Career experience:
Two and half years of experience in Assam Power Distribution Company Ltd. under Assam State Electricity Board, from August 31,2009 till to date as an Asstt. Manager (Electrical) as well as SubDivisional Officer mainly deals with: 33/11 KV electrical substation operation and maintenance. Also 33/11 KV and 11/440 KV line maintenance. 33/11 KV Switchyard and control room operation, maintenance and monitoring. 11 KV/440 V Sub-Station Construction, Monitor and Supervision in case of HT consumers. Monitor and Supervised projects under Asian Development Bank, R-APDRP (City Ring Fence Metering) and RGGVY, 2011 for better reliability of system network. Minimization of 33/11 KV Sub-Station, LT and HT line and commercial losses to improve revenue performance. Dealing with accounts (including cash related works) as well as revenue related works. Other office administrative works as and when required. Sub-Divisional Officer or Assistant Manager (Electrical): Responsible for managing the team of 260 technical as well as office staff members to achieve the best results in the favor of the organization. Motivate the team and drive them to achieve the quality results. Support the Assistant General Manager and Deputy Manager in the routine managerial role and improvement of organizational revenue. Minimization of All Technical and Commercial (AT&C) losses for better performance of Boards revenue. Other official accounts related works regarding Energy Audit and Accounting. Regulate and monitor billing system with supervision of Junior Manger, Bill Assistances and Meter Readers with the help of IT application (Oracle based, Power CBS, designed by TCS). Monitor Technical Problems as well as consumer complains for 100% consumer satisfaction. Attending Meter related and technical difficulties in case of HT (Above 5 KW load, High Tension) consumers for better service as well as customer relationship. Monitor and Supervise 33/11 KV High Voltage Sub-Station as well as 11 KV /440/230 v consumer feeders for better reliability and minimization of losses ,either technical or may be of commercial. Monitor power theft and meter tempering operations for minimization of commercial losses.

Summer training in 132KV and 220 K.V. extra high voltage Grid Substation and MRT Transformer workshop, Asssam Electricity Grid Corporation Ltd., Garmur, Jorhat, in 2007. Summer training in Lakwa Thermal Power Station, under Assam State Electricity Board( Assam Power Generation Corporation Ltd.), Maibella, Sivasagar, Assam in 2008.
