NIBM - BHARATHIAR UNIVERSITY

NIBM is pioneer in the field of MBA education for over a decade. Over the years, it has catered to many students successfully and provided them good placement opportunities. NIBM has been approved by School of Distance Education, Bharathiar University, Coimbatore to admit and conduct MBA programs at their centers, with the successful students being awarded with a MBA Degree by the University. The Bharathiar University was established at Coimbatore by the Government of Tamilnadu in February, 1982 under the provision of the Bharathiar University Act, 1981 (Act 1 of 1982). The University Grants Commission (UGC), New Delhi recognized the University in May 1985 for the purpose of grants. Bharathiar University is a member of the Association of Indian Universities and Commonwealth Universities; hence the degrees awarded are mutually recognized by each other. Bharathiar University is accredited with 'A' Grade by NAAC.

Admission Procedure
The Application form for the MBA Program is attached with the ebrochure. Kindly take a printout of the same and fill the details as required. The Application Form of the course to be filled in CAPITAL LETTERS. A self attested photocopy of the **relevant certificates should also be enclosed with the Application Form at the time of admission. Student should mention the specialisation selected in the space provided. Application for admission along with DD drawn in favor of BIG EDUTECH LIMITED, payable at Chennai should reach the Institute before the last date given in the Application Form. A covering letter mentioning the purpose of remittance of any fees should accompany the DD. The candidate can enroll all through the year (round the Year) and can take up the University exam as per either Academic year or Calendar Year; that is exams will be in either MAY / JUNE or DECEMBER / JANUARY as per their admission and course. Furnish correct address with PIN and contact number so that all the correspondence and study materials can be delivered properly and on time. Any change of name, address, change of center, change of specialisation will attract a prescribed fee. Fees could be paid in the form of DD / Pay Order / Net Banking / Credit / Debit Card. In case of DD it should be drawn in favor of BIG EDUTECH LIMITED payable at Chennai. Students should write their name without fail on the reverse side of the DD.

Coaching / Teaching Methodology

Classes and Seminars will be held at NIBM centres for all subjects and the schedule will be sent to the students separately. Classes will be conducted by eminent and distinguished professors. Guest lectures will be given by professionals with first-hand experience in their respective fields. Students of MBA courses are exempted from attending Coaching Classes for valid reasons and on submission of an undertaking towards that in the format prescribed thereof. All classes will be scheduled keeping in mind the convenience of the students. Workshops and Seminars will be conducted to enhance the understanding of fundamentals of the different subjects and for value added programs.

Examinations
The MBA study is for two years and exams are conducted twice a year based on the student's enrollment date. - For the Calendar Year Students the exams will be conducted in Dec / January - For Academic Year Students exams will be conducted in May / June Course Duration: Calendar Year: Academic Year:

The students will be intimated by the Institute and will be asking them to fill the relevant Application Form and attach prescribed fee if any applicable. This can be submitted to the Institute. The students will be allotted Exam Centres at particular place at the discretion of the University and the University can cancel any centre for the want of sufficient students.

Course Certificate
On successful completion of the course and payment of the prescribed fees, the provisional certificate will be sent to the students along with the statement of marks directly by the Controller of Examinations, Bharathiar University to the given address.

Degree Certificate
Degree Certificate will be provided subsequently after applying for the same to the Controller of examinations, Bharathiar University with the prescribed fee.

Legal jurisdiction
All disputes and differences whatsoever arriving out this Program, whether during its term or after completion thereof or prior shall be referred to the sole arbitration of a person to be nominated by NIBM an Initiative of BIG EDUTECH LTD., Whose decision shall be final on every matter arising hereunder. It is expressly agreed that the student shall not raise any objection that the Sole Arbitrator is nominated by the NIBM an Initiative of BIG EDUTECH LTD. The venue of the arbitration shall be at Chennai and the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 shall apply.

General Rules & Regulations

The Institute reserves the right to accept or reject an application without stating any reason whatsoever. No Refund or adjustment of fees paid shall be made under any circumstances. In case of rejection of an application full fee will be refunded. Allotment of examination centre in a particular place will be at the discretion of the University and can be canceled for the want of sufficient number of students.
