Convection defrosting.
The defrosting function can be used to thaw any type of frozen food: meat, fish, or vegetables, in minimal time. It speeds up normal defrosting times.
Maxi-broil.
This program is recommended for cooking the same foods as with the Mini-broil, but covering the entire tray surface. Recommended for all types of broiling: pasta, souffl, and bchamel sauce.
Convection Maxi-broil.
Special program for cooking large roasts and also ideal for cooking and broiling at the same time: red meats, pot roast, poultry, etc.
Mini-broil.
Recommended for broiling meats, chops, lamb, steaks, hamburgers, browning toast and in general, small-sized foods since only the central part of the broiler is used.
Turbo Plus.
The oven is heated up by the central round heating element. The fan distributes the heat evenly within the oven.

Multiple Programs.
Fagor Convection ovens are equipped with a wide range of programs to accommodate your every baking need.
Dehydrate.
Ideal program for steam cooking puddings, fish, mousse or vegetables.
Dehydrate convection.
The fan evenly distributes the heat that was generated at the base of the oven. This function is specially for paella cooking.
Convection Pizza (two low heating elements).

The intense heat that comes from the bottom, and the fan that distributes it evenly, give you a crusty pizza base. Not necessary to heat the oven prior to using this setting.
Bake.
This program is recommended for baking bread, cakes and stuffed pastries. It is also recommended for roasting lean meats.
Traditional vented cooking (convection roast).

This program allows you to cook any type of dish: meat, fish or desserts. You can even cook more than one dish at the same time without mixing flavors.

How does induction work?

An induction cooktop holds a series of burners called induction coils, which are based on magnetic principals. These coils generate magnetic fields that induct a warming reaction in steel and iron-based pots or pans; what is different is that the cookware itself heats the food, not the stove.

Fagor induction cooktops are equipped with sleek touch controls that are easy to operate. For precise cooking needs, you can select from 12 cooking settings. Setting 1 allows you to simply keep your food warm or melt delicate chocolate without the use of a double boiler. Three quick launch commands allow you to select a low, medium or high temperature with a simple touch. Power varies from 50 to 3600 W, for a premium cooking performance.

What are the Benefits of cooking with an induction cooktop?

_Safer: there are no open flames and the surface remains cool to the touch. _Efficient: induction cooking uses more than 90% of the energy produced. Induction recognizes the base of cookware, directly heating only the diameter of the pot, so very little energy is wasted. _Quick: heating and adjustments are immediate, saving you up to 50% of the cooking time when compared to more traditional methods. _Even Heating: hot spots and rings are avoided because the bottom of your cookware heats uniformly. _Easy Cleaning: the surface is flat and smooth; spills and overflows do not stick to the cooktop, so they can easily be wiped away.

A signal informs the user about a problem of low voltage on its electrical network.
Self-adjust burners.
Induction cooktops can detect the size of what is sitting on a burner and automatically adjust energy to suit it.
Small utensil safety.

Surface will not activate unless the pan placed on the cooktop is at least 5 in diameter.
Over voltage protection.

A safety system sets off automatically in case of over voltage to protect the electronic boards.
Improper connection protection.

In case of improper electrical connection, the cooktop is automatically protected.
Cookware detection.

Triple Crown Burner (15,000 BTU/h).

Designed with three concentric flame outputs and large surface burners, the triple crown burner allows you to switch from a high setting for frying meats to a low setting for simmering a delicate sauce. When less power is needed, the concentric flames will turn off starting from the outside.

No-Frost System is different from any other competitive product currently available in the marketplace as it distributes itself throughout the entire refrigerator (not just the freezer). This feature drastically reduces the condensation level within the unit and eliminates the need to periodically de-frost in order to free it from heavy ice build up.

Functions: Fast Cooling, Super Freezing and Vacation Modes.

Fast cooling will take the refrigerator temperature down to 34 F (lowest fridge temp) for up to 6 hours in advance of introducing large quantities of food to the refrigerator. Switches off automatically after 6 hours but can also be turned off manually. Super Freezing will take the temperature in the feezer down to -22 F (lowest freezing temp) for up to 52 hours. For best results, this function is recommended to be turned on 24 hours in advance of introducing large quantities of food to the freezer. Switches of automatically after 52 hours but can also be turned of manually. Safety: If there is a coolant leak, the refrigerator will activate an alarm. When the refrigerator door remains open for more than 120 seconds, it will start beeping.
