Our trainers work with the support of each other, constantly using peer-learning throughout the year for discovering and exploring new methods and ideas around the use of theatre in education. We undergo group training regularly to further develop our own skill-sets in theatre and in education, and we constantly challenge ourselves to see how we can become even better drama educators and communicators.
