The Job performance Dilemma Observation:
It has been told by the Human Resource Management department of a firm that the new entrants who have impressive curriculum vitae (good grades in academics) as well pass the recruitment test with good marks fail to show outstanding qualities in performing official tasks. As a result HRM department has to bear the cost of training and guidance about the tasks. "There is surely a problem here", the HR manager vociferated. The manager generates the following significant problem statement: "What should be done to bridge the gap between keeping the knowledge and bringing it to practice as well?

Theory Formulation:
We came up with the Statement integrating all the significant factors subsidizing to the lack of good performance in the organization. From such a Statement, the manager made various hypotheses for testing, 1) Visits to different cooperates during professional studies would help the students to have the idea of utilizing their knowledge into practice.
2) Our educational institutes are using traditional paper pattern. As its a modern era so they must think to match it with international institutes. (Give case studies or test them by giving them tasks)
3) Teachers must have some experience from corporate sector or must have knowledge about latest trends in this sector. Our most of teachers are freshly qualified.
4) Students must try to get maximum out of every opportunity. Read business newspapers watch TV channels. Try to stay connected with Environment of industries.
5) Teach them with the use of technology like in our universities they are teaching us accounting manually on the other hand corporate sector using different software for this purpose. So who is responsible for improving these skills in students?
6) Seminars should be held regularly by different professionals (of different corporation). Professionals will help them providing information about the workplace, advise them

wisely and widely over numerous matters
Hypothesizing:
1) By visiting different corporations students can see the implementation of what they studied they can get experience about how and where to use any concept. Even a student is going there for fun he will learn something.
2) By changing the paper pattern you can evaluate students actually according to there skills not on cramming.
3) Professional teachers can better tell them how and where these concepts are being practiced in working environment. So student may not have to struggle after getting a degree.
4) If student try to get knowledge and skills by themselves they can get many important opportunities to know about what type of skills they need to develop in them for securing their future. Its a fact that they cannot do it alone unless they get true guidance but to some extent they can improve skills.
5) If universities teach them how to use softwares than the HR manager will not have to spent money and time to train the fresh graduates. They can put them straight into working environment.
6) Seminars will help students to get something from the experienced people. They can learn how to react in different conditions and they can ask them questions that are in their minds.

Collecting information by Scientific tools:
As we have not bound to use the tools so we will give suggestions according to our capability and understandings.
1) Industrial tours 2) Knowledge about using software and different technologies 3) Most importantly the method of testing skills of students should be changed and matched with international standards. By applying these three methods there would be significant improvement in the skills of students and there would be big relief for HR managers and they will change their attitude towards fresh graduates.
