Voilating the Gov. made TDS rules Respected Sir, I work with Infinite Computers Solutions(ICS), since last 6 months as a contract employee, ie ICS is not having the pay roll for my salary. For pay roll, vendor companies are there whom ICS use to pay later. We are arround 80 guys coming under vendor's payroll. Suddenly, ICS changed the vendor for arround more than 40 guys. I am one among these guys. The new vendor name is S K Infotech, a small vendor company established by one of our company's HR (name DEEPA NAIK). Now S.K Infotech (Vendor) established by Deepa Naik(HR) is deducting Income Tax (TDS) which is leagal but they are deducting directly 10.3% of the CTC (not of the taxable income). Even if the CTC is 1.44 lacs, directly they deduct 144000 * 10.3% = 1442, either it is male or female. They have not yet given us the form 16 or anything to fill. But the are deducting TDS every month. More than that they are deducting PF arround 780 every month. They asked to fill the foam for PF, we filled 3 months back, but still we havent got our PF a/c number. I dont know whether my PF amount which they are deducting is going to my PF a/c or not. There is no proof also. When anyone raise his or voice, Deepa directly says, , 'Those who are not interested can leave the company'.

I completely agree for the above complaint, ICS is sucking the blood out of the employees and they are taking advantage of the recession to the fullest extent. This matter should be taken seriously as this is affecting the employees/contractors health and the company is making them as a working machine rather than a human being.

ICS is not at all following the Government rules and they should be strictly procecuted. The government should teach them a lesson so that other companies will strictly adhere to the rules defined by the Government.

Finally... I see people speaking up against the things going on at Infinite Computer Solutions... It was bound to happen one day; how long employees will bear the ILL-TREATMENT AT WORK by the management and managers... I am glad someone spoke... And there are many more to come... I know that contract employees vendor where changed few months back, but, I am not sure about the PF and TDS stuff... But, if the new vendor S K Infotech was established by Deepa Naik (which I dont know) an employee at Infinite Computer Solutions, then, Infinite Computer Solutions also has to do a lot of things from and with it... But, there is more than PF and other stuffs which are going WRONG and NOT RIGHT with Infinite Computer Solutions... And it happens only or mostly in ACS ES (I1, I2, I3 and I4) project... Let me put few points to put light on what I will like to convey... ACS ES (I1, I2, I3 and I4) project has been running since November' 2007 and there huge team size which is involved in this project around 300+ (including testing and development) Employees in this project work for min 10 hrs extending up to 18-20 hrs... People are forced to work for long hours... Even if there is not much work, employees are not allowed to leave early... All these done to show to the client and in the name of tight schedules and consequences if the project is delivered or completed... Employees have been even working on almost all Saturdays since months and are even being made to work on Sundays... They have even worked on national holidays... People have been continuously working even on all or almost all Saturday's and Sunday's since last 3-4 weeks... When an employee request to the manager that it will be not be possible for them to come this Sunday... And in reply manager says "If you are not coming on weekends, then, don't come on weekdays also"... And FYI, we dont have holiday 19, 20, & 21 September 2009 and on 26, 27 & 28 September 2009... But, these managers dont understand that mess in which they are in terms of project delivery is not because of employees, but, because of them. These managers give all wrong status to the client ACS and then make employees work... The managers are not the only one to be blamed, but, also the Management and HR mainly... They are aware of each and everything that is going on, but, they have not taken even a single step... Actually, HR at Infinite Computer Solutions is just a dummy and a puppet... They have their consent to these which is going on at Infinite Computer Solutions... Managers and many leads only do the POLITICS and do REGIONAL BIAS; especially the ACS ES I1 project

http://www.consumercomplaints.in/complaints/infinite-computers-solutions-c215925

manager... The environment in ACS ES (I1, I2, I3 and I4) project is IN-HUMAN and employees are treated like DONKEYS and MACHINES. Even machines are given rest and are given for service on a regularly basis and also they donkey's are feed and taken care, but, not us employees... A very serious action need to be taken by Govt. of India on Infinite Computer Solutions... INFINITE COMPUTER SOLUTIONS (www.infinite.com) is the MOST UNETHICAL CULTERED COMPANY...

Infinite is the wirst ever company i have ever seen in my career. In every company there will be some politics. But never saw a company, which has this much politics. Here the guys who will do nothing, will get good pay, since they are working fom last 4/5 years in the company. I observed that, there are many guys in ininite who doesnt even know about the usage of computers, basic programming knowledge or dont even know how to use MS doc, MS excel etc and getting good pay because of the politics. They will come to office drink some cofee/tea and have some bajji/bonda atoutside shops and simply go back to house. They will get good appraisal and good salary. Since we are doing the work sincierly and with honest we are not getting any good hikes. Coming to Deepa's point she is the number one golamaal queen in infinite. First she will not agree for giving good salary during the joining period and also does these kind of goalmaals. I dont know why the SR management will take some serious decisions on this and atleast give some justice to the employees. As some one said above HR team is very much dummy in Infinite. TAG team is one of the horrible teams in infinite. Suppose if you refer any of your friends for any projects, they wont get a single call from TAG team, becuase they dont get any money from that. I will tell you one incident happened last year. For ACS project TAG team conducyed referal walk in. 2 of my friends were cleared 2 technical rounds. Since it was on saturday and also it was very late then, TAG team told them that they will have HR rounds on monday. But on monday, the whole picture has beem changed. The guys who were referred by TAG team members, got selected and others were rejected(including my 2 friends). So this is the situation inside the company. And this DEEPA is the head of TAG team. Personally i suggest that, if you are very honest at your work or to the company especially to Infinite, then you are stucked in the hell. If you want good salary/appraisal then you should not do any work in infinite.

I am aware of this exploitation which is going on for some time. But then we need to see that they are able to provide jobs and employment at a time when most of the companies are in re-trenching mood. Blame it on Deepa if you like but to me this can't go on for long by a single individual. The entire top management of ICS must be Hand in glove to make this happen. Those guys who has 7-8 yrs of experience are literally sleeping in office and they are permanent employees. So, why talk about the contract employees. Guys knock the doors of Labour court and get remunerated for bring the malpractice to the fore. Just don't waste ur time. Find a lawyer who can take up your case. Enjoy.

Was I amazed seeing the mail from our Executive Vice President Mr. Rohan Rodrigues and Senior Project Manager Mr. Rao ?????????????????? I say not at all. There is nothing which can be expected out of there mail. We having been getting these mails from beginning and we will continue to get it. They have treated us like donkeys and they will continue to treat us like it in future also. No lessons learnt. After all they are thick skinned.

I have put below the mail received from them. Judge it for yourselves. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Rajesh, As the first step in the process to improve productivity I need every team member to be tracked on a daily basis. If the team member does not complete her/his task for a particular day that person will not be allowed to go home. I have been more than accommodating with various requests that have been coming my way for the past many months. Please also let the team know hat going forward we will be working on weekends as well till we get back on track. All leave and vacation stand cancelled as of now including celebrations. If anybody reports sick I will need to see a medical certificate. Please let the team know that we cannot afford to lose our credibility with the client. Regards, Rohan Rodrigues --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Hello Team, The productivity level for Daily Defects Resolution has taken a severe beating. The target is 0.5 defects/developer/day. We have never achieved 0.5 consistently over the period of time. From last 2 weeks, productivity is pathetically low at close to or less than 0.3. We have to increase the defect resolution rate and also the quality of delivery. You are aware, the project is under high scrutiny by the Senior Management both at ACS and Infinite. To increase the productivity, any suggestions from anyone is welcome. Please send them to ACS-ES-Feedback@infinite.com 31st October 2009 is very important date for MMIS. The functional testing for all the modules needs to be completed by that date with count of Sev 1 and Sev 2 defects to be ZERO. 95% CTCs need to pass. We need to work smarter as well as with extra focus, ownership and zeal to meet this deadline. I am sorry to say this, but, please do not nominate yourself for iVerve outing on 31st October, 2009. You will not be able to attend the same. Thanks and regards, Rajesh S Rao --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

rajeshr@in nite.com

I WANT ASK MR. EXE VICE PRESIDENT, WHAT ARE WE GETTING IN RETURN ?????????????????? We have been working on weekeneds from months (7-8 months and more). ARE YOU PAYING US EXTRA OR GIVING ANY BENEFITS (apart from mental torture) FOR WORKING ON SATURDAY'S, SUNDAY'S AND NATIONAL HOLIDAYS ?????????????????? Mr. EXE VICE PRESIDENT does not understand that for "process to improve productivity" we need to have healthy work environment. And I don't understand what you mean by "Please also let the team know hat going forward we will be working on weekends as well...". OHHH!!! YOU WERE NEVER THERE TO NOTICE OUR WORK. FOR YOUR KIND INFORMATION, WE HAVE BEEN WORKING ON WEEKDAYS, WEEKENDS AND NATIONAL HOLIDAYS FOR LAST SEVERAL MONTHS. WAKE UP MR. EXE VICE PRESIDENT !!! I want to know what do you mean by "All leave and vacation stand cancelled as of now including celebrations." ?????????????????? When did you give leave for it to cancel it? But, I want to know if someone has go for his/her marraige, are they allowed? or they have wait for project to get completed? Also, if we have to go to toilet, do we have to take permission from you and go? Please clarify. I don't think we can produce any medical certificate for this 2-5 min break. Is there any action taken when feedback through "ACS-ES-Feedback@infinite.com" is being taken? Why was the comments from employees not made public last time as it is done for various departments? I know this is all done to show to the client. We think we can have break one day, we can enjoy during the iVerve outing, but, they say "... sorry to say this, but, please do not nominate yourself for iVerve outing on 31st October, 2009. You will not be able to attend the same.". ARE THEY REALLY SORRY ?????????????????? Someone has very correctly mentioned in their comments: "The environment in ACS ES (I1, I2, I3 and I4) project is IN-HUMAN and employees are treated like DONKEYS and MACHINES... INFINITE COMPUTER SOLUTIONS (www.infinite.com) is the MOST UNETHICAL CULTERED COMPANY...", other mentioned "Guys knock the doors of

Labour court and get remunerated for bring the malpractice to the front. Just don't waste your time. Find a lawyer who can take up your case.". And the other "Now the company is F..ked and going to F..k the public through their IPO."

if you are uncomfortable you can leave the company, who asked you to work. I agree with Rohan; if someone feels uncomfortable with his/her work, they need to move on. After all it was individuals own choice to join Infinite and no one was forced into it. It may happen that, from the individual perspective, sometimes things workout in the way you like and sometimes it may not. But, still it individuals decision to continue or leave the company. No one can be blamed for the choices you make.

Dear Ex-employeee/working employee/who ever you guys are, What the hell you guys are doing by posting some nonsense things about my company. Why are you wasting your time and spoiling our life. If our company has removed you from the job, then it means that you are not fit for the job. If you are really talented we would have retained you guys. If you are still with the company and saying all nonsense things, you better resign from the job and look for some other job. No body is stopping you here. Dont waste your valuable time and do not spoil your friends life. First of all you do not have any humanity and not thinking about your friends life. Please understand the business and how the market condition is. You are blaming our management for nothing. Many existing employees are surviving because of our management hard work and employees hard work. Why does Rajesh/Gijomon/Rohan/Kasi/development managers/testing managers/along with dedicated employees need to work for 18 hours when they are well settled in their life? They are working for us and sacrifying many things. If you have guts, please come out from behind and let us talk together. We will kill you if you do/talk such kind of nonsense things about our company where around 2500 employees are surviving. Even you have bought your under wares by using Infinite money and poured petrol, paid rent, taken your parents to hospital for treatment, bought a gift for your girl friend by using Infinite money. You guys better approach a Psychiatrist for a better treatment. My suggestion is, instead of spending/wasting your valuable time on nonsense things, better work hard and come up in life. Help others and God will help you. if somebody who is not infinite employee and tyring to post these things, then you will never get a job because you are always thinking to spoil others life and not thinking your growth. Brother wake up and see what is happening in the market.

I totally agree with the previous comments. There is no use making this a big issue on a forum like this, this thread started was regarding Income tax (TDS) and it is changed into a topic of targeting the management and the certain senior officials. It would be right on the person who is facing all the mental torture [as mentioned in one of the previous comments] to personal discussing with ur manager and the management, rather than posting such comments in the post. These comments hurts peoples feelings and their attachment to the company. No company wants its employees to suffer, it is only that the current market conditions and the circumstances have created this kind of environment. I would request the person who is undergoing soo much of mental torture to pls clarify all the misunderstandings and close this thread soon. Stop spoiling Company name and thinking of the employees towards the company

I Strongly Agree on all the comments about the TAG, HR, SR Management, Test Manager JiJo, and the REGIONAL BIAS / Politics, I Strongly agree that ACS Project in Infinite is the Worst Project with Inhuman environment anyone might have come across in their life. I think nothing will Change at ICS even after all these complaints. Only Good thing i can expect is that with the New Recruitment coming up from many IT companies, Most of the Honest & Hard working employees will move out of Infinite.

to all dear ics salamars, namaste to you, let me tell you one simple business logic, on gandhi jayanti you sell a beer for 150 rs, but you cant sell it all the time, you have to come back to 80rs. its demand and supply rule, supply is more then you demand less. one more morle, dont try to take the full profits in your pocket, distribute then to the good contributors, then only the team work or team productivity will be there.

i really pity the "CEO", that he came to know the complaint from a consumer forum. then what about the all mails we sent to "ACS-ESFeedback@infinite.com". its more than 1.5 years we have been sending our feebback. dear CEO, dont just look at the balence sheets, its time to look at the employee needs very closely. else our company will be in deep trouble. we are having IPO in near futer, i came to know that every week 10 people are leaving, this attrition will damage the good will. in public and with customer. by the way the last 2 lines in the above commets are correct, when we are working over the night, our managers and team least, used to order pizzas and used to got coffe days. at mid night when we are very hungy, these gus used to eat like buffelowsss. you may say that there are milk available, yes if we are lucky the milk is available, else always the milk is broken, because there wont be refilling of milk in midnight.

No one from infinite management is sacrificing their life. we don't expect that, if there is such scene why don, t they go and open a charity where they can help people who are uneducated and below poverty line . here is my some more comment . According to ICS Management who works late in the night are hero's . But These hero's will come to office at 3 oclock after noon and stay back . But what about the employees who work from morning 9 to 8 o clock their work going to unnoticed .
Nov 6, 2009 by Vijay Send email

ICS never encourages to stay late nights. I heard lots of scoldings from our managers and Clients when we stay late. Its the work that drags the game. Be thankfull to the Job, No one will even mind you if you are without job. Think that you got a decorum to post your shows. Its perfect business arena yaar, enjoy the work and do. If you are frustrated market is open to all Go and Toil there. Dont shout here where no one sees except few folks who knows about this. If you do also, put your respected name and do. Dont hide behind anonymous. Its of no use.

Hi Vijay, I have been working for infinite since last 8 months.i am also working late nights, week ends and public holydays. But i didn't get any thing. What you commented i.e definately from your side think from other Employees prespective.what you have done what manager said you have shown your self as royal fellow for manager. So got 2 to 3 lakhs hike.So that's why talking in favour of managers side. There is no proper planning from manager side in week end's.They are not giving much work on week ends. They are keeping work them self and calling week ends.Because they will get the billing for employees in their pockets. The people who are working in late hours (most of the people) are just surfing the net, watching tv, sleeping at cubicsFor them managers are giving comment as hard working.Managers have to think when they are coming and what they are doing.i am not telling about all people who are staying late nights. Vijay your loyality Dog you fit for only borking..I think you posted this comment to show your loyality before managers.Managers are asking people to stay late nights. They don't want to do the work and they want stay late nights. In Managers point of view The people who are are coming 9 to 9 shift they are not doing hard work. The people who are coming 3pm to 1pm shif they are doing hard work.I think vijay your shift 3pm to 1 pm shift.

http://www.consumercomplaints.in/complaints/infinite-computers-solutions-c215925

There is no proper work distribution between all employees those who are getting more work and those who are enjoying are not get noticed at all.Nobody know when they are coming and when they are leaving.Managers are appreciating only those people who are staying late nights and doesn't do any work at all and filling Excel sheets

Hey guys, I am not an ex-empoyee or present employee of this concern. But still i would wish to make my comment. I dont find any mistake on the management. The management is doing its job correct only. But If you guys (employees) are the mistake. i mean the mistake is on your side. you people never a union to raise ur voice. even a virtual voice. u people work like a slaves, thats y ur company is using you like slaves. u have no respect for yourself.. if u have a common union, by now you could have entered into a mass strike, dont worry, your company cannot bring new employees, if u are in strike, this is the law not only in India, but thruout the world.. see since because u guys dont have self respect for yourself. how can u expect others to respect you.. first you guys try to live with self respcet and care about others. only then others will care about you and will respect you. Stop blaming your company, blame yourself.. it has no sense..

To all who have trouble in their workplace .. you should first quit the place.. be it infinite or infosys.. Nobody in this world can stop quitting.. Do you want to sit in fire ( if you feel ) or try to come out of it instead of finding 1000..'s reasons. if you have legal issues and other issues you take it to appropriate channel.. Coming back to Infinite .. definitely you feel heat when you have some challenging tasks. Some people feel challenging, some offended, some as their duty .. etc.. If you think its not your peice of cake.. get out the place.. Personally I have experienced and njoyed.. this heat for 3 yrs continuously. I have worked more than 12 + hrs per day for 3 yrs..in the same infinite.. along with some like minded people.. and we tried to njoy our work though we had tough times . I have missed iverves, family functions, dctr appoinments.. .I also have seen some managers ( not all ) who have worked really hard. i tried to make up my mind.. tats it..

Nobody can disagree that for a lot of people in infinite ws a major career break and jus crib arnd when they quit . probably most of them first genuine company will be infinite.. I have also heard people cribbing arnd all these and when asked why don't you quit.. saying "market is nt good .. otherwise i would have ..." So you don't have self determination and want to bang on and crib.. Also a point.. i would support is.. mgmt can definitely support the team when they work extra hrs with a extra allowance, food and comfort.. which you should take it in a right way.. instead of cribbing everywhere.. ! . I have got this for my team when we had worked round the clock in the same infinite ... Don't speak out of frustration.. be calm think and act .. !!

India Capital Markets has come out with a research report on Infinite Computer Solutions IPO. The research firm has recommended an avoid to the issue, despite it being evenly priced. Infinite Computer is entering the capital markets with a public issue of 11, 503, 000 equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash on January 11. The price band has fixed at Rs 155-165 per equity share. The issue will close for subscription on January 13, 2010. "In the wake of ICSLs substantial dependence on Telecom sector and absence of wider service lines, we are not too sanguine about its organic business, in the current scenario. We feel its massive dependence on its top clients can possibly backfire in events of business downturns at key clients end. Lack of clarity of future growth drivers and absence of active strategy towards expanding its service portfolio, inspires little confidence in its organic business", says India Capital Markets.

Great news... see they are paying for their sins. Infinite computer solutions IPO plan fell apart --- they thought that they could now suck the public's blood also, sucking their emplooyees blood is not enough for them. They are taking full advantage of the bad market. listen you fellows out there... you tell us to leave the company if we are not happy... it was mistake enough joining this company. how do you think we can find jobs and support our families. people will leave the company at the first chance and only chipkoo non-performers will be left. I have seen that Infinite is the Only Company who kept on hiring during the Recession ( Oct 08 till Nov 09). There may be several Employees who were the victims of this recession, and its Infinite who gave the shelter & saved them. I have been seeing all the Comments and noticed one thing that most of these people who are commenting regarding management, have joined Infinite during the recession period only!!! WHY DID YOU JOIN!!! Ask yourselves. Some one wrote that attrition is more now at Infinite.. The reason is not ACS peoject, the reason is IT market is up again. It happen every where, people do blame company when they are done with it. People are never Satisfied. People are not so fool to join such company where there are only Problems and Issues!!! Every individual does their own R&D before they join a Company. I ask to the ACS project employees, if you think you are a very good resource and deserve something more and more! then why did you join Infinite? You should have been to Big Brands like Google, Microsoft, Yahoo etc.. Why Infinite?? I will tell you why Infinite... the reason is either you too a victim of Recession OR you know your core competencies very well. People like you are every where.. if you want more, learn more and gain more because "knowledge is power". I am writing this only to tell you guys that it take a sec of wash up every thing.. but it took 10 years to be Infinite what it is now. There are so many Companies across the globe who did not give Appraisal last year during the recession BUT Infinite gave Appraisal from 4% to 27% across the Organization. So some people who joined during attrition the got appraisal again as per the appraisal cycle. Apart from that ACS project employees do got Bonus as well if I am now wrong.

You mentioned DEEPA NAIK but forgot to mention RAKESH TIKU, "VP of Infinite". They are both frauds and should be in jail. RAKESH TIKU faked all his education and experience and slipped into Yahoo! as a Director and he is doing the same shit he did at Infinite at Yahoo!

DEEPA NAIK ( AKA DEEPA NAYAK ) Infinite Computer Solutions is a fraud Warning about DEEPA NAIK she now spells her name as DEEPA NAYAK and claims to be the Regional Manager - HR at Dimension Data and she is doing the same nonsense there as she did at Infinite Computer Solutions. Anyway, here is her resume (most of the other stuff is fake): DEEPA NAYAK ( AKA DEEPA NAIK ) Dimension Data, Regional Manager - HR July 2010 - Present Infinite Computer Solutions, Recruitment Manager May 2004 - June 2010 Education Bangalore University, MBA, HR (don't know if this is fake) 1998 - 2000 Also looks like Rakesh Tiku has followed Padma Bharathi around from Infinite Computer Solutions to Yahoo! Be careful of employing DEEPA NAYAK ( AKA DEEPA NAIK ), she will ruin your company.

Well, Rajesh Rao (still at Infinite Computer Solutions), Rajiv Nair (now at Terrabit Consulting), Rakesh Tiku (now at Yahoo) and Deepa Naik / Deepa Nayak (now at Dimension Data) are laughing all the way to the bank with the provident fund money they stole from thousands of employees. They are probably also laughing at how they forced the candidates / employees to hand over their original document and used these documents to blackmail the candidates / employees. Furthermore, they asked for sexual favors from certain female employees.
