Building a network has taught me a lot of things, these of which are my top 10:

1. Not everything in network marketing is about "recruitment" - talked to someone yesterday asking
me if the only route to be successful in network marketing is to recruit 100 people under you.. My reply
was of course not, you only need at least 15 successful ones. Meeting the right mentors give you a
powerful mindset and focus on what you need to achieve in this business.

2. Coaches and Mentors with resuIts - Credibility is a very important leadership characteristic for me.
Some people are just good with words, while others, match their actions with words. f were to learn how
to play golf, will look for Tiger Woods.. not just a neophyte golf player. The key decision point for me
here is do the business alone or do the business with a team/coach that has RESULTS. don't want to
drain my hard earned money for my pride/ego.

3. Abundance MentaIity - simply love being with people who see everything as a big bowl of
opportunity! 92 MiIIion FiIipinos all over the world, know a foreigner then your market also expands.

4. Money foIIows growth - This industry is not about the CARS, the BG PAYCHECKS, whatever hype
other people have placed into it. Your business will not grow if you do not grow personally and
professionally. The community has instilled in me the discipline to learn something new everyday. "When
you stop growing, you start dying." Business people need to know whats up and new in the market. We
have leadership trainings every week.

"We need to learn to see with our minds especially things that the eyes cannot see. (R. Kiyosaki)"

5. Share to inspire and empower - The Core team members share their successes everyday and get
excited for new business ideas or simple successes in their lives. Challenges are part of life, it doesn't
mean you have to dwell on it forever.

7. ExponentiaIIy Expand your network for your future businesses - also get exposed to core team
members who come from different backgrounds - engineers, architects, doctors, lawyers, accountants,
real estate developers. will soon be starting my big business with them.

8. Master the art of Leverage - The community will let you know more why successful business people
love using the art of leverage. You'll learn this by doing it.

9. PeopIe Iine up to join your team - The community selects people to guide and mentor thru the
business. t takes time, effort, patience to teach people in this business. The formula to success already
has a blueprint, it already depends on the person how they will act on it.

Last January, I mind-mapped my pIan for the current year and the next 10 years:

Now, this is awesome, because on February, I attracted the peopIe and resources who can guide
and support me towards the reaIization of those pIans!

Even before Christmas, get to have a lot of gifts. 'd like to share with you everything, but here are the
top ten gifts got

1. The Gift of Action
used to be a reader. Not a doer. But with my mentors' guidance, got to become a reader... and a doer!
want to guide fellow bookworms to become men and women of action as well.

2. The Gift of Faith
used to be a Christian active in Church Ministries. But now 'm a Christian active in showing my "Faith"!
What faith? Faith to go outside my ordinary lifestyle and be an entrepreneur, facing giants of challenges
everyday. My mentors constantly push us to grow by getting into the "Faith Zone" or "Courage Zone", a
place way outside the "Comfort Zone."
3. The Gift of Vision
used to be a Catholic active in Church Ministries, active in weekly youth gatherings and worship leading.
But now 'm a Catholic active in realizing a grand vision not just for our churches but also for millions of
other people, one step at a time let me see a vision beyond my own vision, dreams beyond my own
dreams.

4. The Gift of Leadership
When you're in the company of drunkards and gamblers, you eventually become like them. When you're
in the company of Catholic, you really become a Catholic. And when you're in the company of leaders...
well... guess what you'll become. Create Abundance creates an environment where leaders grow and
thrive and where potential leadership qualities are activated. Because of CA, get to become a real
leader and constantly grow to become a great one.

5. The Gift of Love
Especially loving the unlovable. began to understand and love people. began to understand how every
worthwhile thing happens because of love. Love for our God. Love for our country. Love for our
community. Love for our family. And, of course, loving ourselves. Loving and respecting myself.

6. The Gift of CIarity
Because clarity leads to power. And power is when you want something to happen, and you make it
happen (like your dreams). Our coaches constantly ask us, "when will you hit this milestone?"
We've also got learning sessions where we are made to clearly map out the next days, months, and years
of our lives.
The clarity had last January was intensified with my training in this community.

7. The Gift of Friendship and Teamwork
got to meet new friends! Friends with the same mindset who work together to achieve our dreams. A get
to have a powerful network of exceptional people who come from different walks of life.

8. The Gift of Passion
"Desire is the starting point of all achievement, not a hope, not a wish, but a keen pulsating desire which
transcends everything," says Napoleon Hill, author of "Think and Grow Rich". And that's what successful
people gave me.

9. The Gift of Awesomeness

For so many years, hid in a low-profile job to draw away attention from me. Not a
mediocre job per se, but was hiding in a job that limits me to fulfill my greatest potential. was
trying to hide from the spotlight because was afraid. Afraid of both success and failure.
Success could put me in a position where can no longer maintain my commonness. Failure is
painful, sometimes ugly, and didn't want to experience that either.

made many mistakes that hurt me, my family and my friends. failed, and because of that,
labeled myself a failure, a loser, no good, incapable of doing things right, irresponsible. labeled
myself and let other people label me. negated myself. Because of my fear and the labels
that tagged myself, let a lot of opportunities pass me by. felt so helpless and hopeless. sort
of just accept that life is unfair when in fact chose to act like a total loser waiting for whatever
life has to offer me with so much resentment.

My life was a mess. Fear ruled my life. became paranoid. My limiting beliefs about myself
hindered me from living a fulfilling and meaningful life. My wrong beliefs about myself and other
things blocked the blessings to flow into my life. felt stuck. Life sucks. felt like dying. lack the
energy and the drive to live life. just merely existed, and hate it. hate every minute of my
existence. just went through the motions of living.

wrote the above note on April 26, 2010. The note was actually my life in retrospect as in
November 2007, declared 2008 was my year, and it was going to be amazing. finally made
up my mind to take charge of my life and my future. The year 2008 was my year to dream, to
change, to trust my instincts, to love (again), to be proud, to discover a new side of me, to
reinvent myself, to reunite with other people, to rule, to make
my new life come true.

took small steps to make the change. changed my attitude towards life and my perspective of
the world. t
was not easy to transition from being a chronic pessimist to being an optimist. Negativity and
pessimism felt like second nature to me being used to them for quite some time. Wearing a
positive attitude felt like it was not me. was comfortable playing small, and it was difficult to get
out of my shell to explore my own potential greatness. Deep down inside was a desire to grow
and expand. was getting uncomfortable where was. Playing small
and being mediocre did not feel right to me anymore. t was time to change.

wrote my life vision, mission and goals to guide me in my life's journey. was hoping it would
be a smooth ride, but it turned out to be bumpy. There were challenges had to face; problems
to solve; obstacles, fears, self-doubt and failure to overcome. These caused some delays in
achieving my goals. Though feel some discouragement, hopelessness, helplessness,
frustration, and disappointment along the way, these did not prevent me from losing sight of my
vision and my goal. At the end of 2008, more than half of my goals were met. was happy, but
not quite satisfied of the results. The next year, wrote another set of goals. was making
progress. My life improved a bit, but not quite the life that wanted to have yet. 'm not the
person wanted to become yet, but still on the process of becoming, and am patient and
persistent.

sought out other people to help me. never intended to just go through life; intended to grow
through life, and need other people to help me grow and bear fruits. One of the people who
greatly contributed to my growth was Fr. Michael McGuire, who served as my psychotherapist
and sort of life coach. For more than a year now, he has been helping me deal with my issues
that are hindering my growth. We deal with one issue at a time. The more emotionally free
became, the faster grew. As the fears and self-doubt diminished, gained my self-confidence
and self-esteem. am grateful that found my way to CA2020 where met online and offline
wonderful, success- and purpose-driven people. Coach Warren Rafal has been one of my
biggest motivators in my pursuit of financial freedom. He doesn't seem to become weary in
pushing me to move forward. am grateful too for my family, my friends, my relatives who are
very supportive of me.

My life has never been the same again. Though no longer live a common life, am still a work
in progress. now live a life of purpose, and my purpose is to add value to the life of others. am
no longer in my shell, living for myself alone, but am trying to live for others as well. No longer
will play small as my playing small does not serve the world. As strive to be the best that can
be and share myself to others, know am fulfilling God's purpose in my life. Growing and
changing cured my common life. Every day becomes better and better. also become better
and better every day in every way.

After one month: coach dami pa akong inasikaso, promise next week i will show up for consultation.

After one month again: coach, may emergency Iang akong inasikaso, next week talaga i swear.

After three months: coach, i read your blog about procrastination style, mukhang oouuch natamaan ako

fifty people already made it to the Core Team. That is what separates talkers from doers.

Coach, am satisfied with my small business, think that thing is not for me.

Once my Life Coach taught me:

When you help, you see others as small person.

When you empower, you see others as big person.

choose to empower rather than help.

After realized the distinction between empowering and helping, t came to me that was helping a lot of
people. noticed that they haven't change their ways despite me helping them. They are still the same
person or even worse than before. Sometimes if time fails that you cannot help them anymore they will
start saying bad things about you.

Top ten exampIes how I heIp peopIe before:

gave them capital for business
gave them success short cuts and formulas
gave them proven business tips
gave them money for burial, tuition fee, medical expense and placement fees to work abroad.
gave them employment.
gave them a space in my home.
gave them business referrals
gave them business deals.
gave them my food.
gave them my shoes and clothes.

Despite all my kindness, some of this people helped before is the one who wants to see me fall and fail.

When attended the Millionaire Mind ntensive Seminar, T Harv Eker said have to FORGVE and not
FORGET. also learned that success is when you keep standing and fighting through series of failures.
You can only reach your big dreams when you yourself is big. You can only grow to be big if you learned
a lot of lessons and get a lot of experience. So no matter what still thank God for these difficult people
who is until now wishing me to fail. Because through failures grow rapidly.

There is nothing wrong in helping, but as a Business, Real Estate and Life Coach, choose to empower
instead of help. My intention is to create world class business leaders. Leaders cannot be created if you
see them as small people.

Top ten ways we empower the core team:

We coach them out of their comfort zone.
We let them face their fear of failure.
We give them tasks bigger than themselves.
We let them dream big dreams.
We let them "make things happen"
We draw out the best solutions from them for their own problems
We let then grow bigger than their problems
We coach them to keep moving forward
We give them leadership guide and operating standards.
We believe in them and let them believe in themselves.

The difference of being satisfied from being ambitious:

Being satisfied means being afraid of getting out of your comfort zone, letting opportunities pass and
prevent yourself from growing and touching other people's lives

Being ambitious means being courageous on each new step that you would take, taking risk for every
opportunity, believe in the power of self improvement by having yourself mentored with TRUE
SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE and enabling yourself to be vehicle of change in this world that we live in.

No man / woman can succeed in a line of endeavor which he does not like. - Napoleon Hill
f you can relate yourself on the right side of the situation, when will you say ENOUGH is ENOUGH?
Once there was a father who brought his young son on the zoo to spend quality time.

The little boy saw a teddy bear over tree and pointed into it.

The boy liked the teddy bear so much so the father ask the caretaker how many people
were able to get the toy on the tree.
The caretaker said, "Hmmm..once or twice a month."
The tree was steep and risky to climb so the father ask again.
"How much is that teddy bear if 'm going to buy it?"
But the caretaker said, "We don't sell it. Whoever can climbs up can get that teddy
bear."
Seeing the boy eagerly wanting the toy,

He then decided to climb the tree.
He was successful with getting the toy but got himself broken bones and bruises while
going down.
But after that, he sees his son everyday hugging and kissing the teddy bear.

All the pains have disappeared and it made the father extremely happy.
