Dan is a distinguished business leader, entrepreneur, attorney, philanthropist, as well as a
life- long resident of New York State.

The son of civil servants and union members, Dan was born and raised in Brooklyn. Dan has
had the privilege of living in Brooklyn, Staten Island, Queens, Manhattan, Suffolk and
Westchester Counties. With his family, he also owns a business in the Bronx.

Dan has served as Chief Executive Officer of several business advisory firms in New York
City. Mr. Rubino has also served as a senior partner at Willkie Farr & Gallagher in New
York and was with the firm for more than 25 years. In these capacities, he has been both
business partner and close friend of former Governor of New York State, Mario M. Cuomo.

Dan`s has decades oI experience in the Ior-profit, not-for-profit and governmental sectors of
our society. Areas of expertise include the health care and health insurance industries, trade
and finance, governmental advisory services, infrastructure development, public-private
partnerships, debt restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, as well as financial and legal
reviews and investigations.

A noted lecturer, Mr. Rubino is a celebrated advocate for individual liberty, fiscal
responsibility and limited government. He has championed personal responsibility and
accountability.

As the grandson of Italian immigrants, Dan has seen the American dream come to fruition.
He believes that free enterprise provides a bedrock environment that enhances economic
opportunity and improves the lives of all Americans.

Dan is especially proud to serve as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Cabrini Mission
Foundation a global, charitable organization consisting of medical centers, educational
institutions, immigration services, and elder care and hospice facilities. He's been affiliated
with Cabrini for 20 years. Dan is also a member of the Board of Directors and Audit
Committee of Emblem Health/GHI, one of the largest health insurance providers in New
York State.

Dan received his J.D. degree from St. John's University Law School in Queens, NY, where
he was the Editor-in-Chief of the St. John's Law Review and a St. Thomas More Scholar. He
received his undergraduate degree (B.A., Summa Cum Laude) from St. John's
University/Notre Dame Campus, where he was Student Government President and the
recipient of the President's Medal upon graduation. Dan also graduated from Brooklyn Tech
High School located in the Fort Greene section of Brooklyn.

Although he has experienced much success in his life and received many honors Dan Rubino
has never forgotten who he is and where he comes from.

Dan lives in Armonk, New York and has two children, Alexandra and Dylan.
