Terms and Conditions Applicable to the CIMB Bank Debit MasterCard Benefits and Privileges (the Benefits and

Privileges) This Campaign is organised by CIMB Bank Berhad (the Bank). 1. Entitlement to Enjoy Benefits and Privileges a. The Benefits and Privileges under this Campaign are extended to all new and existing customers who hold a valid CIMB Bank Debit MasterCard issued by the Bank (the Eligible Cardholder). The various Benefits and Privileges are valid from 8 November 2011 to 30 April 2012 (the Offer Period) which consists of two (2) Phases (the Phase Period) as set out below: i. ii. 2. Activation Offer a. Each Eligible Cardholder shall receive additional three hundred (300) Debit Card Bonus Points (the Bonus Points) during the Offer Period for the first retail/ Point-of-Sale (the POS) transaction via the MasterCard network.

1% Cash Rebate a. 1% Cash Rebate on each POS transaction (the Cash Rebate) will be given to Eligible Cardholder for purchases at Grocery/Supermarket/Hypermarket and Petrol transactions (the Transactions) that are performed via the CIMB Bank Debit MasterCard. The Bank will only track and reward those Grocery/Supermarket/Hypermarket Transaction(s) that are indentified under the Merchant Category Code (MCC) 5411, 5499 and 5311 and Petrol Transaction(s) that are identified under the MCC 5541 and 5542. Eligible Cardholder(s) may spend any amount with the CIMB Bank Debit MasterCard for Transaction(s) nationwide to get the Cash Rebate. Total Cash Rebate entitlement is capped at RM20 per Eligible Cardholder throughout each Phase Period, with allocation of RM10 for Grocery/Supermarket/Hypermarket and RM10 for Petrol. The maximum cash rebate payout allocated by the Bank is RM40,000 for each Phase based on first-come-first-serve basis. The Cash Rebate will be credited into the Eligible Cardholders CIMB Bank Debit MasterCard designated account within three (3) weeks after the end of each Phase. Eligible Cardholders CIMB Bank Debit MasterCard designated account must be valid and active at the point of Cash Rebate fulfillment. The Cash Rebate earned will be rounded down to the nearest ringgit (RM). In the event that after the Cash Rebate is credited into the Eligible Cardholders CIMB Bank Debit MasterCard account and subsequently a reversal of entry is made on any one of the Transaction(s), the Eligible Cardholder is required to reimburse the Bank the entire Cash Rebate credited. All dispute, unauthorized, fraudulent, void and reversed Transaction(s) shall be disqualified from participating in the Cash Rebate.

Exclusive Deals Eligible Cardholders are entitled to Exclusive Deals (the Deals) during the Offer Period, consisting of special offers (the offer) by selected Merchants as set out below subject to conditions stated hereinafter: a. Each Eligible Cardholder will only be entitled to one (1) complimentary Ticket for each transaction made, regardless of the total number of tickets purchased. The Bank reserves the right to extend, shorten, cancel, terminate or suspend the Benefits & Privileges upon giving reasonable notice and the Eligible Cardholder shall not be entitled to any claim or compensation against the Bank for any losses or damages howsoever or/and whatsoever suffered or incurred by the Eligible Cardholder as a direct or indirect result of the exercise by the Bank of any of its rights reserved herein. These Terms & Conditions will prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other promotional materials advertising the Benefits & Privileges. The Banks prevailing Terms & Conditions governing the use of CIMB Bank Debit MasterCard shall continue to apply in addition to the Terms & Conditions herein.
