.cgg.gov.in in any browser, the following screen appears, then click Application submission button to submit the application.

After hitting one of the two radio buttons to confirm your Qualification Details, click here to proceed Further appears. Click on it and proceed further.

If you applied previously for APTET JULY 2011 then click on Yes and Enter the Reference ID of previous APTET JULY 2011 other wise click on NO option. Enter the Journal Number issued by APONLINE/ e-seva Centres, Date of Payment as well as Date of Birth.

Fig(4). Applicant can see the display of the screen as shown in Fig(4) for Uploading photograph. The applicant has to upload her / his Photo with Signature in the prescribed format. Accept Declaration by clicking on check box and type the Security code in the given box as displayed in image. Click on Upload button as shown in Fig(4).

The uploaded photograph appears as displayed in the application. If the applicant doesnt satisfy with the quality of photo she/he has to click on Back button to restart from scanning of the photograph Select the Examination Centre from given list box. Name of the Applicant will be displayed automatically as submitted by candidate during the payment at APONLINE/e-seva Centres. Fill the Mothers and Fathers Name in which Letters and Spaces are allowed. Date of Birth will be displayed automatically as submitted by candidate during the payment at APONLINE/e-seva Centres, it is not editable. Select Gender and community. If you are Differently Abled (PH) click on yes, when you are click on YES select the Type of Handicap and Percentage of it. If you are not Differently Abled (PH) click on NO.

Select the Paper/s you wish to appear. If paper-I is selected the following screen appears. Select the Language I you wish to offer. Your question paper medium will be shown automatically based on the language I offered by you at 9a. Select the required qualification Option.

The following are the required qualifications for Paper-II, Select the qualification you possess.

Tick the Declaration click on preview button. This will display your application details.

Check your details thoroughly and if you find any incorrect information click on EDIT button and correct the details. If you find all the details correct click SUBMIT button.

On hitting the SUBMIT button you will be asked to download the application form with unique Reference ID Number.
