Always put off power before removing or inserting cards. Observe correct placing of cards. See inslde card arrangement diagram for proper guidance.?
Before removing any IC, make note of its position and polarity on paper. Remove IC one by one only. That is after first one is removed and again inserted. Then only remove second one. Never leave any conducting metal parts or solder spills on PCB or inside the unit, always clean the PCB, carefully check lt and then only insert. Remove all fresh unwanted parts from panel.

1. BRIEF DE9CRIPTION: This programmable control system operates and controls different functions of Blow Moulding Machlnes. It includes Temperature controllers. fimers,Countersr drrd. Input contacts for Interlocking and logic solutions. AU the parameters are programmable from keyboard and result of process values are displayed in 4 sets of digital displays. Another 3 sets of LED's indicates, power to system and operatlng modes and programmlng functions of the system. Self test features allow operator to check arl outputs, rnputs, keys and displays. Faults in any output, rnput, keys, and displays can be diagonised from Front Panel. AU Timers operate with built in crystal Freguency accuracy. This gives excellent timing accuracy and
repeatability. Battery backup. provision ensures that programmed value is nct lost during intermittant power failure.
Constuction is completely modular with detachable Front and plug in Cards. This faclll.tates ease ln servicing and maintenance. System ls ;orered through 230 V Mains.
