MO REGISTRATION FUNCTIONAL DESIGN SPECIFICATION

The Assessment Window has four main sections.
1. Instructions Section
2. Image/Document Viewer Section
3. Assessment eForm Section
4. Controls Section
This is the first page the user will see on his screen.

The Instructions Section contains the recipient of the instructions and the instructions to
be followed by the recipient in the assessment process. The recipients name and
instructions varies depending upon the user in the registration process.
Name of Recipient Instructions
The instructions to be displayed in Instructions Section are derived on the lookup table.

Image / Document Viewer Section
The Image / Document Viewer Section contain the Image Viewer that displays the
scanned document in image form used as reference in assessment process. It also
contains useful toolbars to adjust and modify the scanned document.
This section is the same for all the users in the registration process. It displays the
application form in image form.

Assessment eForm Section
The Assessment eForm Section contains the electronic type of assessment form. This
section change defends on the user in the registration process.
It is made up of 5 tabs namely:
1. Main Page Tab

2. OPD Tab
3. IS/IT Tab
4. BS Tab
5. Metering Tab

Main Page Tab
The Main Page Tab is the default tab to be used in the Assessment eForm
Section of assessment process.
It contains the main page of the assessment form that displays information about
the participant and the following fields to be filled up by the user.
Displayed Information
• Market Participant ID
• Market Participant Name
• Date of Application
Fields to be filled up
• Compliance Radio Buttons – for different departments compliance
• Remarks Text Field – for different departments remarks
Controls to be used
• Click to Sign Button – to indicate approval of different departments

OPD Tab
The OPD Tab is the tab to be used by the Operations Planning and Business
Development assessment process. This page is editable when the user is OPD,
but not editable for other departments.

It contains OPD page of the assessment form that displays information about the
participant and the following fields to be filled up by the user.
• Common Name
• Company Name
• Station Name
• Area
• Zone
• Date Received
• Modeled in MNM Radio Buttons
• Resource name
• RTU Point ID
• Compliance Radio Buttons – for departments compliance
• Remarks Text Field – for departments remarks

• Click to Sign Button – to indicate approval of OPD department.

IS / IT Tab
The IS / IT Tab is the tab to be used by the Information System and Information
Technology Management Department assessment process. This page is editable
when the user is IS/IT, but not editable for other departments.
It contains IS/IT page of the assessment form that displays information about the
participant and the following fields to be filled up by the user based on the criteria
stated.
• Compliance Radio Buttons – for department’s criteria compliance

• Click to Sign Button – to indicate approval of IS/IT department.

BS Tab
The BS Tab is the tab to be used by the Billing and Settlements Department in
assessment process. This page is editable when the user is BS, but not editable
for other departments.
It contains BS page of the assessment form that displays information about the
participant and the following fields to be filled up by the user based on the criteria
stated.

• Click to Sign Button – to indicate approval of BS department.

Metering Tab
The Metering Tab is the tab to be used by the Metering Department in

assessment process. . This page is editable when the user is Metering, but not
editable for other departments.
It contains Metering page of the assessment form that displays information about
the participant and the following fields to be filled up by the user based on the
criteria stated.

• Click to Sign Button – to indicate approval of Metering department.

Controls Section
The Controls Section contains all the controls to be used in MO Registration.
It has four controls:
1. Forward to Control
- control used for routing to different departments namely:
• OPD
• IS/IT
• Metering
• BS
• TOD
• EVP
• Helpdesk
2. Attachment
- control used to attach documents or files.
3. Complete
- control used to complete the process.
4. Close
- control used to close the window.
Note: This section changes depending on the user in the registration process.
Some of the controls are not visible to some departments.

HELPDESK ASSESSMENT WINDOW
The Helpdesk assessment window is the window to be used exclusively by the Helpdesk
Department.

The Main Page tab contains the main page of the assessment form that displays
information about the participant and the following fields to be viewed by the Helpdesk
but all of this is disabled and not editable except the Refresh Button.

Note: The Refresh button is enabled to see some changes when other user
makes modifications.

The section contains all the controls to be used in Helpdesk department in the
registration process.
It has three controls:
- control used for routing to different departments namely:
• OPD
• IS/IT
• Metering
• BS
• TOD
• EVP

• control used to complete the process.
3. Close
• control used to close the window.
Note: Helpdesk is not included in the forward to control and the attachment
control is removed.

whether the application is compliant by clicking YES or NO radio button, put some
remarks on the OPD remarks box and click Click to Sign button.

A message box will be displayed that will ask the user to put their username and
password. Then Click OK. Username will be displayed above the Click to Sign Button.
The Click to Sign button will be disabled.
