I will try to to describe within the following lines my student, X, whom I have known for a period of over three

years. Each generation of students gives a teacher the opportunity to discover special emotional structures, teenagers with still undefinite personalities who struggle to find that special calling so as to fulfill themselves professionally in the near future. From my point of view X is a complete , upright young lady.As her Romanian Language teacher, since the beginning of highschool I have constantly encouraged her to pursue her dreams and ambitions as I discovered in her a senstive , artistic side which completely took me by surprise. It may have been a discovery generated by a simple class composition, but the minute she started reading, I knew she had that spark, that talent which would segregate her from the rest of her colleagues. Within my activity in front of the class I have always tried to challenge their fantasy and persuade them all to trust their spirits way of expression through literary competitions. This attempt to help them discover new skills has turned X into a wonderful surprise for her class. She is capable to express herself both with a pen or a coal in her hand , as her drawings and compositions reveal a precocious maturity. She can organise exciting rehearsals for the annual prom , work behind the stage for the plays background and costumes , or come up with great coreography for these events. Although she loves getting involved in most of our highschools activities, she still finds her time not to neglect her other hobbies : the camera is evreywhere she goes , ready to photograph any innovative, exiciting building, worthy to fit between the pages of her album. Moreover ,in our classroom debates she has easily played the part of a lider who knows which his goals and expectations are from himself and the future. Nevertheless , I noticed she is always ready to prove that she has grown in a environment where her family has encouraged her to enrich her knowledge especially in art and history. Once again she amazed through determination when she decided to enter an essay competition (organised by the Delta Foundation in May 2006 ) with a social political topic ( How European are we ? ) where she was the youngest

contestant. X also represented our district at the national phase of the Literature and Artistic Composition contest in february 2005. With a innate talent and impressive ability to learn foreign languages, she got thoroughly into Germans difficult gramatical structures and vocabulary. X was rewarded with a honourable mention in april 2006 at Bucharest for her essay on the theme Nach dem Spiel ist vor dem Spiel . Perhaps the best recommendation to understand Xs exclusive way of expression is to visit the site of the Romanian Version of Elle Magazine with which she collaborated for half a year by writing articles on different social themes. She draws with passion, impresses through the diversity of shapes and colours and despite all these more than definite artistic skills, she maintains a unique personality through her outstanding results in exact sciences such as mathematics or informatics .Her teachers appreciate her for the logical , rational reasonment as she is precise and practical , eager and patient with every detail .This explains very well her exceptional grades at these subjects representative for the profile she selected at the beginning of highschool . All the reasons above have significantly contributed in shaping my opinion that X is a complete, ambivalent structure .I strongly believe she deserves to develop and discover new skills by studying in excellent universities like those in Europe, as the Romainian teaching system presents major flaws . I believe that in fifteen - twenty years time , with her personality shaped by a trustworthy educational system , X will be able to work in a top- quality architecture environment.
